Sofa bed was a bit precarious (fine for child to sleep on but would not have been suitable for an adult - possibly broken/defective). A few details need sorting: eg. kitchen cutlery drawer couldnt open without first opening the dishwasher door.

Lovely property. Very spacious with plenty of room for our family, clean and well maintained. Had everything we needed including washing facilities and a fully contained kitchen. Very comfortable beds. Perfect location for getting around London.
Only that we felt check in at 4pm was quite late. Especially when there is a 10am check out. In terms of value and convenience.

The appartment is such a great place to be in London, spacious and comfortable. Staff is so nice too. And the kensington location is a great advantage with the Earl's court station near to go in every touristic place.

Their staff are very friendly and helpful. I would like to thank Paul who helped me to pick up the grasshopper in my living room at night. Also, I would like to thank Alberto and Daniel for carrying my heavy luggages. A very cosy and convenient place to stay. There are many restaurants nearby as well as M&S Food.
The only thing that can be faulted is the sink in the bathroom. The width is too narrow. Every time when brushing teeth, the mirror cabinet above the sink limit the movement of your head which won't be able to bend down to reach the sink to rinse mouth.

Lots of space for a large family. Amazing location with only a few minutes walk to the nearest tub station. The apartment was clean and spacious and the staff were friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

The location was perfect - most lines are available from Earl Court Station which is about 5mins walk from the accommodation. The reception team were friendly, helpful and accomodating. The bed was comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed including a dishwasher and washing machine. Highly recommend staying at this property - you won't be disappointed.
There was nothing we didn't like.

If I could suggest a hook or 2 on the back door on the bathroom that would make a big difference to be able to hang a robe or towel not over the toilet.
Apart from that no issues.
