Was a small but compact room good for.a 1 to 3 night stay , bed was very comfortable, industrial looking room which I loved with big windows that open for fresh air, rain fall shower was good aswell
No tea coffees biscuits in room had to go to drinks station on the same floor, don't know if this really works for me

Nice rooms
We arrived 1hr early. Our room was ready but we were told we could only access our room if we paid an extra £20. This seemed ridiculous and unnecessary. It left a sour taste in our mouths. Just a way to fleece people when it wouldn’t cost the hotel anything to let us in our room early when it was ready. Even the reception staff felt awkward about this policy enforced by the owners of the hotel. It’s a shame as other than this we loved the hotel.

Staff were great, helpful and welcoming
Room had wood floors that were soft and giving way under your feet around the whole shower area, wetroom setup means that if you come out of the shower its soaking on the floor, so coming back in to brush your teeth or use the toilet and your getting wet feet.
Bed is more like a sofa with a duvet tucked in all around it, not sure what is the top or the bottom.

The Bathroom was as big as the room and it was clean
The room was tiny- not worth the price. At first they said they would match booking.com if I booked directly, then they said they couldn't- fine- but I don't think it was worth the price. Also, massive smart TV- but you can't watch Netflix or Amazon?? Restaurant wasn't great either but that's a different story. Just ruined Valentines Day.

Whitechapel is a underrated spot to stay. The food in the area is fantastic and I don't even talk about the Marco Pierre White Steakhouse in the Hotel. The beds are a revelation.
Best for short trips. Not much storage room for clothes. and big luggage.

A really cozy and cool hotel just a short walk from the Elizabeth Line. The location was super convenient for getting around the city, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt warm and welcoming. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated, making it a great place to relax after a long day of exploring. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay.
Nothing, everything was fine. The only small suggestion would be to add some kind of partition or screen between the shower and the toilet for a bit more privacy.
