Very leans and well equipped
The room was incredibly hot and stuffy , there was no thermostat to control the temperature, as a consequence neither of us slept at all , we had to prop the door open to try to get some air

Disappointing
The only thing that we love is the zone of the property. It was close to south kensington station.
Actually it was a well equipped apartment. However, they cannot run this place. We had a tv in room, but it had only three cartoon channel. I told them to fix this problem, they told us that they will fix it the other day but no one came. Although we remind our expectation they didnt respond. The internet wasnt working properly and we had nothing to do in the room. Moreover, our bathtub was leaking and we asked for help, they said we will send someone and no one came. When we arrive there it was a bit early for check-in however, I let them know before two weeks and they said they try their best, however we get the ro around 2 pm and it was a really dirty room. We found the guests hairs everywhere, even in our bed.

It would be nice to have some tea bags in the apartment, although there is a supermarket nearby.

The room was lovely and modern with all the facilities I needed.
It was so hot in the room, underfloor heating I think, so couldn't turn it off or down. I kept the windows open. Bear in mind I'm from Scotland so am used to a colder climate anyway.

The studio apartment was spotlessly clean. The kitchen is so well stocked that you could cook and store food if you wanted to. Shower was lovely and a good size too. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very quiet, even sleeping with the windows open. I was at the back of the building so no traffic noise, no noise from other residents or early morning noise unlike in a hotel. They will hold your luggage for free if checking out and want another wander round before heading home. The location is fantastic. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend and will definitely stay here again
The only little thing I would have liked would be a mirror near a socket so I could use the hairdryer in front of a mirror. The window did not have a hinge to make it stay open and kept closing over. But they are very minor issues that did not impact negatively whatsoever on my stay. But might be considered by management.

I stay here quite frequently. Its really budget friendly, clean and roomy. The apartments are well equipped and despite its size, there is never an issue with water pressure or temperature.
There is often work going on but its to be expected in a property this size. Its not too far from connected tubes but 10 mins walk might be too far for some.

Excellent location, so close to tube stations and buses. The building feels safe and secure. The staff were lovely - friendly and helpful and very patient with the ever-changing arrivals of new guests.
It was too hot, even though the radiators were turned off. The ultra-central location meant it was noisy, but I always travel with ear plugs. The decor in my room was looking slightly tired. I was astonished to be asked to pay for WiFi.
