In particular the staff were incredible, so attentive, helpful and friendly. A nice breakfast.
The room was great only thing I’d say is I love to be able to open a window for a little air but I couldn’t in this room.

Staff was professional and courteous. The rooms were clean and the beds amazing.
On our last day the person who answered room service told us that food wasn’t available and that we’d have to go to the 10th floor to order but when we went upstairs they told us that they closed at 9:30 and instructed us to call room service. We told them what room service told. They called several times and no one answered. They then went to the ground floor to see why no one was responding. Finally we were able to order room service which included fries that they said earlier that they didn’t have.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect—close to everything yet quiet and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and always ready to help. My room was spotless and cozy, with all the amenities I needed. I especially appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea available throughout the day. Breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety. Overall, an excellent experience—I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
The only thing I didn’t like was that the pool area felt quite small and enclosed, with no windows, which made it a bit less relaxing. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I’d happily stay here again!

Room was spacious and clean. Pub attached to hotel was very social, nice environment for post dinner drinks. Lunch at hotel was fine albeit service was a little slow. Check in and out was very efficient.
Ideally would have preferred twin beds to be separate albeit not a big issue as it was a family stay.

Great location. Lovely quiet room. Sadly we only stayed one night so didnt use all the facilities but we did have drinks in the Aviary bar which was lovely.
The girl who checked us in was efficient but a little unfriendly. The concierge, the doormen andthe bar staff etc were all lovely and made up for it.

Price was good for central location compared to other 5* hotels.
The control panel for lighting and AC kept freezing and not working properly. The AC felt like it was not working even when it was switched ON + high fan speed + temperature 18. Tried calling operator + reception + concierge several times but always no answer.

Excellent location. It was really clean. Comfy bed, excellent shower. Liked the control pad to adjust a/c, lighting, underfloor bathroom heating etc. The Aviary Rooftop bar and restaurant were superb. Great atmosphere snd delicious food.
The only issue we had was that we couldn’t get any channels on the tv. When we rang reception there was no answer. We then managed to cast our device to it and watch Netflix so it wasn’t a real problem.
