Huge rooms. 2 balconies. Decent value for a 3 bedroom.
I was shocked that they charged me half day for a 3 hour late checkout. No one has ever done that before, in spite of repeated requests to be reasonable.

The location, directly in front of Holland park. High safety (double gated) & 24 hour reception desk. Nice entrance & fountain in outdoor lobby. Size & comfort of the apartment. It’s small home away from home. The best thing is the alternate day housekeeping services. Whenever you need missing items they are rapid in responding (toilet tissue, fresh towels, iron, extra hangers).
I booked this apartment twice. Last year through their website & this time through booking.com in both stays they were very strict about the checkout time. This time one day before our checkout there was major leakage event in the kitchen & the living room. The kitchen floor was fully soaked with water & the full plumbing team were in our apartment to control the situation which took few hours, which made us loose time. I was planing to prepare my Laggage for the next day checkout, but unfortunately couldn’t do so. Strangely they didn’t agree not even for extra hour at checkout.

We love staying at this property — it truly feels like our second home in London. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Siya, who was extremely kind and supportive during a difficult moment. The apartment is very clean, well-equipped, and has everything we need. The area is safe and quiet, which makes the stay even more comfortable.

What an amazing hidden gem! The location was absolutely perfect, the apartment was quiet and had everything I needed, and the bed was comfy. The staff were incredibly nice- they even made me feel so special on my birthday by delivering a hand written note and box of cookies. It was the perfect place to stay and I definitely would again.

Spacious, quiet, well- managed. Staff was eager to please and responsive. The apartment was huge! We had plenty of room to relax and enjoy it. Kitchen was moderately well-stocked with plates, cutlery and utensils. Lots of closet space and a combo Washer/dryer was highly appreciated. Our unit had an outdoor patio and was bright and well- furnished.

Comfortable apartment. Nice and quiet, well heated, clean & comfortable. Staff were friendly and very accommodating with all requests. Easy transport options close by and lots of options for eating out and shopping nearby.
Beds were very firm, but the staff did their best to make them more comfortable.
