It was supposed to be a 1, but for the small refund I received for the lack of air conditioning, I'll give it a 7. The room was tiny, the window was tiny, the table, armchair and pouffe were too big. The room was stuffy, and the bathroom had a mirror that heated up like a radiator and couldn't be turned off, so it was bad without air conditioning. One small water for 2 people...

Tv didn’t work. It’s a basic requirement. 3 staff fixed it 3 times ans it still kept breaking again. Won’t be staying again.

Wonderful
Location is amazing, area vibrant and busy, close to Chinatown and theatres. Room is compact but everything you need with a well set out bathroom.

Very central location. I liked the tiny room. Good shower room. Very good comfortable temperature in the room, despite hot weather.
Ther was street noise until after midnight. Inevitable in that location.
