The hotel is lovely, and the location is wonderful. We were pleased with how clean the room was and the service. was wonderful.
We were quite surprised by how unfriendly, rude, and lacking in basic manners the guests who stayed at the hotel were. We felt very uncomfortable and would not recommend this hotel.

Too much noise comes from the hallways and the park is under maintenance so that obstructed the view, it was strange to pay more only to face this issue!

Beds were painfully hard and layout of room was not good. I had to sit on the floor of the room to dry and style my hair because the electrical outlets are located near the floor.

Wonderful old building in a famous square with easy access to all of mayfairs hotspots
Breakfast left something to be desired. Some of the furniture is worn.
