The receiptionest was rude to me screaming at me saying that no late check out, have explained to her that her colleague said that I call them at 12 to check if late check out is possible, she continued to scream at me saying that I have 45 minutes only. Extremely rude from a such reputable hotel.

One of the best located hotels in Mayfair, Rooms are spacious and clean and tidy, house keeping happening twice a day and sometime i feel more than twice a day. Breakfast is amazing
