Location
The rooms are cleaned every day thoroughly. The housekeeping are doing amazing job.
The tea kettle in the room was made of porcelain and there were small pieces inside. I was lucky to check before I poured my tea. I asked them to replace it and they did it instantly.

Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, the atmosphere is elegant and calm, and the service was exceptional from the moment I arrived. The staff were genuinely warm, attentive, and made me feel truly welcomed. The room was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable. Every detail felt thoughtful and luxurious.
Honestly, nothing. My stay was flawless, and I wouldn’t change a thing.

I have chosen the hotel many times because I like the location.
The breakfast was quite poor, not in line with the past.
The maid did not have a consistent service, some days she was good, some days bad, obviously it was a different person.
The room windows need insulation for the weather conditions and noise.
The pine bar needs renovation to acquire a vibe.
The lobby bar reminds of a club for the elderly, it needs to be upgraded.
The grill restaurant should not exist because of the great competition.
This hotel needs a cigar lounge, and a variety of good wines.
