This hotel makes me feel home in London, no other place can make me feel so comfortable. The location is Great, the rooms are very elegant and comfy, and staff and service are amazing !

Never again !! Housekeeping and cleanliness are way below standard such as hair under the sheets in your bed, clogged sinks that flush dirt out .. to non working heating in the room, non working mini bar (our diabetes medicine got ruined) and instead of upgrading the room due to these events, they brought an external heater .. got a small extra fridge all while the smell from the kitchen of cooked food filled the room every day … HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!! Never again !!!

This was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. I spend +120 hotel nights all over the world and this definitely ranks as one of the worst: Foreign Hair on the mattress, skin residues, clogged drains, heating not working on one of the coldest weeks in London, very bad housekeeping in general. Mini Fridge not refrigerating and our diabetes medicine inside it !! What more? Potato chips debris under an uncleaned bed? Not to mention that some rooms the shower cabin doesn't fit a normal person, so we had to change the room. We were on the 7th floor and still the cooking smell would infiltrate the room making it so "unfresh". Despite all our complaints, we only got a visit from the Housekeeping Manager apologizing from us and presenting us with a tiny fruit bowl !!! Any other hotel would have offered at least an upgrade.

Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, the atmosphere is elegant and calm, and the service was exceptional from the moment I arrived. The staff were genuinely warm, attentive, and made me feel truly welcomed. The room was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable. Every detail felt thoughtful and luxurious.
Honestly, nothing. My stay was flawless, and I wouldn’t change a thing.

The location is great it os very close to Selfridge's. The stuff was great. The service exceeded my expectations. They were very generous with their amenities and supplies. The place is very clean and the most important thing is that their AC works well in this heat. There is an automatic bidet if you are looking for shattaf. Everything about the day was great. I would say it is a bit expensive but overall amazing.

Dear Team, I would like to raise an official complaint regarding my latest experience. I have been using your services for a long time now and have spent a large amount of money with you including my latest booking which was around $12,000. Incident: I had recently used your website to book 2 rooms at the .... From 28th DEC 2025 to 4th JAN 2026. On the 3rd JAN, I was informed by the hotel that 1 room was only booked till the 3rd of JAN and I was locked out of my room. After spending over 1 hour, I managed to reach your contact center agent who informed me that it was system issue and that I would need to pay for the additional day, which would then be refunded by booking.com I did so just to enter my room as I had no other option, but this was a major inconvenience and additional cost and stress to myself and my family. I now ask you to immediately investigate, refund and provide suitable compensation for my experience. Your earliest response will be appreciated, as I will not procced with any further bookings until I am satisfied with the outcome of my complaint. Yours Sincerely
