The pillows are so hard The a/c was it working properly ..they had to fix it three times and it ends to be ok not perfect . Stay away from room 328

One of the best located hotels in Mayfair, Rooms are spacious and clean and tidy, house keeping happening twice a day and sometime i feel more than twice a day. Breakfast is amazing

Location is excellent for those who travel from the Heathrow to Kings Cross Breakfast was excellent, though there was no orang juice A la carte portion was huge
