The location is excellent. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They really went out of their way to help and give advice on restaurants, shopping, directions etc. The hotel is spotlessly clean, I commented to my husband that it actually sparkles. The shower was so good!! Breakfast was delicious and served in such an elegant setting.

This just isn't a hotel its and experience ! from Check in to Check out everything and everyone were fabulous. Well spoken, polite and professional. I just adored the deco and attention to detail. The exclusive dining room which was so private and quite, super for a dinner where you want to have a conversation. Then breakfast in the morning room was one of the best I've had and the selection was outstanding. Again I adored the decor and the staff so good! I will go back

The staff were excellent, in particular the two bell porters who were exceptionally helpful and welcoming, cleaners and housekeeping staff.

inconvenient that the gym requires advance booking and only opens at 6am! while breakfast starts at 7am! so early risers are left waiting.
No coffee machine in the room!
overall, the value for money could be better - the price feels high for what you get

The property upgraded us on arrival. Zen was very personable and thorough. We had just flown in and room was ready on arrival. The doorman Steve was a wealth of information and was always available to help! The rest of the staff was also wonderful and made our stay.
I did use the gym. I had a massage that was wonderful.
