Lovely room - upgraded! Spacious, comfortable and quiet, with beautiful views and helpful staff.
Nespresso in room but no milk, kettle or tea; had to order tea via room service.
Coffee at breakfast tasted like it had been sat in the pot for a long time! Food was lovely though.

My stay at the Milestone Hotel was exceptional from start to finish. The professionalism of the staff truly stands out — every team member, especially the concierges, was incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making the stay comfortable and smooth. Their attention to detail and warm approach made all the difference.
The hotel itself is spotless. From the lobby to the rooms, everything is impeccably clean and efficiently maintained, giving a sense of comfort and luxury the moment you walk in. You can clearly see the care and pride the team takes in keeping the property in top condition.
Another highlight is the location. A walking distance from all the central spots , just overlooking the beautiful Kensington Park, lots of coffee shops around the corner. Many shops and close to everything.
Overall, the Milestone Hotel offers outstanding service, cleanliness, and comfort. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a refined and hassle-free experience.

Problem with heating in room fixed instantly by technician
Needed a toothbrush and one was delivered on a silver salver !
It is VERY expensive and not enough tables to seat guests at breakfast and embarrassingly slow service ….. great breakfast menu but dinner menu needs a re vamp
English breakfast tea with strainer proper !
Room 208 didn’t like the set up on 2 levels.. Toasty upstairs but cold downstairs had to ask for a heater ..Dyson Airblade… Nice !

The hotel was amazing. We were somewhat hesitant because we thought the hotel might be too traditional for our taste but every aspect of the hotel exceeded our expectations. Our room was ample sized by European standards. The towels, sheets, bathrobes were all outstanding. The breakfast was amazing but most importantly the staff were so polite and helpful. We requested the complimentary coffee service in our room and they promptly delivered a wooden box with coffee , fresh milk in a bottle and two small french presses . Every evening they delivered fresh milk and more product. The hotel added a 20 pound per day service charge to the bill and frankly that was inexpensive relative to the quality of the service!
The gym has just adequate and could have had more equipment.

This hotel is exceptional in every way. Truly a 5 star experience but what makes the stay here even more wonderful, is the staff. I cannot point one single person out specifically as everyone is just fantastic, kind, helpful and courteous. Will be coming back when in London. Well positioned and close to everything. Thank you Milestone for a memorable stay.
Not really a critism but a concern as it was raining everyday I stayed here but do feel the doorman should be inside and not standing in the cold. I’m the throes of winter he must freeze every single day and do feel he can just as easily open the hotel door from the inside and as the doors are glass, he can see hotel guests arriving just as easily but it’s not a critism just a concern for his welfare
