Perfect location, nice and quite room, perfect for a solo trip, especially if would like to visit theatres in SOHO.
There was always a super nice person at the reception, ready to help.
Heating was available and perfectly working (needed at March).
I could leave my bag there after checkout for a half day because of late flight free of charge (and also bathroom usage possibility) which was a huge plus.
Some deep clean can be used for less visible surfaces (side of the desk, door of the shower), but overall it was okay.
There is no elevator, what was totally clear in advance, so not a surprise and totally fine for me even having the room on the 2nd floor. No problem at all personnaly, but might be important considering for someone else with limited mobility.

Well connected via bus and Tubes, vibrant locality, get tasty Italian food restaurant options just below the building. Accommodative and helpful staff at the front desk. Clock room to keep your luggage free of charges.
No direct Tube to Heathrow, no Lift.
No kitchen - only Electric kettle.
Not very much recommended for families with little ones.

I think this stay is well priced for what you get. Private room and bathroom, however not many frills. Location is very central in london, so nothing was too far away.
While the location was central, it was in a very busy area. I should have done more research on this, as I would prefer a quieter location.
Please note, if you plan to stay out past midnight, there will not be staff available if your key card does not work. They front desk does a good job of explaining this so it was not a surprise, but something to consider.

Convenient location.
Affordable price.
Right outside our window there were the ventilation machines for the restaurant below us. The machines were very loud so we went to ask the receptionist if he could give us another room. He told us that the noise will stop at 11 oclock but it didn't. It went on the whole night and since the air conditioning in our room didn't work it was either a noise or no fresh air. We couldn't sleep at all plus the towel smelled really badly. Can't recommend.
