Everything was nice and clean. I really recommend this hotel to anyone who is coming to visit London and explore.
Website booking.com is saying that they have parking. Unfortunately is just two spaces and staff are using this spaces for me it was a big minus.

Super comfortable, closing the windows makes it incredibly quiet - great staff, good breakfast, great location.
Parking wasn't available on site on the day, had to park at the IBIS, but not really a problem

Ambience & the smell was lovely. A really friendly team throughout hotel. Especially Alessandro on the bar , a character who had you smiling and laughing! We also had a free upgrade on room without asking!! Brekky was a good choice , wholesome and healthy options. Ohhh and filterd water foc, a bonus !

The barman was very nice and welcoming. Lovely to chat to. Put a smile on your face. Breakfast was very good with warm plates.
The construction work outside our bedroom window this morning and was woken up very early. The shower handheld should be higher not lower. The toilet seat is way too low.

Stylish city hotel, location was perfect for the Shard and Borough Market. Some staff were really friendly, rooms were comfortable.
Some staff were not so friendly, we had a room of 3 however only enough cups and tea and coffee, pillows for 2. Poor lighting over/around the mirrors, not good for make up.

The hotel was wonderful, the lobby was beautiful! Our room was perfect and had everything we needed. The filtered water dispenser in the hallway was a nice touch too. We used the gym both mornings of our stay. It was small but the equipment was adequate for our needs. The staff were friendly and very helpful and always greeted us when we returned to the hotel.

Great location, lovely staff, food amazing, always feel looked after
Toilet didn’t flush, reported this and someone came to sort straight away but I was then over cautious to use it. The rooms were way to hot the air con doesn’t go low enough
