Smart communal areas and well appointed bedrooms that were serviced daily.
Modern bathroom.
Quiet room requested and given.
Location easy access into central London and short walk to some superb local restaurants. Try clipsttone.

Wonderful
More than you can expect from a four-star hotel! Clean room, welcome treat, helpful staffs, good restaurants, new gyms, etc.
The restroom and the bedroom is divided by an opaque glass so the light pours in. Fancy design, but a bit inconvenient when your small child sleeps earlier than you.

Wonderful
It's professionally run, pleasantly designed and well maintained. The almost resort-y atmosphere is entertaining. For London it's good value, and it's conveniently located for the things I was doing on this trip.
It's a mass market, mid-range hotel- but for what it is, nearly perfect.

Location to the tube
Housekeeping kept knocking on door first day. Windows let air whistle on windy days. Room was quite small

Breakfast was acceptable. The location is great.
We booked two beds deluxe room
We got regular room with one beds divided on two parts. It was uncomfortably and tiny. And this room was cheaper then one we ordered and paid.

Exceptional
It was light, airy and in a great location. Proximity to Regent’s Park, Marylebone, Mayfair and Camden was excellent. The staff were very professional and happy.
Everything was excellent but next we would like to stay longer in a larger room.

Very Good
It was a great location, great sized room for London and the staff were all very helpful. The checkout time was 12 which is quite late and good if you can make use of it. They also let us store luggage while we explored the city for the afternoon.

Wonderful
The big bed was extremely comfortable. The location was just about perfect for all the events and activities we had arranged to attend. The staff were assiduous and looked after us well.
The price seemed quite high, but then all London hotels seem expensive compared to accommodation in our provincial backyard. And it must be acknowledged that the quality of the hotel was excellent.

Great job.
