The staff is quite nice.
The towel rail is broken and won’t heat up…..and then the shower is leaking at the door and corner into the floor of the room. The coffee table is wobbly….the AC control panel in my room is freezing,it’s keeps jumping between temperature automatically to 10 c. The tower looks old, and cannot use it.

A very clean attractive hotel , well situated for central London. All staff were very polite and friendly. The bed was king size and all the facilities in the room and bathroom were first class

Location is amazing - within walking distance to Regent’s Park & Marylebone & Oxford Street. Easy to navigate around thanks to multiple tube station options.
This is my second time staying at Melia White House and I booked remembering our initial positive experience. This time I found some improvement areas in the room considering that most probably some of the renovations need touch ups and room ventilation could be better.
