Location! Next to a park, metro & bus line. Also, plenty of restaurants & a supermarket nearby
Toilet is a bit on the small side. Water from the shower gets to toilet floors, had to keep a towel on the ground every time to stop it.

Good space, lots of facilities.
No clearly labelled gluten free bread or cereal at breakfast had vegetables, cheese and fruit. Which I love but would have loved cereal/bread GF wise.

Great looking reception, mostly helpful and attentive staff. Clean, well maintained. Beautiful building in a wonderful location.
Booking.com selection said the room would have a king bed and sofa bed. This did not happen despite me requesting it by email and at reception. I arrived at 12.30, told to return at three which is quite acceptable. However at three the room was still not ready. Finally given a room just before four but we had to leave for a function at 4.30 so limited time to get ready. Promised sofa bed room suddenly not available so given twin beds. Rooms are adequate but not worth £400 per night (Premium King!), I have stayed in more comfortable rooms at a Premier Inn. No vegetarian sausages at breakfast, unheard of nowadays, even budget hotels offer this.
