Pleasant surroundings, staff very nice , good location
Premium king room- bath was small and difficult to get in it. No good for a large person and the glass didn’t move so only a tiny space to get in and out. TBH quite a challenge and shower gel etc fixed at a high level so if you’re sitting in the bath you can’t reach it , not a great design at all. Didn’t have time to use any facilities, but hotel seemed a nice atmosphere.

Bed was hard. Lumpy pillows, no spares, poor night’s sleep

Great size for London. Very nice furniture. Great location
Reception is a bit chaotic at times. Lots of people, not a lot of thinking around the “flow”. Apartment was a little dark compared to the pictures.

Rooms was dirty and run down. The whole place felt dirty- carpet stains everywhere.

Decent shower, bed and furniture in room
Walls are paper thin… be prepared to hear everything (adjoining room or not). Building is dated. My dad had to change rooms because he had an adjoining door to another room and when they came back to the room at night the lights flooded into his as the sound carried too. Stayed here because of the price and location which were both good.

Concierge, restaurant, and bell staff were amazing!
Could never figure out how to turn on the water in the lobby restrooms. Front desk staff were not particularly helpful or knowledgeable about anything but taking our payment and getting us keys.
