This place was absolutely perfect for what we wanted. It was a lovely hotel, very clean and well presented and in a very clean and attractive part of the city. The staff were all incredible and super helpful, it sounds stupid wording it like this but after staying in 10/12 different hotels since covid, this felt like stepping back in time as everything just felt nicer, cleaner, calmer and friendlier than what I’ve got used to in hotels over the last decade. The staff all seemed to enjoy their jobs, all super happy to be there, all super friendly and all incredibly helpful.
Our room (we booked one of the king rooms) was more than spacious enough, the bed was super comfortable and huge, the shower was great and the views considering we were only on the 3rd floor were also actually quite nice.
We had some cocktails in the bar on the Saturday night and the atmosphere was lovely, it felt busy but calm, and the staff were great, unfortunately I didn’t get any of their names but we were served by a youngish (early-mid 20s) black guy and he was brilliant, he was walking around chatting to everyone, making good conversation, helped recommend drinks for me and my wife, absolutely cannot complain about the place.
I meant to try the gym but didn’t end up having time as we had plans.
Another great factor is the 12:00 checkout time, it’s nice to not feel rushed for a change.
We will absolutely be staying here again.

When I arrived in a taxi before I got out the porter had take my back out and put in someone else’s, that was the an unwelcome reception. I had booked twin rooms, but when I arrived it was a double! I then was moved to a unpleasant twin that was very claustrophobic and not very nice. It was named a deluxe twin, but there was nothing deluxe about it. After complaining again, we were moved to an accessible room, which was more spacious. The skirting in bathroom was damaged and the shower leaked everywhere. There were no robes or slippers, and the pillows were not great. I spoke to a very nice gentleman who was in housekeeping and managed to get me some better pillows and a robe. At breakfast the coffee machines were not working apart from one which caused a very long queue. There was a very nice waiter who went to get me a coffee, which I was very grateful for. I would like to suggest that the man on reception failed to understand hospitality and I found they were not wanting to help but expecting me to put up with a substandard room at a supposedly 4 star hotel.

I really loved the location. Central and classy.
The staff should be properly trained. As there is no etique and it is evident that in London location, even though the place looks beautiful, the way the staff makes it look is not very proffessional. They are all very nice, but they do, what they know ..not always knowing what looks proffessional and what does not. They should represent the brand.

Rooms were spacious, bright clean. Warm and peaceful, and comfortable beds. Bedroom / shower room facilities excellent.
Staff were all amazing - super friendly and helpful.
Food was great and above expectations. Overall ambience was excellent - value for money way surpassed expectations.

Had level room which gave us free soft drink and coffee all day and pastries and snacks. Tapas and alcohol between 5.30-6.30pm. And wonderful breakfast. Lovely room. Best London hotel we have styed in
