Poor
Staff very pleasant. Room itself was nice. Clean with comfortable bed.
Despite paying over £400, the room was an interconnecting room. There was a significant gap under the door between the 2 rooms and I could hear everything from next door - front walking across the wooden floor to bathroom visits etc. They might as well have been in the same room as me! Thoroughly unpleasant experience and well short of what one expects for the price and standard of the hotel. Not a restful stay ahead of a busy day of meetings.

Exceptional
Clean, centrally located, exceptional staff, a variety of breakfast items.
Limited menu in the restaurant- there were not a lot of vegan or vegetarian choices.

close to central london and west end. "level" rooms are large and the lounge with breakfast, drinks and evening food is excellent. The decor in the level is modern and pleasing.
the air conditioning in the room was weak and the room was therefore too hot. we were in a "level" suite, which was nice and roomy, but needed more storage space for clothes. at breakfast there was not enough coffee capacity with just a few slow machines, one of which was broken

Clean and staff were nice
We were put in a room which was interlinking to the one next door. No sound proof. Whoever was in the room next door was so loud and chatting till 3.30am. Shouldn’t put different groups of people in interlinking rooms unless they are together !

The location is very central and walking distance from Marleybone, Soho and Oxford street
The room was severly small, the bathroom door was broken. I paid more than 300$/night totally not worth it.

The location is amazing
Noise from everywhere, couldn't have a good sleep, looking at the value, the hotel should have a noise isolation. You would hear everything from the upper floor

Very Good
Walking distance to tube station. Design
Being charged £5 delivery charge for room service and then in addition finding £4.29 room sevice tips automatically added on my invoice. £10 additional room service charge is very poor.

Just the location
The rooms (Deluxe and Levels) are not comfortable for 2 or more people - there's not enough space to open a second suitcase, we didn't like the hygiene, the bathrooms were small and the bathroom floor kept getting flooded because there was no shower door.
Despite booking a deluxe room, we were checked into a connecting room - the walls were thin enough that we could hear the couple in the adjacent connecting room (and I'm sure they heard us debate checking out vs getting an upgrade.)
We upgraded our room because the intelligently-taken pictures make the deluxe room seem newer and roomier than what they are. We were offered 3 "Levels" rooms for £80 per night extra - we paid upfront but 30 minutes later the rooms we were shown were all suddenly unavailable and we got allotted a room on a different floor which wasn't as nice or clean as the ones we were offered before payment. I wouldn't fault you for wondering if we were rude to staff, I assure you that we were not.
There was no assistance offered to move bags from one room to another post upgrade (the staff was happy to move on to the next customer after taking our upgrade fee) - so we had to carry our bags to the new room. This became the precursor to the service during our entire stay, that we should not expect anything and we have to ask for everything, sometimes repeatedly (no still water, towels, iron, toiletries refresh, etc - most things we didn't bother with after we saw the room post the first round of housekeeping)
I travel to London every couple of years and have stayed in smaller rooms costing more (in central London) - but what they lacked in space, they made up for in service and amenities. The absence of basic service at the end of a long flight (and at the end of some long days), combined with the clear KPI-linked/revenue driven behaviour, left a distaste that makes this the worst stay by far.
