Very Good
Loved the location the room and the ease of the hotel. I would 100% stay again. Bed was super comfy. And quality sleep.
Breakfast, was a disaster, they couldn’t keep up with the amount of people. Lots of waiting for food and re stocking of breakfast items. Lots of tables not cleared.

Loved the location! The service, cleaning, breakfast were all amazing!
The Pillows!! You really need nicer, fluffy and lump free pillows. Sadly the pillows in this wonderful property didnt match the rest of the hotel.

Bed - hard & lumpy with mattress stitching/buttons etc. Shower - broken shelf, weak water pressure, tired in general. Carpets in room / elsewhere dirty, old & cheap. TV lack of Channels. Burger from service hard & dry.

The hotel was quite elegant. Everyone was really dog-friendly. The staff was helpful. My room was very comfortable and modern. I love Rituals cosmetics in my room. They also surprised me with a small plate of sweets.

Wonderful
Location was superb, right next to Regent's Park and within walking distance of central London. The hotel is very tastefully decorated and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The children's playroom was an added bonus for our family trip. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel as there are lots of restaurants in the area. We did have an evening meal in the bar which was excellent. We look forward to staying in the Melia White House again on our next trip to London.

Poor
The lounge.
Cleanliness. I have stayed in four star hotels with better cleanliness. I don’t think their room service even cleans toilets. There were stains all over the bottom of the toilet. Shocked to see this in a ‘five’ star hotel. Very disappointed. Hygiene is a bare minimum requirement.

Very Good
Reception staff and waiting staff were very friendly and professional. Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Quality of food was excellent; my fillet steak was cooked exactly as I like it. The bathroom was very modern and clean with a good range of toiletries.
As we were staying for only one night the hanging rails were adequate, but they were not big enough for a longer night. We had a twin room which had obviously been a double as the heating/cooling controls were above my bed, so, as I turned over in the night, the controls lit up!
We had dinner in the restaurant, which was excellent, but furnishings were tired and faded, and we would expect better from a 4 star hotel.
