I really loved the location. Central and classy.
The staff should be properly trained. As there is no etique and it is evident that in London location, even though the place looks beautiful, the way the staff makes it look is not very proffessional. They are all very nice, but they do, what they know ..not always knowing what looks proffessional and what does not. They should represent the brand.

Pleasant
I liked the location, the restaurant, and the bar.
My room was very small. I am glad I was there alone because 2 people in that room for 5 days would definitely not have worked. You have to maneuver in the bathroom to get out of the way of the door to reach the toilet, which is extremely annoying, especially in the middle of the night. The room was run-down. And the walls were so thin I could literally hear entire conversations word for word.

Pleasant
Lovely room, great breakfast, comfortable mattress, pillows could be better.
The lighting throughout the hotel is inadequate. I am severely sight impaired and struggled to find my room. I informed a member of staff of my vision issues and all she did was point towards where I needed to go. The room numbers were not readable to me and signage was also difficult to read.
The room was absolutely boiling. The air conditioning did not work (or rather it seems the hotel had turned the air conditioning off). I got very little sleep due to how uncomfortably hot the room was. I asked maintenance to come out to look at the room at half past ten and he fettled around for about ten minutes. He claimed it was now working but it was not. The reason he gave for it being so hot was that it's a Spanish hotel chain and Spanish people like it warm.
Sort the air conditioning out and give guests the ability to find a comfortable temperature for themselves and like the hotel better and it would have been a great stay.

Wonderful
We like the location with a tube station just outside and the Regent's park within a 2-minute walk.
We also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the bar area.
