The location is excellent! The hotel is close to 3 tube stations. The on-site restaurants and bars were great. Room servicve was wonderful. Housekeeping was helpful and prompt with all requests. The gym was also great.
The mattress was far too firm and the pillows were too thin. We both had trouble sleeping each night as such. There was quite a bit of noise from the bar downstairs and nearby rooms at all hours of the night.

Great location for the offices and tube. Nice reception area and gym was very good. However room was below what I expected for this hotel. Bed was very uncomfortable, air conditioning kept switching itself off so I was boiling all night, no water in the room and only english tea as an option.

The staff and location were great & room size generous.
Breakfast food not hot, queues for coffee machine.. long wait. Marble table tops in room and restaurant stained. Room service menu Limited esp for vegetarian. Was a 3 star not 4 star in my opinion.
