Location of the venue really good.
The room was not set up to do hair using the hair dryer as no mirror that end of the room. Air con system did not appear to work, room was extremely warm and not able to open windows.

Correct room was not available. I refused to stay. Have been charged for the stay even though i didnt stay. Disgusting
Room smelt like smoke. Advertises rooms which are not available. And does not tell you in advance that there facilities such as the rooftop bar are closed for private events.

Rooms are well designed
Ordered a "TWIN" room which was accepted and paid for, but was provided with a "Double" Took forever to get this changed. Also ordered a bottle of champagne and despite 2 calls and 1 1/2 hours wait never arrived. Hotel staff are not particularly well trained...

Friendly staff. The welcome drink was a nice touch. Beautiful room
The floor in the shower was exceptionally slippy, even when dry. My sister slipped over and her foot was cut open by the drain.

Beautiful location and decor
Staff weren’t helpful on simple requests. To weigh our luggage before a flight they couldn’t help with finding a scale. With cutlery they took 30 mins to bring as our food got cold and room cleaning was terrible For a 5star hotel to not replace tissue paper or vacuum floors or take the time to correctly clean was appalling. Regretted staying there because of the service

BREAKFAST WAS SO SLOW ON BOTH DAYS, FOOD WASNT VERY HOT, TOAST WAS LIKE RUBBER BECAUSE IT WASNT COOOED AND HAD TO BE SENT BACK ON BOTH DAYS. 2 HOURS FOR BREAKFAST IS RUBBISH. ALL THE STAFF WERE RUDE AND COULD HARDLY UNDERSTAND OR SPEAK ENGLISH PROPERPLY. WE HAVE BEEN CHARGED A SERVICE CHARGE OF £25 PER DAY FOR WHICH WE HAVE NO IDEA AT ALL WHY - THIS WAS NEVER STATED WWHEN WE BOOKED IT AND SHOULD BE RETURNED TO US

Especially the location Beautiful Hotel and very comfy beds It’s more of an experience with the roof top bar
Breakfast was a bit of a wait as very busy, but it was worth waiting for.
