The fact I had my bag stolen from reception in front of several people, including staff. CCTV was checked, with view as to where the bag was, but said they didn’t see anything suspicious… let the stay down massively. Other than that was really nice .

massive bedrooms for London, the amazing location and the roof top bar on a Saturday nights was amazing. Made to feel very special celebrating my Birthday, the staff couldn't do enough for us.
