The hotel was very convenient to theaters and restaurants, as well as the tube. Beautiful views from room terrace and the rooftop bar. The staff and concierge were exceptional and were friendly and very helpful! The rooms were modern and comfortable!

The staff were polite and friendly, always welcoming and happy to help. The location is excellent—within easy walking distance of Covent Garden and many other attractions. The hotel also offers a 24-hour gym, which, while somewhat limited in equipment, is still perfectly adequate for getting in a solid workout at any time of day. In addition, the bedroom and bathroom is spacious.
The window is fitted with sliding doors. A cool concept but sunlight filters through the gaps and brightens the room earlier than desired. Not ideal for light sleepers. The bed, having clearly seen extensive use, sags noticeably in the middle and is not especially comfortable. The pillow, likewise, feels worn and could benefit from replacement.

Great location near many theatres. Room was stunning. Beautiful hotel and good value for the price. Friendly helpful staff, room was ready earlier than stated check in time for no extra fee.

Every time a neighboring room opened or closed their door, it sounded as if someone was opening our own. This was incredibly disruptive, especially late at night, and made it very difficult to feel truly private or secure in our room. Compounding this was the repeated issue with room service knocking on our door late at night, often for the wrong room. On multiple occasions, we were startled awake by persistent knocking, only to find it was a delivery meant for another guest.

I loved the esthetics of the hotel with dark themes .The rooftop bar was popping and had a great view.
I had to wait a little longer for my check in due to the room not being ready. I appreciated a gift voucher from the front desk.

Excellent Location. Room was well fitted out and extremely comfortable. Food quality was excellent.
Breakfast was somewhat disappointing, food was very good but service was poor. Waiting too long for simple things like juice and coffee as well as first courses like granola/fruit. Dishes not cleared from tables (and left stacked on the bar, not a good look), wrong orders delivered or not at all (toast). Basics like Salt and Pepper grinders not working. Standard coffee very weak.
Rooftop bar is a great spot but a few simple things like napkins or coasters with drinks and complimentary nuts/snacks with drinks would be expected.
Partner had difficulty with Room Card in lift and one of the members of staff (senior) was quite dismissive (in general staff we excellent and extremely courteous).

Spacious room and very comfortable bed.
Roof top is great and view is fabulous
Location was good- little busy junction but super centred. Great service by the staff. Gym was a plus, small yet has everything you need for a good exercise.
