The hotel was very convenient to theaters and restaurants, as well as the tube. Beautiful views from room terrace and the rooftop bar. The staff and concierge were exceptional and were friendly and very helpful! The rooms were modern and comfortable!

The property is in a good location and is very clean. The view from the roof top bar was lovely
The hallway to the rooms are too dark. The room we stayed in had a smell of damp. The service at breakfast is terrible. There was only one waitress serving the food and couldn’t keep up, all the food was coming out at different times. You also had one person serving drinks so again there was a massive line of hot drinks with know one to hand them out. Guests were complaining making it an unpleasant atmosphere.

Chic and trendy We were given complimentary breakfast and drinks by way of compensation for being given a disabled persons room
IThumping music from the roof top bar keeping us awake until 1 am No toilet brush in the room We booked a room with terrace and river view . However , we were given an accessible room ie seat in shower low light switches and high toilet without prior notice . Also, whist the room was classed as accessible, there was a step up to the balcony, which would certainly not be suitable for people with mobility issues
