Hotel staff were friendly, welcoming and professional and when twin room was not a twin, the situation was rectified quickly with a complimentary drink at the roof bar offered by way of apology.
On Saturday night, my friend and I returned to the roof bar and ordered 2 glasses of house wine. This not what was served and on paying the £60 bill, questioned the exorbitant cost. We were told the staff had not heard what we ordered and advised a refund for the difference in cost would be made .. a week and a half later, this refund has still not been received. We waited at least an hour for cooked breakfast and when it arrived, one meal was missing the sausage with no explanation or apology.

Excellent location, you can’t go wrong with the area if you are in London to see the sights. Very comfortable bed and huge hotel room. My room on the third floor and was very quiet.
I may not be hip enough for the hotel, but could do without the techno tunes in the lobby. It’s definitely not a relaxed vibe when you walk in. The decor is very modern, but on the sterile side. I found the room bland and lacking in personality. It was a bit hit and miss with the staff. Some very friendly and helpful, others not so much. I would skip breakfast here. The staff couldn’t cope, despite not being full. Overall for the price, I was disappointed.

Room was lovely - even had a balcony. Breakfast was fantastic - so much choice and all beautifully served.It was waiter service - so much better than buffet style. The location was very central and we had no problem walking to most places we wanted to go. The extra mile was the roof top bar which was magnificent - the views over London were amazing and particularly spectacular at night. The cocktails were pretty cool too.

I liked the location of the hotel, we didn't raelly use any of the other facilities as we were there to see ABBA Voyage and as much of London as we could in a weekend.
The safe didn't work, someone came to look at it and he said he'd get maintenance to come and sort it but no one appeared the whole weekend so that has significantly influenced my perception of your hotel in a negative way. I wasn't happy with this at all. I then asked at reception and the concierge if there was an opticians nearby and no one had a clue if there was anything in the area. At times I felt I knew more about London than they did and they weren't particularly helpful. I think your people let you down.

Delightful stay. A perfect location for theatres and Covent Garden. Beautiful room and a lovely surprise of complimentary fruit and wine in our room. Stunning room to accommodate 3 adults (me and my daughters) Felt very safe. Very attentive staff.

The view
Extremely disappointing experience at ME London. I would strongly recommend considering another hotel in London. During my stay, I had a small daytime gathering of approximately 12 friends in my room. There was no late night party or disturbance. Hotel staff abruptly shut down the gathering and told me that having more than two guests in my room was against my “contract,” even threatening to call the police. They Two days prior stated I can just not have 2 guests after 11pm. However, I was given "wrong information" What made the situation particularly frustrating was the way it was handled. I booked through Booking.com and could not find a clearly disclosed term stating that only two visitors were permitted in the room. When a hotel is going to enforce a restriction this aggressively, particularly to the point of threatening a paying guest with police involvement, that restriction should be clearly communicated before booking. I completely understand reasonable occupancy, safety, and noise policies. What I do not appreciate is being treated as though I were committing an offense simply for having friends visit during the day, especially when the specific restriction being cited was not clearly disclosed to me. For a hotel positioning itself as an upscale luxury property, I expected hospitality, professionalism, and respectful communication. Instead, the experience felt unnecessarily confrontational and hostile. There are far too many excellent luxury hotels in London to spend this kind of money somewhere that makes its guests feel unwelcome. I would not stay at ME London again and cannot recommend it.

Wonderful
Fabulous hotel, friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Great location - Covent Garden, theatre land, The Strand, Trafalgar Square and Embankment all within an easy walk as are a couple of tube stations for further travel. Plenty of restaurant and bar choices on the doorstep as there are shops! Rooms comfortable and well equipped. Lovely big comfy bed and spacious bathroom - large walk in shower and double sinks. We had a balcony overlooking the city - wonderful views. The Radio Roof Top bar is worth a visit - great views and delicious cocktails! Would visit again!
The only thing I would add is - the room had a well stocked mini bar, but no ice bucket or ice machine available. However, the hotel staff did offer to send ice and a bucket to the room when required!

Did not spend enough time at the property to get a fair opinion of the building and facilities. I was booked into the wrong room by the Night Manager Alvaro Hepburn!!
The sheer rudeness, lack of professionalism and serious lack of integrity on part of the Night Manager Alvaro Hepburn which bordered on unlawful discrimination. Despite my protests, I was booked into the wrong room and Alvaro refused to do anything about it!!!
