Exceptional
Nice staff and great location. Beds were comfortable and it was 1 block from kings cross and st Pancras station. Quiet area. Good value for location.
Shower could use a good bleaching as there was orange mold. It would be nice to have cleaning spray at each one so you could clean it after other people. Going up 3 floors with luggage was fine for us, but I would suggest to request a lower room if you have mobility issues.

Pleasant
Sink in room. toilet and shower are share in common hall. Old building near Kings Cross. People in the park were loud all day and night, so hot room with window close during the night. The hotel manager wants to help, .. call Police? but may not possible. I like hotel location but some difficulty. Thank you
toilet and shower are share in common hall. Old building without Elevator near Kings Cross. People in the park were loud all day and night, even with widow close, so hot room with window close. The hotel manager want to help, .. Police? but may not possible.

The room was nice and the tea and coffee maker was a plus. We asked for extra pillows and got them quickly.
The stairs were steep and we had to carry our own luggage up two flights. The room was a bit tight but we managed.

Wonderful
Staff was super friendly and helpful. You can always leave your luggage in the lobby if you get there early or have checked out, but not left London yet. It's across the street and a block down from King's Cross and St Pancras rail stations.

Poor
Good location. Very easy access to King’s Cross and St. Pancras stations.
We were on the top floor (5F) with no elevator and it was very hard to get consistent warm water out of the shower. The shared shower rooms were also tiny and hard to change in. The shared toilet was also not great.

Good
The location is very good, lots of public transport options and also such locations as SOHO are reachable by foot within a 30min stroll. The staff was friendly and the check in process was smooth.
The air circulation didn't really exist in the room. We could open the window and use the small ventialtor but still it was very stuffy and without an integrated ventilation in the room the air gets really bad at night when two people are sleeping in such a small room even with an open widnow. Also you could hear everything happening in the corridor and sometimes it felt like there is someone entering your room cause the sound isolation is pretty bad.

Although it is very tight for space, and if roominess is crucial to you, of if you have a longer stay, it might not be ideal. But we stayed two nights as a couple, arrived at Kings Cross and after a day in London depart from St Prancras the next morning, the cramped quarters were not an issue. After a week traveling Britain and sleeping on saggy beds, this room had a bed that supported my back, so I woke up refreshed. The bathroom and shower were clean and entirely functional. The establishment is both clean and respectable. The locking system feels secure. There was a fan in the room and the window could be cracked open enough to have some ventilation. The neighbourhood - once you are away from the hustle and bustle only a few blocks away - is not only quiet and safe, but feels like a real neighbourhood, with local pubs and cafes with bustling sidewalk terraces. I feel like I lucked out on the location for the price! Highly recommended if you just need a comfortable place to rest, visit the city, and have extremely close access to train transport. Tube stations, obviously, are just around the corner. There was also a kettle and real coffee cups and real glasses for wine or water.
If you are super rich, I suppose you stay somewhere with more space.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect - lots of different food options around and Kings Cross is only a 2 minute walk!
Nothing was wrong; it could be updated but everything was clean and comfortable.

The staff was very welcoming. Even though we were supposed to check-in at 2 pm, they allowed us to at least drop our bags before going for tours.
No air conditionner.

The location right by King's Cross was great and convenient! The en suite was appreciated. The two entry doors so you can avoid walking by reception if you wanted.
No air, but I found a fan that helped. They kept the windows open to keep it cool. I closed them once cause I was uncomfortable about the safety issue and they would open them back. My traveling companion got a sore throat from sleeping with them open. The guy at reception was a bit weird but I just avoided him. Doesn't bother me too much but the comforters are from the 80s lol

Disappointing
Noisy, no sound installation whatsoever. You can hear the footsteps, conversations from next door. The windows dont isolate any noise from street. Thee rooms are super small.
