Great value for the price I paid. A bigger room than I expected, perfect location, very pleasant staff. Everything I needed for a short stay.
The only drawback for me was that unfortunately the bathroom smelled terrible. I hope that's a one-off.

This hotel is fab. Only a short walk from Kings Cross and very clean and tidy. It's a budget hotel and was perfect for our one night stay. Id recommend it to anyone on a short stay. For longer is probably want my own bathroom however for one or two nights perfectly adequate. Tea making facilities included.

I knew there would not be a bathroom in my room, so I was pleasantly surprised there was a sink in the room.
I would have appreciated if the front desk had advised me that there was a step down in the hallway to my room.

Perfect location for one night and a quick walk to Kings Cross. Take the walkway under Euston Road and you can even miss the weather.
Can’t leave heavy luggage in the office area if you have an early flight as they don’t open the office until 8a.

Staff, because they are very friendly and available to solve issues.
Location.
The end of corridor shower on the third floor is much smaller than the middle corridor; then I needed to understand the water temperature, which the staff explained and was sorted.

The photos were accurate. As someone who likes a firm bed it was super comfy. No fuss to get in or out and a lot less annoying to have shared facilities than I feared, clean and never a queue.

I felt very safe and cozy at the Macdonald Hotel. We had a small double twin room with wifi and a private bath. The room was affordable and has an amazing location right next to King's Cross, so we could easily travel anywhere around London.
The tiles in the shower could have been cleaner.

Nice staff and great location. Beds were comfortable and it was 1 block from kings cross and st Pancras station. Quiet area. Good value for location.
Shower could use a good bleaching as there was orange mold. It would be nice to have cleaning spray at each one so you could clean it after other people. Going up 3 floors with luggage was fine for us, but I would suggest to request a lower room if you have mobility issues.

Sink in room. toilet and shower are share in common hall. Old building near Kings Cross. People in the park were loud all day and night, so hot room with window close during the night. The hotel manager wants to help, .. call Police? but may not possible. I like hotel location but some difficulty. Thank you
