Great service and welcome, friendly staff made the stay memorable and there was a good breakfast
Not the hotel's fault but it was SO hot. Air conditioning would have been good, but we knew this in advance and probably the only night you'd need it in London all year!

The owners and staff are the nicest and most accomodating people. Homey breakfast free of charge. Felt like home.
There is no elevator due to building, some people might have problem with stairs. The hotel let us know in advance and we vere OK with that.

The hotel is located at a very lovely neighbourhood and close to good transport connections. There are very very kind and helpful people working at the hotel and they made us feel warm and welcomed.
Ventilation in the room wasn’t the best and during a heatwave there isn’t much air to breathe.

Excellent location. Close to two tube stations. Friendly and very responsive staff. Breakfast was served quickly so if you had reservations some where you could get in and out with no problem.
Breakfast could use more variety. Possibly some more fresh fruit options.

All the staff were wonderful. The two brothers (i am bad with names and mainly told them apart by their shirts) were delightful. The staff were good with providing information as needed. The breakfast was included and had good choices and good coffee. The rooms have everything you need. We liked the neighborhood it was in. It has a small town kind of feel but still in a good location. You can walk to sites such as westminster abbey and Trafalgar square. The bus 24 right in front of hotel, and Victoria and Pimlico stations are very convenient to take you anywhere you need to go. I would book here again. It is very well run and inviting.
They were very up front about it but no air conditioner or lift. We were here during a very hot time and it was not near as bad as it could have been. It probably bothered my nephew more but the fan was OK. I was on the ground floor so the lift didn't bother me too much but I had a recent surprise hip replacement it might have been problematic on a higher floor. That being said I knew up front and it was my choice to keep reservation. I thought the hotel was more than adequate. It could use a little reno but it was clean and not too bad.

Location was close to where most tours pick up and drop off and had a lot of restaurants and 3 supermarkets. The staff was the friendliest I've ever seen. Breakfast was included and was served at the tables every morning (not a buffet). Hotel was really clean too.
Rooms are on the smaller side and there is no air conditioning, but both of those are as advertised. I was nervous about not being able to sleep without AC in June, but even during a heatwave, the building stayed pretty cool at night, probably because it's made of stone.
