Staff were lovely, made to feel at home and welcome. Breakfast was served with a smile
Rooms quite small and could have been cleaned slightly better (room wasnt dirty as such but there was some dirt on the light switch and an empty bottle of water under the bed). Im OCD hence why I am being particular!

Great location, the staff was so so helpful and friendly. Seriously the nicest people and eager to make sure your stay was a good one. The breakfast was delicious and a perfect start to the day. The beds were very comfortable.
The rooms could really use a bit of a face lift. Maybe at least get rid of carpet? It is very small. Luckily the location is great and you dont spend much time in the rooms.

Walking distance to both Victoria station and Pimlico underground. 24 hour reception desk. Friendly and helpful staff. Cooked breakfast provided.
Breakfast finishes very early at 9am. Option of cereals, yogurt and fruit instead of cooked breakfast would have been appreciated.

Perfect location within a short walking distance from Victoria Station.
In a nice area with nice local bars and restaurants. About a 10-15 minute walk to Buckingham Palace and easy access to the wonders of London.
Would recommend it, good value, topped by friendly, welcoming and helpful staff.
Room is a little dated and compact.
However, it was still cosy and had everything we needed.

Location was close to most tourist destinations. The location was clean and felt safe for large city.
The in suite bathroom was clean and new fixtures
The room was small for a queen bed. The carpet should be replaced. The lack of a lift would make it difficult for anyone who is limited climbing stairs

It is so convenient especially catching transportation at Victoria Station. The street is fairly quiet and quaint. Our room was great, more than adequate space. The staff there could not have been more helpful with my many questions. The owners, Peter and Bernard, are wonderful and so friendly.
