Second time staying here. Excellent value for London. Facilities are clean, comfortable bed, fast WiFi. Bathroom located right next to my room. Friendly staff. Good, abundant breakfast. Location is excellent!

A group of 6 friends were going to see a play at The Globe so the LSE was perfect location. Much cheaper than local hotels and the breakfast was amazing
This is a bit picky but because of the extreme heat I missed air conditioning. The room was at the front and I left the windows open but it was noisy during the night with youngsters coming back and delivery lorries

Dormitory accommodation - great value for money in London! Although there’s wear and tear, it was clean and spacious with a decent shower. A great breakfast included and a great location (photo is the view from my room).
Nothing - it’s my second time staying!

We liked the room although it was noisy coming from air conditioning units outside our window (G1). All very clean. Staff on reception were helpful when we needed extra milk and pillows.
Just noise outside our window (air conditioning units) kept one of us awake.

The location is very good, just near the Tate Gallery and along the Thames for a nice walk about. Gentleman behind the desk on checking in was very welcoming and helpful. Nice breakfast as well with lots of choices. Better than some of these big chain hotels in central London.
All good

Being located directly next to the Tate Modern and just a quick walk to the Thames bank is amazing. The breakfast was also really good, and also included vegan options (for example vegan croissants, plant-based sausages, soy joghurt, milk alternatives).

The taps in the bath should really be a mixer. The water was far too hot in both the taps and the shower—I nearly burnt myself.

The room and toilets are very simple but clean.
The kitchen staff was not always the nicest, unlike the front staff. The toilet could use a shelf or couple more hooks to put stuff.
