I have stayed at the Hotel a few times and its always excellent with great staff, facilities and service . good value for money for this standard of hotel also .
Only small gripe would be that the steam room was not working due to a fault.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They are very attentive. The location of the hotel is great and suits my needs.
The AC had a very loud noise. Maintenance were called in and the problem was solved. The bed did not have a head board and this is very uncomfortable particularly if you needed to lay your head back. The pillows are extremely uncomfortable. they are too small and low. They need to be bigger and a bit higher to support the neck. they also need to be softer. The food menu in the Hotel's restaurant is very basic and a bit limited. Same applies to room service. There is margin to improve.

I was disappointed with the staff’s attitude as they were not cooperative and provided me with incorrect information regarding the availability of connecting rooms for families. Later, I found out that most of the rooms in the hotel are in fact connected with internal doors. This lack of accurate information caused unnecessary inconvenience during my stay.

The arrangement for breakfast is peculiar unprecedented. We did not enjoy our breakfast at all. I conveyed the matter to top management who promised to deal with the matter, but they never did. They simply do not care.
