It is really old and not updated. The closet is very small and you have only the option to hang things. The shelves and half the closet is occupied by mini bar, fridge, ironing equipment etc.
It is very noisy. The windows don’t hold anything. I was waking up every day from works and traffic outside my window

Athena at the front desk was great and welcoming. The staff at the cafe where we had afternoon tea were great.
Some of the front desk staff were not very helpful and condescending. The fridge in the room kept getting locked because of a glitch in the automated locking system. We had to call for service to have the fridge opened each time and we gave up after the first 2 days. Till the end, they were unable to fix the situation. When I called the front desk staff, they were more concerned with 'educating' me that it is a mini bar and not a fridge - not the point of my call. I had a similar unnecessary situation when I requests for my evening dress to be steamed - they said there was an iron in the room. I had to explain to them I was aware of that and what I need was to steam the the dress. Finally, they said I could request for a steamer sent to the room on the day. When I called on the day to request for the garment steamer, I was again told there was an iron and I had to explain I needed a garment steamer instead. Such unnecessary back on forth and a lack of respect for the guest. All that money for a supposedly good hotel and they could not even sort a simple thing like having a mini bar fridge that opens and made steaming my dress such a tedious exercise. The room was not impression either. It is okay that it small as that was in the description, but the deco and overall room was tired.

Concierge services were great as well as reception and doorman .
Restaurant service and food was terrible . Even lounge had very limited choices .
