There was a really loud noise in the room, it was constant all night. Quite chaotic in the reception. No attention to detail. Very poor lighting in the room. Think it was a disabled room as the bath was low and small and the shower was awful. Leaked everywhere. Not a proper shower just over the bath.

Attentive staff. Great location. Delicious breakfast. Very comfortable room and bed.
The alarm clock went off at 0525. This was not set by us and was a Sunday so not ideal.

Beds were excellent. Breakfast was ok (but not great).
Rooms too small. You couldn't open the door to the restroom while opening the door to the wardrobe. Also, I couldn't find a larger room with two separate beds.

The room was modern and big, the beds were very comfy. The restaurants were very good too.
The reason for the low score was we had a room above the restaurant. Until we rang down at 2.30am the constant scraping and moving of chairs kept us awake. They would be dropping cuterly on the floor. Then as they stopped, the staff service lift was right in front of our door and staff were banging the trolley into the lift. Then the restaurant started again at 6am. Other than this, the hotel would of been worth the money and a good rating.
