Wonderful
I was in London for work and Leman was just the best location. It’s busy but quiet. Coffee shop was great too especially the sandwiches. Tuna was my favorite.
Keycard kept deactivating. I also wish I didn’t have to go downstairs to ask for a clean towel, shower gel and toilet roll. Be good for them to come up every 3-4 days to restock supplies even when rooms don’t need to be cleaned.

An excellent apartment-hotel option in London. Leman Locke is in a good location, a 2-minute walk from the Aldgate East underground station and also close to several bus stops. The space is large and has everything you need for a longer stay in London. The coffee shop downstairs is an added bonus!
The couch is pretty small for 2 people and not the most comfortable, but overall that's such a tiny thing!

OK room layout and nice bathroom Nice front desk staff
Well overdue upgrading the in-house entertainment system (TV / Casting) and wifi - cancelled a planned visit to a movie theatre to watch a film on Netflix in the room but ending up watching a 90 mins film on YouTube instead as hotel TV could not connect Netflix - viewing took over 3 hours due to commercials and very poor wifi Room crowded with throws and rugs that are DUST collectors and the once lovely pink couch (very uncomfortable) is well past its glory and full of stains - we placed towels over it to be 'comfortable' sitting there Room was not cleaned or looked after by house keeping Two elevators serving 21 floors and some 200 ? rooms - expect spending 5 mins waiting each time Very rude staff at the hotel coffee shop - we simply asked to have our coffees in proper cups in stead of paper mugs which seemed too hard work for the 'barista' Given the experience and the price paid this IS NOT value for money

close-ish to LLS-station, optional in walking distance. in particular the leman Locke location, their bathroom was brighter than for example the one at buckle street
check- in available from 4pm which is even later than most check in at other places. Room could have been cleaner.

Location
A/C was broken for two days and it was extremely hot. They finally came to fix the part and then it was quite comfortable. The couch was quite dirty and the floor was scuffed up. There was no sponge provided to wash dishes. No was their dish dishwashing soap it was very hard to contact the front desk without going down to Reception WhatsApp did not work.

Intermittent loud operational / buzzing noise in the night, which we informed staff about on first night but nothing changed Room information said to call reception on number 55 for assistance but then no phone is provided in the room to make a call TV didn’t work (was advised to use chrome cast but it didn’t work and tv kept turning off if you did manage to get any picture), no kettle included initially, no surface in bathroom for even a toothbrush

Good location
I booked a 1 bedroom suit. Was allocated an accessible apartment. Awful bathrrom with a sink so low it gave me back ache. A shower that spread water on the floor risking slipping and injury. A bed that sagged in the middle and gave me backache. A tv in the livibg so low it was hard to watch. Told no standards available. After one night if trying to put uo eith it, given a studio flat, much cheaper but no refund of difference between a 1 bedroom flat and a tiny studio. I even joined the Locke community as encouraged to do. Makes no difference. Am told a refund decision is ' up to the discretion' of the management. A very poor show. Was my 3rd time staying there in 6 weeks, will be the last. And will cancel my reservstion at the Locke in Paris
