The location was good, the apartment was great and it had all the basic utensils expect for the knife. The WiFi was also fast and it was overall a very good stay.

Great location next to Aldgate East station, modern building, spacious appartment with a nice view. Great wifi, iron and hairdryer available. Nice bar on the ground floor.
Not the most comfortable bed, quite creaky as well, missing cookware (pans, pots) although otherwise a well-equipped kitchen. A lot of empty and half-empty soap and toiletries bottles in the bathroom. Just a handful of tv channels.

After 2 days the bathroom began to make a smell, it didn’t go away after we kept the door open and we didn’t shower that much

Amazing view, super friendly staff and nice big apartments. Always my first choice when I'm back in London.
Small cleaning things like hair found on the sofa but easily sorted when mentioned to the team.

The staff, the location and the value for money
We stayed in a great room this time, last time the aircon was very tricky to work and the bathroom was attached ensure which wasn't as nice as this time.

Housekeeping, cleaning was a disappointment. I had to ask twice to get the room cleaned, sheets and towels changed even once during our 11-day stay.
