Wonderful
The sofa and bed were both very comfortable, and the decor was modern and light. The kitchenette was equipped with anything you could need. There is a tube station just down the road, and lots of small supermarkets nearby. I had a great view from my window, but I did pay extra for a city view.
There was an orange stain on the back of the sofa, and some hand marks on the headboard (otherwise everything was very clean). It could take a little while to get a lift from the top floor. Too much light streamed into the room from the hallway at night.

Spacious room, well equipped kitchen, nice coffee bar downstairs. Very close to the subway and busses. Lots of nice bars and restaurants nearby. Close to Brick Lane.

Amazing staff, smooth check in and check out, great location, really good rooms with everything required for a long stay. Super comfortable. Love everything.
There was a random cementy pillar in my room, separating the bedroom from the living room. It was not there in the room I had previously stayed in. Maybe just a one off situation. It was not inconvenient but just broke the aesthetic of the room which is so beautifully done up.

Was looking for a spacious room in London and found this place to be quite convenient in terms of transportation (near tube/bus) plus the interior was pretty nice with the all-you-need equipped kitchenette with washing/drying machine, very convenient. The location is also great in terms of tube station only less than 5 mins walk. overall satisfied with the booking :) might check out their other locations next time
The intersection looks a bit dodgy in the early morning, there was a drunk-homeless guy walking and shouting around there (maybe its only that saturday morning) and just other thing is that be aware that same room type might comes in different sizes and lay out. i booked 2 bookings in different period. The first room we stayed in 702 is quite small (not so convenient for big luggage traveller) but another room we got 503 is a lot more spacious.

Staff when they were there were very friendly and helpful Usual Locke pleasant smell in reception! Bathroom was well fitted Kitchen well kitted out Wifi really good being room only but need to be told about it on reception - had no idea how to find it Iron and ironing board, hairdryer, all easily to hand Great location and access to food and places to eat
Self check in machine didn't work - printed out a blank receipt (supposedly with my room number on it but was totally blank) - staff said it happens all the time! The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Somehow there were two ridges in the mattress that made it really uncomfortable to lie on and I'm not normally very fussy about mattresses. Also the lighting in the corridors wasn't great. As a lone female, the lift wouldn't call to the 1st floor - the button didn't light up or call the lift. I'm perfectly capable of taking the stairs (and did) but they were not well signposted and there were various doors to dark corridors I could have chosen. The lighting in the stairwell didn't immediately come on, same on corridor from stairwell to reception - so I felt quite vulnerable Also stupid thing but the entrance door is not well signposted at Leman Locke and it looks like you need to call reception or put in a code to keypad to gain entrance. When in fact the door was open (though there was noone on front desk when I first got there) - could use a PULL sign on door or a sign saying to try the door The conditioner was horrendous - not good for long hair - strips it!

Perfect location for exploring London, tube across the road. Loads of places to eat to suit all budgets, Brick Lane and Spitalfields Market an easy walk. Cafe downstairs for coffee or quick bite to eat. Tesco & Sainsury's close to get some essentials. Clean, modern apartment with everything you need for a home away from home. Staff helpful and accessible, wifi worked!! It was very hot when we visited London and it was so nice to come back to an A/C room. We arrived early in the morning after a 24 hour flight and they had our room ready for us straight away. This is now our place to stay in London.

It is very close to the metro and there are plenty of eating places within a 10-15 min walk. Theres also a Sainsbury just behind the property. The staff were lovely and helpful.
I wish they could offer daily (or every alternate day) housekeeping service; I stayed for 8 nights and it would have made my stay more pleasant.
