With a superb central location between Piccadilly and Regent Street, this historical central hotel features spacious, elegant rooms provide everything you need for a stay in the city center. Stylishly furnished, the spacious rooms at The Dilly feature private bathrooms with bathrobes and cozy slippers. Guests can enjoy free newspapers, as well as a refrigerator and 24-hour room service. The Dilly is just 10 minutes walk from the shops of Oxford Street and Bond Street, while Piccadilly Circus is less than a 5-minute walk. Leicester Square and Covent Garden can both be reached in 10 minutes on foot. The Health Club at The Dilly has a steam room, and guests can exercise in the state-of-the-art gym and squash courts. The Dilly also features a dance studio available for private hire or dance lessons. Terrace at The Dilly restaurant has an outdoor terrace overlooking Piccadilly. Afternoon tea is also served here with child-friendly menus for the whole family to enjoy. Experience the flavors of India at Madhu's restaurant located in the hotel's Oak Room. The Dilly has seven meeting rooms and event spaces. The hotel is unable to accept contactless payments. A physical card is required. As we approach our 120th year, we are delighted to announce the beginning of an extensive renovation program that will restore our hotel as one of Piccadilly’s most iconic landmarks. From January 6th to May, our main entrance will be temporarily relocated to Air Street, where our team will be ready to welcome you as always. Madhu's Restaurant will be closed from January to April, as it undergoes its own renovation. Guests can continue to enjoy breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner on our beautiful terrace throughout this time. We are committed to ensuring every stay remains memorable and we look forward to unveiling our beautifully transformed hotel spaces and sharing this exciting journey with you.

The Dilly is such a beautiful place, centrally located, clean, tidy and attentive and amazing staff, especially the doorman Paul who pointed us in the direction of lots of unique things to see and do. Best nights sleep I've ever had in a hotel with lots of personal touches in the room for us to enjoy.

I booked my mam to stay for her 60th the staff did a great job to make her feel welcome with balloons champagne and chocolates free of charge. How ever they gave my mam an da a room they knew that there was something wrong with it the toilet backed up we sent for engineer who never turned up then told to go to another room late at night , we understand what is going on in the property with renovations but for the amount payed and knowing there was something wrong with the room why put them in there
The knowing that they were put into a wrong room, that the hotel knew would cause a back up in the toilet and then move my mam and da late at night on her 60th to another room

Perfect location, lovely helpful door staff flagged down taxis for us.
Room was very small and dark, didn't help it was painted a very dark colour made it feel quite oppressive. Was expecting better after paying more for superior king room.

The location is very handy next to Picadilly tube station. I stay here quite often because of it.
I did not like that I was not notified when booking that the hotel is under renovation. Clearly the hotel is a little tired and needs the attention. The first morning none of the elevators worked which the staff had not noticed. Also The air conditioner did not work properly. Had it set on the lowest temp but was clear just turning the air over as the temp coming out was not colder than the room temp. bizarrely at 5.30am I woke to the room being very hot and uncomfortable. I brought this to the attention of the staff . They said it was fixed and then exactly the same thing happened the next night. I did not have a good stay in this regard.

The location is fantastic. The special decorations for our 25th wedding anniversary made it special.
It would be better even if there was a light in the ceiling as the lamps were too dim it made it impossible to read.

Location
Arrived during renovations didn’t feel like a 5 star €500 a night hotel. Reception area poor, no lounge area/restaurant or bar available till late evening. Room large but dated… clean but the mattress was worn and pillows flat
