The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of great things to do nearby. The team was incredibly helpful in guiding us around and even helped us find gluten-free restaurants in the area. We were very pleased with our experience and highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed at the Dilly for 5 or 6 nights for my wifes 60 th bday. The location was superb as were the all the staff from reservations , special request like for the birthday surprise, Ressies at Madhu’s for dinner. As was was the hospitality in the club lounge and concierge .
No complaints sure it has some age , but man it has everything else like location and hospitality

Our stay at The Dilly was truly magical. We visited to celebrate my birthday, and it was also our first time properly exploring London and discovering all it has to offer. From the moment we arrived, the experience exceeded every expectation. The staff surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to a suite, complete with VIP amenities, and had beautifully decorated the room with balloons, birthday banners, chocolates, and an incredible towel art display. While we were out during the day, the team went above and beyond by placing a birthday cake, chocolates, and a bottle of sparkling wine in the room for our return — an unforgettable highlight of the celebration. A thoughtful birthday message on the mirror added an extra personal touch, and every member of staff we encountered was genuinely warm, attentive, and eager to make our stay special. The facilities were excellent, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect for exploring central London. A massive thank you to Radi (Guest Relations) and Denis Dediu for making our stay so memorable — your attention to detail and kindness made it an experience we’ll never forget.

The location was perfect for exploring the sights around TrafalgarSquare. The metro station was close by for easy access to the airport. The staff were very helpful and stored my bag when I arrived before check in time. They gave me a yummy breakfast bag to go for my early trip to the airport. The room was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay there again.

Location was perfect. The room was a suite and it was large. Rose leaves and chocolates on the bed upon arrival. Gifts for the kids – thoughtful idea. Nice gesture with guest bags (chocolates and juice) upon leaving. Very nice gym. Nice swimming pool. Access to the lounge with juice, coffee, yogurt, and pastries – a nice touch for suite owners.
The room felt cold and humid. Gifts for children didn’t suit their ages (23 and 14). Departure gift bags: only two bags for three people. Swimming pool water was a bit too cold. The only warm place was the bath – the rest felt chilly.

Location was excellent
We got our room after 5 PM, while we arrived and showed up at the hotel at 9am. The reception said they would give us the room after 10am. We had to come and enquire multiple times, and the room was still not ready. It was absurd. When we got the room, it was not clean and we had mole flying from the closet.

Room was spacious, staff helpful, location very central and walking distance to attractions, good variety in breakfast, piano bar, fast check out option. Also, the room welcomed me with a lovely Happy Birthday surprise, which absolutely made my day.
There was too much construction noise, drilling and such during my stay. Although the room was spectacular this had a negative effect on me.

Second time staying at the Dilly. Location is fantastic, doorman is friendly, knowledgeable, funny and helpful. Staff upgraded our room without us asking. Didn't try to restaurant but the two bars are great.

Exceptional location. Good size room. Room has a Nespresso machine. Bell service was good.
Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Mediocre all the way around. Bathroom was very bad in terms of uodates and only had a shower liner (which was stained). Hotel staff was not service forward. They said they would call me when my room was ready..and then just never did. When I pointed it out then gentleman said “some people ask for it but really don’t want to be called.” …whatever…
