Great location. Clean rooms and facilities. Friendly staff.
Shared hot water supply to shower can go cold if there are too many users at once. Apparently this is being updated as part of the hotel’s refurbishment program

We had a lovely stay at the Dilly. A beautiful hotel in such a great location. We celebrated a special anniversary and the Dilly put so many special touches in the room and they kindly upgraded up to an executive double. We will definitely return for our next stay in London. 10/10!

We stayed for one night. This was probably the biggest room we have stayed in in London. The welcome, with fruit and chocolate platter, was a lovely touch and very welcome. There is a nespresso machine and plenty of storage space. Whilst the room is showing signs of age, I have to say it did not detract from our stay as the service more than compensated. The breakfast experience was very good and the staff excellent. A real bonus for me was decaf coffee and oat milk. Downstairs there is a wellbeing suite with squash courts, swimming pool, sauna and even a golf simulator! Also a piano and cocktail bar is few steps down from the reception area. Overall I would definitely recommend the Dilly to friends and family planning a visit to the capital.

Location was perfect. The room was a suite and it was large. Rose leaves and chocolates on the bed upon arrival. Gifts for the kids – thoughtful idea. Nice gesture with guest bags (chocolates and juice) upon leaving. Very nice gym. Nice swimming pool. Access to the lounge with juice, coffee, yogurt, and pastries – a nice touch for suite owners.
The room felt cold and humid. Gifts for children didn’t suit their ages (23 and 14). Departure gift bags: only two bags for three people. Swimming pool water was a bit too cold. The only warm place was the bath – the rest felt chilly.

Location was excellent
We got our room after 5 PM, while we arrived and showed up at the hotel at 9am. The reception said they would give us the room after 10am. We had to come and enquire multiple times, and the room was still not ready. It was absurd. When we got the room, it was not clean and we had mole flying from the closet.

Room was spacious, staff helpful, location very central and walking distance to attractions, good variety in breakfast, piano bar, fast check out option. Also, the room welcomed me with a lovely Happy Birthday surprise, which absolutely made my day.
There was too much construction noise, drilling and such during my stay. Although the room was spectacular this had a negative effect on me.

It was nicely appointed. They provided a beautiful birthday experience in our room.
I probably would not stay in Piccadilly again. The traffic makes it impossible to Uber a taxi anywhere.

Beautiful bedroom, excellent hotel location for our purposes, helpful and friendly staff.
Breakfast was ghastly with an overcrowded conference room being used with 2 coffee machines to serve I guess 200 guests. In fairness this is a temporary arrangement as the hotel is being refurbished.
