There was a problem in my room, one lamp would not turn off - I asked twice to reception and once to housekeeping to have it fixed but nothing was done to resolve it
There was no hotel information in the room so did not have details of the facilities

It has a classic feel, which is what you want in that location. You are central to everything.

Eventhough serious building work to the front of the building was happening their was no internal effect on our stay...most excellent staff, manners and service excellent. The food was very good in a wonderfull room. The Dilly is very well located for theatres and all the central London attractions and history.
I high recommend the Dilly as a comfortable, clean home from home in an established well curated building with excellent staff. Will definately return.

The attention to detail was fantastic. From the chocolates, btl of wine and other confectionery to the swan towels, bear and petals on the bed. This was such a happy surprise. Breakfast was yummy and the pool was enjoyable, especially with the weather being so warm. All staff were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved the elegance and old London charm. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful Dining in the stunning terrace restaurant was very special and the food was amazing. The room was luxurious and the twin beds were so comfortable. We utilised the spa facilities and absolutely loved it. We will be back.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous.
The standard of the room and the thoughtful touches on our arrival made it feel like a real treat and we felt relaxed.
The location is absolutely perfect to be able to go see all the biggest sights amd attractions london has to offer.
