With a superb central location between Piccadilly and Regent Street, this historical central hotel features spacious, elegant rooms provide everything you need for a stay in the city center. Stylishly furnished, the spacious rooms at The Dilly feature private bathrooms with bathrobes and cozy slippers. Guests can enjoy free newspapers, as well as a refrigerator and 24-hour room service. The Dilly is just 10 minutes walk from the shops of Oxford Street and Bond Street, while Piccadilly Circus is less than a 5-minute walk. Leicester Square and Covent Garden can both be reached in 10 minutes on foot. The Health Club at The Dilly has a steam room, and guests can exercise in the state-of-the-art gym and squash courts. The Dilly also features a dance studio available for private hire or dance lessons. Terrace at The Dilly restaurant has an outdoor terrace overlooking Piccadilly. Afternoon tea is also served here with child-friendly menus for the whole family to enjoy. Experience the flavors of India at Madhu's restaurant located in the hotel's Oak Room. The Dilly has seven meeting rooms and event spaces. The hotel is unable to accept contactless payments. A physical card is required. As we approach our 120th year, we are delighted to announce the beginning of an extensive renovation program that will restore our hotel as one of Piccadilly’s most iconic landmarks. From January 6th to May, our main entrance will be temporarily relocated to Air Street, where our team will be ready to welcome you as always. Madhu's Restaurant will be closed from January to April, as it undergoes its own renovation. Guests can continue to enjoy breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner on our beautiful terrace throughout this time. We are committed to ensuring every stay remains memorable and we look forward to unveiling our beautifully transformed hotel spaces and sharing this exciting journey with you.

Ideal location, staff were lovely and breakfast was really nice with a very good selection.
The hotel definitely wasn’t a five star, I would say more of a 3 star. Bedrooms and en-suite were very disappointing with a serious need of a makeover. The bed was very comfortable but the room was very hot and you couldn’t open any window. They kindly provided us with a fan which helped a bit.

The front reception desk wasn’t open due to refurbishment etc, also had to move rooms as the shower only gave hot water ! Reception happily offered to move us immediately ,

Room was beautifully decorated by staff for our 15th year wedding anniversary. Junior suite was huge and the hotel is in a prime location just 2min walk to the theatre. Highly recommended

The staff were extremely helpful and kind during our stay. One member of the team in particular made a real effort to assist us and ensured that our Genius benefits were properly applied, including an upgrade and breakfast, which we truly appreciated. The location of the hotel is excellent and very convenient for exploring London. Even though there is some renovation work taking place in the building, it did not disturb our stay at all. What made the biggest difference during our stay was the professionalism and kindness of the staff, who made us feel genuinely welcome. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and felt well looked after by the hotel team.
The only small inconvenience was that the main entrance was sometimes closed, which made access to the hotel slightly less convenient. Apart from that, everything was very good.

Location is fantastic, very comfortable bed, some staff were very nice and polite).
First room we got was connected with another, where we heard baby crying. We asked for a change and we got a new room, it was appreciated. Downside was that this room was in very bad condition, very outdated, feeling of probably 2 star hotel. It affected our overall experience and impression of the hotel. We shared our thoughts with management, they were receptive to our feedback and we received formal apology.
