With a superb central location between Piccadilly and Regent Street, this historical central hotel features spacious, elegant rooms provide everything you need for a stay in the city center. Stylishly furnished, the spacious rooms at The Dilly feature private bathrooms with bathrobes and cozy slippers. Guests can enjoy free newspapers, as well as a refrigerator and 24-hour room service. The Dilly is just 10 minutes walk from the shops of Oxford Street and Bond Street, while Piccadilly Circus is less than a 5-minute walk. Leicester Square and Covent Garden can both be reached in 10 minutes on foot. The Health Club at The Dilly has a steam room, and guests can exercise in the state-of-the-art gym and squash courts. The Dilly also features a dance studio available for private hire or dance lessons. Terrace at The Dilly restaurant has an outdoor terrace overlooking Piccadilly. Afternoon tea is also served here with child-friendly menus for the whole family to enjoy. Experience the flavors of India at Madhu's restaurant located in the hotel's Oak Room. The Dilly has seven meeting rooms and event spaces. The hotel is unable to accept contactless payments. A physical card is required. As we approach our 120th year, we are delighted to announce the beginning of an extensive renovation program that will restore our hotel as one of Piccadilly’s most iconic landmarks. From January 6th to May, our main entrance will be temporarily relocated to Air Street, where our team will be ready to welcome you as always. Madhu's Restaurant will be closed from January to April, as it undergoes its own renovation. Guests can continue to enjoy breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner on our beautiful terrace throughout this time. We are committed to ensuring every stay remains memorable and we look forward to unveiling our beautifully transformed hotel spaces and sharing this exciting journey with you.

The location was amazing right in the heart of London and close to all the very expensive designer shops. Service and staff amazing and friendly.
The hotel is going through major renovations and to be honest if id known that I would of gone elsewhere. The hotel is obviously historic but needs updating in the bedrooms and bathroom. My biggest let down was our room had no air conditioning and was so uncomfortable as the heater was on full power so they had to get us a fan!! Not good enough when you spend alot of money on a room it should of been better or another room offered. I wouldn't return.

Perfect location. Room was stunning. It has a very good gym for a hotel. Food in the Terrace was very nice.

Corridors warm, cold drab dark dated room Even with upgrade. Not one of the staff cracked a smile between them this is the play central at least act happy. In future I will go elsewhere. Old outdated furniture.

I tried to telephone the Hotel at 10.00am on the day of my visit to enquire about pre-theatre dining - after ten unanswered calls, I gave up and booked a close-by restaurant. On arriving in my room, there was a ratehr creepy 'diaplay' - swan towels, rose petals and a shiny "welcome home" banner. I think they gave me the wrong room.

Fantastic location have stayed at the deli four times every year for my birthday,
She is under construction was not told this when we booked, extremely noisy could hear the work being done from the room, staff are complacent now with no real care, nowhere to relax nowhere to sit in the reception area, there was no room service, telephone didn’t work in the room, definitely won’t be staying again, this is a real shame as enjoyed staying previously for the last four years. Rooms are tired.

Other then location absolutely nothing,
This hotel is a complete mess.renovation on going in Lobby, is not a big deal. How ever Below are just a few of facts. Carpets in hallways and rooms are filthy, room smell musty, furniture in room is only suitable for the junk yard, AC grills were full of dust, only good thing was 2 packs of biscuits ,and selection of Teas in room. THIS IS NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL.
