Bedrooms are dated and need refurbishing. Old bathtubs with plastic shower curtain. No usb ports. No sockets near bedside tables

the location is great, room size was good
The pool was very cold
The steam room was a warm room with no steam for 3 days
The tiles are / have fallen off all round the pool
Ensuite is extremely dated and falling apart
Repair standards are appalling
The shower is terrible / no pressure / Shower is so old and antiquated it was easier to go to the pool changing room showers
sockets didn't all work
The bed and carpet were stained
Everything is grubby
Building front and reception are like a pretty facade to a really run down premier inn

Comfortable spacious room and bathroom, nice beds and linen, decor a bit dated but charming, nice touches from the service / cleaning staff, fabulously convenient central location, really enjoyed and appreciated the gym and indoor swimming pool, very friendly, helpful and efficient reception staff
Did not appreciate our room being directly opposite the service / storage room - very noisy from the early hours of the morning

Lovely welcome treats in the room. Great staff. Comfy beds. Good facilities.
Lock on bathroom door (rm 441) was faulty. My room mate had to rescue me as I was stuck in there.
