Wonderful
Looked clean and fancy. Very nice staff
Not hot water. I did complain. Was told it would be fixed. It did seem hotter a little. But after we got back from the theatre. It was cold again

The staff, location and room were great. There is a great gym and a nice swimming pool. Everyone was so good with our dog and Green Park was within 7-8 min walk away.
I would have liked a little green space for easy toileting for the dog a bit closer but this was not a deal breaker and we would definitely use the hotel again

Room was small for King size. The carpet was stained. The bathroom had a number of broken tiles. Not really good enough

Excellent location and fantastic room . Very friendly staff and one of the best breakfasts I have had outside of Florida
Upgrade works going on but the manager was very helpful in managing the situation
