Good location and room was spacious.
We paid a lot of money for a 1 night stay only to be woken up at 7am with loud banging and drilling from the room next door. Not acceptable without warning

breakfast was extensive and all staff aimed to please with asking what you wanted and noted closing times in advance.
I even got the special bread with seeds that I asked for when it was not on the serving table,

The hotel staff were incredible from start to finish. We stayed during our wedding and wanted proper British hotel in London. The staff made our stay memorable with lots of special touches and were super attentive and thoughtful throughout.
The room was lovely, bed super comfortable and the breakfast at the terrace was a really nice start to each day.
The pool, sauna and gym facilities were a great bonus.

Guest relations made our room so nice with a welcome message, bottle of wine and some chocolate treats. Very happy

The location was brilliant. We wanted the theatre district so this was perfect for us. The welcome we received was so nice. The guy on reception who helped store our bags was lovely. When we went to our twin room, we found it was lovely and quiet. We had a hand written note welcoming us to the hotel with chocolates shaped like London landmarks, towel swans with rose petals on each bed and a lovely little teddy bear. We also had a bottle of wine left in the room. Amazing touch! We tried the cocktail bar downstairs which was great. I explained what I fancied and the bar tender just created something for me. We had breakfast included the next day which included most things and was really tasty. We also used the pool and steam room before we checked out which I would definitely recommend. I look forward to returning one day.

Great location. Couldn’t be more central in London. The service was exceptional. I celebrated my birthday here and the staff decorated my room and left treats for me. I felt totally spoilt.

Excellent experience from start to finish, from the welcoming at the front door and coning into the grand entrance, my daughter and I celebrated her birthday, and we could not have been looked after by the hotel in a more wonderful way.
The breakfast in the grand atrium was just perfect, the staff absolutely brilliant.
We look forward to coming back soon.
