The hotel was excellent, couldn't fault a thing, we stayed here while celebrating our 12 year wedding anniversary and were upgraded upon arriving and found the most amazing message on the mirror in the room, rose petals on the bed and a bottle of bubbly in the room too, amongst other cute little extras too. Was a wonderful stay and a great location too.
There wasn't a thing we disliked.

Perfect location for exploring the West End sights. Large, comfortable room, bed decorated and sweet treats, bottle of wine and cute teddy a lovely surprise. All staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast superb.

Don on front desk amazing welcome. Cliff and his mate in piano bar amazing guys. Hotel clean and went above and beyond for me and my girlfriend. It was her birthday. Amazing people amazing hotel. Please show some respect and gratitude if you stay here because I like to people watch and there is alot of rude obnoxious huge ego men and women in this world. We will be back again. Thanks

Location is amazing and we loved the view outside our room of Piccadilly. We could see people shopping in Waterstones, which we liked. Pool is a nice vibe and pool opening times are great! Breakfast was delicious. My son got a complimentary teddy to keep. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Beautiful Xmas tree in reception.
Some of the furnishings were a bit run down and the pool has some bars and a ladder with yellow and blank tape all over it as was out of bounds, but we do see a man working on fixing the ladder.

The staff on reception and concierge are very friendly and helpful. The people who looked after us on arrival and departure were exceptional. We received an upgrade to one of our rooms so that they interconnected which was thoughtful and really made our stay. There was a beautiful Christmas tree in the foyer and the hotel and rooms were warm and cosy. The bedrooms are a lovely size and surprisingly big for a capital city! Breakfast was excellent and the atrium is very lovely.

Wow! Such an amazing hotel … brilliant location, very comfortable beds, excellent breakfast and friendly staff. They went over and above to make our stay special to celebrate lots of big birthdays. The Christmas tree and decorations are fabulous. Thank you!
