Location excellent. Lovely quality hotel with good facilities.
It is a quality place so that reflects in price. Most of the staff wonderful and friendly, couldn't do more for you. However the male on desk at the swimming pool was a bit mehhh. Felt a bit out of place at that point. As if I shouldn't be there as he didnt seem that bothered. Not sure if it is cause im short, perhaps he thought I was younger than I am so couldn't be bothered, but he was absolutely the exception. This is my second stay here and I would still return as not the usual encounter.

It was very central, amazing staff, clean, good aircon and blackout curtains, amazing entrance and bar area, safe lifts, calm pool area, nice gym. Anhelina prepared our room really well, made us feel very welcome and special.
The floor in the room was very creaky, so that was very annoying.
