The Dilly is just 10 minutes walk from the shops of Oxford Street and Bond Street, while Piccadilly Circus is less than a 5-minute walk. Leicester Square and Covent Garden can both be reached in 10 minutes on foot. The Health Club at The Dilly has a steam room, and guests can exercise in the state-of-the-art gym and squash courts. The Dilly also features a dance studio available for private hire or dance lessons. Terrace at The Dilly restaurant has an outdoor terrace overlooking Piccadilly. Afternoon tea is also served here with child-friendly menus for the whole family to enjoy. Experience the flavors of India at Madhu's restaurant located in the hotel's Oak Room. The Dilly has seven meeting rooms and event spaces. The hotel is unable to accept contactless payments. A physical card is required. As we approach our 120th year, we are delighted to announce the beginning of an extensive renovation program that will restore our hotel as one of Piccadilly’s most iconic landmarks. From January 6th to May, our main entrance will be temporarily relocated to Air Street, where our team will be ready to welcome you as always. Madhu's Restaurant will be closed from January to April, as it undergoes its own renovation. Guests can continue to enjoy breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner on our beautiful terrace throughout this time. We are committed to ensuring every stay remains memorable and we look forward to unveiling our beautifully transformed hotel spaces and sharing this exciting journey with you.

Helpful staff apart from the noisy environment
Breakfast wasn't as good as it was during our last visit! Sorry to tell but there were few options! I have asked for full refund via booking and I haven't had any answer 2 months now. Even we have been upgraded in a family suite, the room was on the first floor and not on the 5th or 6th we have booked. I have to mention that was our 4th visit in the same hotel because we celebrate our anniversary every year! During our stay we couldn't manage to sleep at all because outside of our upgraded room works were on progress and vehicles and workers from 7 o clock in the morning till late at evening made horrible noises! Workers at least two times knocked our door to pass through our balcony to the balcony across! My wife couldn't believe it. A man with dirty boots came in to check his work without any notice. A nightmare and when I asked the receptionist told me that they didn't have any idea! Sorry to tell but for 1300+ euros for two nights this is something we couldn't expect! I asked for refund and no answer or at least to get two nights in another period as an excuse! I still wait for a mail or something to make us feel better. Thank you

The Dilly for us was a great experience once again! It was the second time I visited that hotel and not only the “quality” was the same , but it was much better! Breakfast covers anyone’s taste, staff is so friendly & helpful, big room spaces (something that you cannot find easily) and the location is so central with a metro station around 80m far. I recommend it!! They also made us a small surprise for Valentine’s Day !

The location was good and the staff were friendly.
It was quite disappointing as the work that was being done at the property took away from the elegance of the hotel. Our room was dark, noisy and nothing like the photos. The room was dated and cold and less than expected. The beds were comfy but there was a lot of noise, not just from the street but we must have been located at the back of the restaurant or a bar. This hotel did not seem as described. There was meant to be an ‘executive lounge’ as part of our ‘suite’ but this was also not as described. Breakfast was ok… The first night we went for a swim the pool was freezing but thankfully the second time was warmer.

Location was amazing and the staff were lovely. Beds were really comfy.
Our Twin room was adjoined to another room which meant noises travelled between rooms easily. We were placed right beside the lift so lots of lift noises and people coming n going from early in morning. The hotel is going through renovations so the foyer is closed and you entered through a side door which was fine but a bit lacking in atmosphere. Our bedroom window was frosted glass which stayed bright through the night also. I was glad I had my sleep mask.
