Beautiful room decor and personal touches. Doorman was very friendly and knowledgeable offering advice on places to visit
We were looking forward to visiting the cocktail bar downstairs but it wasn't open on the 2 nights we stayed.

It was very central, amazing staff, clean, good aircon and blackout curtains, amazing entrance and bar area, safe lifts, calm pool area, nice gym. Anhelina prepared our room really well, made us feel very welcome and special.
The floor in the room was very creaky, so that was very annoying.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our visit, celebrated our special moments, and provided any missing item we needed. The concierge even took group photos for us!
Would have loved for the bathrooms to be more updated. Especially the tubs/showers. Also there are no fans in the bathroom to circulate air.

Location
Windows cant be open, so it is stinky and not fresh air. Windows completly dirty. We booked suite, because there were 4 of us, and extra beds are really, really bad and uncofrtable.

Strange problem with the TV in that it would come on on its own= at any time- even at $am. That connect is Netflix or YouTube was not always reliable. The chairs in the breakfast room, just put those things on the bottom of the legs to muffle the sound. The chairs are comfortable but heavy. It would seem an easy fix. We booked through Booking.com come, just as we did last year. But the free taxi service to and from the airport to the hotel that they advertise is just not available when you try to book, It worked great last year, but big disappoint men this year. Also, the car the sent to pick us up to take us to Heathrow (that we had to pay for) could only fit our two large cases in the trunk, and the driver said he was not allowed to that our carry-on luggage in the car with us, meaning we had to then pay for a taxi to the airport- still waiting to see if they are going to refund us,

they upgraded our stay and decorated it nicely for my wife and son with some nice treats. This was a lovely surprise for all of us!
View from our window wasn't great and you could hear the bin men collecting the rubbish early in the morning.

Great value considering the location. Great to see the upgrades that are ongoing. The staff make this hotel for us with familiar faces at the front of house who we have known for more than 15 years.
Looking forward to enjoying the upgraded rooms which are long overdue.

We stayed at the Dilly for my wife's 50th birthday & the room was beautifully decorated for us upon arrival! We visited the Ritz for afternoon tea so the location was perfect for the 10 minute walk there, and the tube station is just over the road.
Our toilet would not flush, but we did notify the staff who advised they would sort

The main level and restaurant, lobby and bar area were extremely nice. The lady, Heather upon check in was a great asset to the hotel and a young lady who had just started in bar a few days before our stay was also one of their greatest assets. Lunch was very good. The public relations dies a great job on room to make you feel welcome and special.
Room was very small, lamp by bed could not be turned off unless you undid the light bulb. They came to fix it, but took it away and did not replace. The hot water in sink did not work they came twice to fix it, but the fix left us with hot water that went on but then turned itself off. The mattress on bed had some kind of topper that appeared to be very cheap.

The hotel is in a great location and the room was perfect. The staff left us a nice surprise of chocolate covered strawberries and chocolate treats to welcome us. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and had all the makings to prep us for a day of exploring.

Construction across the street, rooms are OLD and small and have all kinds of nails poking out and cuts in the carpet and haven’t been painted in YEARS

Location was great
Rooms are old. Also cleaning is not a standard for a 5 star hotel. The toilet flush is weak despite the fact that I asked them to fix it but nothing was done! Also the net signal in the rooms is weak
