Poor
Just location
Breakfast had very limited options.
I take the plate and wondering what to eat. For anything additional, we had to ask repeatedly and were told there would be extra charges. The breakfast staff were not respectful, and hygiene standards were poor.
The room was also disappointing. The furniture and facilities were old and in poor condition. There was insufficient lighting, the room was not properly cleaned, and the toilet had an unpleasant smell.

A nice hotel and good staff but spoiled by s lot of noise from adjoining room which should have had much better sound insulation

Location is ideal, the best in London! Rooms are comfortable and the bathroom is good and clean. The breakfast is very good.
I have stayed at The Dilly with my family before and l enjoyed the breakfast but unfortunately my family members including a 7 year old were very sick after eating eggs (I didn't eat them). I felt there could have been more consideration from the Management after learning of this situation.

Location was great.Thank you for the decorated room.
Not to the standard of our last visits The room was of a poor standard especially for the price ,stained carpets and a bathroom from somewhere in the 80's really very disappointed. An old bath with a shower that i couldnt use to wash my hair as it was unable to provide a decent water power. The bathroom wasn't big enough to turn round in.
The staff not as attentive as on our last visits. The conceige that helped us with tickets was amazing. The room was so hot we where offered an aircon from reception as the room like a furnace but it never arrived, like our cases we had to go and ask twice for our cases after getting to our room later in the evening.
Shame the experience was really not as we expected.

Room was ok.. not really 'superior'. Shower over bath not very good and bath looking very tired (very old and a bit tatty). Some of the furniture is old and chipped. otherwise nicely decorated.

So overpriced. The room was so hot and we were opposite the lifts so we didn’t get any sleep

The location was fantastic. The rooms are large and the staff are friendly. Lovely breakfast.
The room was very dated. The lighting in the room is not very good. No ceiling lights just all lamps with low voltage globes. The bathroom is also very dated.

Fantastic Guest Services. Swans made from towels on our bed. Complimentary wine and sweet treats. Excellent location.
We were not happy to have a £5 service charge added automatically to our bar bill. Also, the hotel looked a little tired in places. Especially the downstairs toilets. Also the window sill in our room between the glass panels was dirty.

The efficient check in as we needed to be elsewhere b4 the normal check in. The extra attention to our room by the room team with decorations, champagne. Chocolates and messages was much appreciated.
The spa female staff advised us where to go locally, to buy a costume that was not £40 each. Very helpful as were able to enjoy the pool and steam room.
Poached eggs at breakfast were good too.
Room service were busy but the f& c was lovely.
Checking out was busy but we were helped to have our luggage stored without delay by quick thinking concierge young man.
Location was great !!
The shower in room 105. The water from the shower head was in danger of touching the electrical light !!! A major health concern.
The Tv in the room repeatedly short circuited. So we were unable to enjoy any programmes for more than 20.mims.
The steam room smelt mouldy.
Breakfast was not a calm affair. Chaotic , noisy a nd just jarring.
Use of lifts was slow and better signage to stairs would have helped.
