With a superb central location between Piccadilly and Regent Street, this historical central hotel features spacious, elegant rooms provide everything you need for a stay in the city center. Stylishly furnished, the spacious rooms at The Dilly feature private bathrooms with bathrobes and cozy slippers. Guests can enjoy free newspapers, as well as a refrigerator and 24-hour room service. The Dilly is just 10 minutes walk from the shops of Oxford Street and Bond Street, while Piccadilly Circus is less than a 5-minute walk. Leicester Square and Covent Garden can both be reached in 10 minutes on foot. The Health Club at The Dilly has a steam room, and guests can exercise in the state-of-the-art gym and squash courts. The Dilly also features a dance studio available for private hire or dance lessons. Terrace at The Dilly restaurant has an outdoor terrace overlooking Piccadilly. Afternoon tea is also served here with child-friendly menus for the whole family to enjoy. Experience the flavors of India at Madhu's restaurant located in the hotel's Oak Room. The Dilly has seven meeting rooms and event spaces. The hotel is unable to accept contactless payments. A physical card is required. As we approach our 120th year, we are delighted to announce the beginning of an extensive renovation program that will restore our hotel as one of Piccadilly’s most iconic landmarks. From January 6th to May, our main entrance will be temporarily relocated to Air Street, where our team will be ready to welcome you as always. Madhu's Restaurant will be closed from January to April, as it undergoes its own renovation. Guests can continue to enjoy breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner on our beautiful terrace throughout this time. We are committed to ensuring every stay remains memorable and we look forward to unveiling our beautifully transformed hotel spaces and sharing this exciting journey with you.

We got an upgrade to a suite with rose petals and swans on the bed with fruit, chocolates and wine. As someone with terminal cancer I was over the moon by the service.

Good location
1- The room was smelling awful. it was the smell of dampness. i really had difficulty to breath and sleep. and cough all night! 2- When i checked in, i asked a room looking to the street and they said me yes. but it was a view of white roof, nothing to see anything 3- air condition was horrible. noise and dirty. 4- the sinkhole was not working. 5- i always travel and this was the worst experience of my life. i am still sick because of this hotel!!!

The location. Nothing else.
My recent stay at The Dilly was deeply disappointing and far below what one would expect from a hotel of its reputation and price point. The rooms were in terrible condition. The furniture was visibly scratched and worn, giving the space a neglected, run-down feel. The carpets looked dirty and poorly maintained, which made the entire room feel unhygienic. Basic amenities were either missing or shockingly minimal. Overall, the room felt outdated, tired, and nowhere near the standard advertised. The bathroom smelled terrible, like sewage, and it was cleaned properly. The bathrobes had insects in them. Disgusting. While most of the staff were polite and helpful, there were a few whose behavior was unacceptable. I encountered attitude that was openly dismissive and unnecessarily rude. At one point, the interaction crossed into what felt like blatantly discriminatory treatment. No guest should ever feel uncomfortable or disrespected in a hotel they are paying to stay in. The inconsistency between friendly staff and those displaying such poor conduct only made the experience more frustrating. For the price charged, this hotel does not deliver quality, comfort, or professionalism. Avoid at all costs.

They treat you like royalty and the concierge manager, Selim Atias, makes you feel like you are family. The upgraded room was perfect. The staff everywhere are helpful and wonderful. The Doorman, Paul, is so knowledgeable and helpful. I have stayed at The Dilly Hotel several times now, and each time we are treated even better, and we have always from the first time been treated like we are their best customers ever. We will return knowing they always do a great job!
There is a little remodeling going on but we know that when it is finished we will look forward to it even more. The remodel didn’t create any issue, but was just something to know. The service at every level more than made up for their ongoing upgrades!!

The staff were fabulous we loved them. The pool area was excellent.
Construction ongoing so the lobby was closed and breakfast was in a temporary location. The front desk was difficult to contact from the room. Tv was not working.

Wonderful
The hotel is very well located near to many restaurants, bars and shops. A underground station is also close by. The room was big and the bed was extremely comfy. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of options. At last but not least the staff was wonderful and took the experience to another level. Special thanks to Nelisa who left us a welcome note in the room. Even though the hotel is being renovated it didn´t affect our stay.
There was nothing I didn´t like.

Location is good.
Room given to us had drainage issues in shower so shifted us to another room but that room was horrible not proper lightning, not enough plug points, temperature control was not working room was so hot that had to request fan but still it was suffocating. I did call again at front desk to shift back to original room but person at desk was so rude that told you can’t shift back as that room is out of order now. Had really bad experience and service was terrible and front desk staff was rude and nasty.
