Lovely staff who were very helpful. The Indian restaurant on site is definitely worth a visit. The staff explained what each dish was. The food was excellent. Rooms a great size and comfy bed.
No choice on what was included in the full English breakfast. It was just too much for me, but my husband managed it.

I liked the fact that the facility was clean as well as the room. The room was warm upon arrival which was a very nice warm welcome. Food was nice to.
I didnt like the fact that when ordering from recommend food shops, that when I ordered the driver never called and didn't arrive at the pre ordered time. When the food came it was Kate and cold.

We had a lovely weekend break in London staying here, room was nicely decorated and comfortable, enjoyed the spa, breakfast buffet was very good and staff were lovely and friendly
There's not much around the hotel but it is a 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants.

A return trip - ideal for connections into the centre of London with the DLR 5 minutes flat walk away. Lovely chilled place.

The room and facilties
Having to keep brining the key back for parking everytime we came iin and out, we had to find parking on the road outside to run the key in. If we pay for parking then we should have our own key throughout are stay.
