Large room
The bed was large but made up of two singles which was not ideal, mold under the mirrors in the bathroom, doors on bathroom cabinet was corroded, not what you expect from four stars, the TV was very dated, no up-to-date streaming option, sound quality was shocking, hard to turn off, had to turn off at the switch.

The location was good from the station. The personal was also good but the restaurant person didn't know that we paid the fee incl. breakfast, the list what they had 2 rooms (incl. us) missing.
The air conditioner, automatically will be set 21 grad cold. It was cold in the room. Also please write it in the text for the guests that water bottles in the minibar free. The internet connection was "okay" but as a "highspeed WIFI" wasn't ok. The breakfast wasn't so many to choose, is it London thing? other hotel was also similar. please also write front of the juices, what juice in the bottle is. We had to test it first what it is.

15 minutes walk from canary wharf
The room did not have a luggage stand, so it had to stay layed in the floor. Even though I asked , the hotel could not provide me with a luggage stand.
