Location is good.
Room wasn’t ready at check-in time. My partner had a massage booked specifically at this time so I would be able to at least be in the room. Instead I had to wait in the tiniest space with all our luggage and try and get it to the room on my own when it was ready.
The massage cost over £100 and he said it was the worst he had ever had. Not what he asked for and he was back after 50 mins so they didn’t even do the full time.
The air con is utterly rubbish - everythin is made complicated by being controlled through the tv. The room was nowhere near what it looked like on pictures.
For the money it was absolutely tiny. The shower door was stuck on the shower so bathroom got soaked if you had a shower.
The bed was really small and uncomfortable so barely got any sleep.
All of the staff seemed awkward like they were being forced to be there and when I asked for a taxi to be booked I was told ‘I can but I’ll have to use my personal phone as our phone doesn’t work’ - not very reassuring if there was to be an emergency?!
All in all it was a very strange stay, totally not worth the money - won’t be returning.

The look of the hotel & the room were lovely.
Faulty Air conditioning, repeatedly asked for assistance in operating the lighting in the room, my partner has Fibromyalgia and barely got a decent night's sleep, excessive noise around the rooms early in the morning and also the evening. Only one Dressing gown for two people then after waiting for a long period it was too late to use the Spa facilities as my partner was in too much pain.

Very clean and well kept.
Only 3 parking spaces but you did have street parking that was free from 5:30pm-8:30am, then use the Ringo app to pay for extra couple hours parking.

Location was perfect for us going to the O2. It was 5min walk to the DLR and a few minutes more on to the Canary Wharf underground station.
The name is misleading. I had presumed the hotel had a pool being called a SPA hotel. There was a gym and a very small sauna and steam room which were fine, they worked but by no means was it in my eyes how I imagine a spa. It was amongst the towel bins and staff room so was very noisy with chatter and work. There was a speaker in the corner playing ‘spa’ music which annoyingly kept glitching every few seconds.

Nothing - refused to stay on arrival
The mattress was shockingly horrendous. The room stank of poo. The hotel came across as a lovely hotel via pictures but it’s not even in canary wharf is tower hamlets! Nothing was correct with this hotel.

Nice location close to the O2 arena. Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Very polite and helpful staff. I loved the shower and the temperature of the room. Beautiful building.
Mattress was not the most comfortable.
