Very nice and special hotel, I slept well and I talked to some nice people at the reception and breakfast. I personally took the bus to and from and it was great.

Clean, rooms very small.
Food.
Breakfast was hit & miss.
Badly staffed and frankly not worth having.
We stayed for 3 nights and added breakfast but still went out for breakfast. Very poor. Had a meal on first night extremely poor.

The room was absolutely gorgeous everything is perfect. I recommend everybody come was your partner or whoever you like the best hotel I have ever been to. and the location is from Canary’s station it’s like 10 minutes or five minutes to walk so which is a good location.
There’s nothing to know like it everything is perfect

Staff were nice.. the property was above average. Rooms were good.
Was looking forward to the complimentary spa but sadly, it was not available already but thats just a minor setback.

Cleanliness was excellent and staff service,
Room too dark as I am a visually impaired person. Room was a bit cold and there was no hairdryer

The property is very modern and clean
We arrived on the Saturday and the Home Screen on the to was working. We went out to a concert and when we got back the tv wasn’t working. We reported it on the Sunday morning and went out sight seeing and was told that they would have it sorted for our return. We went got back it still wasn’t working so went to the desk. They came and tried to sort it out and couldn’t. So all weekend the to wasn’t working. Email sent on the Sunday evening and a week on and still no reply
