Great hotel the reception staff were awesome and very helpful
Couldn’t get a seat on the terrace as the staff said the terrace hadn’t been cleaned - so we went somewhere else

Comfy bed
Horrible stains on carpet, furniture cheap, damaged and broken, light falling off wall, curtains that wouldn’t shut. I would not call that a spa!

Hotel was tidy bed was comfortable
We were placed right next to a noisy party that went till 11. I was running the london marathon the next day and then had to change rooms having put all my kit away around that time and couldn't sleep which wasn't great preparation. Since I have emailed the hotel with no reply.

Friendly staff. Close proximity to transport. A new part of London to explore for us. Nice appointments. Jug to make tea and coffee is a great initiative for international travellers.. Body wash and shampoo supplied waa excellent. Body lotion would have bern nice too.
Perhaps a led light in alcove of 306 would helpnprevrnt gead bumps on timber frsme.

Stunning Rooms, Lovely Breakfast, Friendly Staff
Car Park has a lot to live up to for the £25 per day charge, ended up parking our 26 plate car up a little bank and in greenery and nettles. It was also very difficult to find upon our arrival.

The rooms were a good size for London, good bathroom and quality products in the rooms. Quiet despite location.
My shower didn’t drain rendering it unusable. There was no body able to deal with the problem.

Sauna and steam room were nice and seemed clean.
Radiator was on during the hottest days of the year and was told it couldn’t be turned off, air con didn’t cool the room and throw pillows were heavily soiled. Thick layer of dust on bedside tables. We were also certain we booked a room with a bath (paying more than the standard rate) but told no rooms with baths were available until our second night. As we had plans the following morning we ended up staying where we were as didn’t have the time to move.
