Room Style, location and colleagues all friendly. Breakfast was good
Heating on in summer the A/c couldn't complete, the walls were exceptionally thin so could hear couple next to us graphically. Cups at breakfast were dirty and parking expensive.

Wonderful
I was on a one night business trip so the location was perfect. I had a quick steam and sauna and the food in the Indian restaurant was unbelievable and great value for money.

Everything about the hotel was screaming Class. The staff were properly trained and even outdid their job. Mr Knox was such a good host to my self and my partner. I will not only recommend this place to my friends but also come back.

Manager was really nice
I stayed on the 3rd floor but I was struggling with reception and there was no WiFi signal from the evening till early hours in the morning and I needed to work and get things done so that wasn’t good but the staff were really friendly and made sure I was okay and my daughter.

The location is fantastic, quick walk to Canary Wharf and 5 mins away from popular station. The rooms were clean and look just like the pictures. Bed was comfy and staff were truly amazing. Earnest the manager was super helpful and helped us with getting tv to work.
My only flag would be that sauna and steam room are very small so might not be ideal if you are sharing with someone. Also didn’t have best experience with the massage parlour. There was only a man available which wasn’t mentioned when I was booking online, but thankfully I got refund and staff were accommodating. Tv was an old model so you can’t connect your iPhone to it but there’s hdmi so you can directly connect to your device.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly.
It all felt a bit Fawlty Towers, the lift didn't work, the coffee machine didn't work, the shower only worked intermittently. After one look at the breakfast buffet we decided to go elsewhere to eat. Still not bad value for money though by London standards.

Nice rooms, everything clean, very nice staff. Good location close to public transport stops.
Breakfast was extremely weak, only English breakfast options, and couple of slices is stale cheese and ham. No vegetables at all, very limited offer of pastries.

Wasn’t too organised with the cleaning teams all around, lift wasn’t working one day out of too, drains in bathroom not operating properly.

Loved the location. Loved the bedroom.
The lift was out of order which meant we had to access our room via the very slippery fire escape.
The hotel had a permanent smell of Indian food.
