Booked room as treat however several issues with the room: lighting not properly wired, wardrobe furniture wonky, curtain rail broken, bed stool dusty

Wonderful
Excellent location for the Metallica concerts, Canary Wharf and steps away access to trains for central London. Gorgeous heritage building with character. Friendly, helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast. Will definitely return!

Beautiful building well located to train station. clean beautuful decor
good service
The only thing that our room had a kettle base plugged which didn’t work so a new kettle was there but we had trouble plugging it in ad it didn’t fit the base
in the wet room it was marble tiles so a bit slippery in the shower maybe some rubber non slip mats may be ? everything else was great

Very nice staff , interesting building liked the shower and gels bedding.
The TV needs to be better i.e. HD and we couldn't get the air con off 17 degrees. Parking isn't great

The room was comfortable and clean. The air conditioning worked well and the curtains blocked the light out effectively.
Mostopha on reception was welcoming and gave good service.
The full English breakfast was not great as the fried eggs were undercooked and the beans only luke warm.
The lack of matching cutlery and crockery was a bit disconcerting too.

Excellent comfy bed. Very polite staff. Good location frim Euston. Plenty of good places to eat within walking distance and easy to fet to Theatre land.

The property itself is lovely, feels glamorous
The area it’s in didn’t feel great but obviously not the hotels fault. You have to walk to Canary Wharf to have a meal as there isn’t anything nearby.

Amazing location for a gig at the O2. The hotel is stylish, great facilities, the staff in particular Anu and Harshit were helpful and attentive at check-in and check-out.
Well worth the travel from Cornwall. Thank you.

Beautiful building very clean and well maintained.
Nothing well located and central very close to shopping and food. The staff were amazing from checking to checkout they could not be more helpful and friendly went above and beyond. Requested rooms near each other as had an elderly relative with us and were happy to oblige. Well informed when we checked in.
