Helpful and friendly staff which made the stay pleasurable and memorable, thank you Mustafa. I left my Apple Watch in the room and they reached out to me and told me about it. Clean and beautiful room, unfortunately didn’t had time to try the Spa and the gym so I can’t comment on that but everything else was pretty good.

The two rooms were beautiful, clean and had everything we needed With only a short walk to the train station made all the sights of London easily accessible I cannot think of anything I would improve and highly recommend if staying in London

The manager on the reception desk when we arrived was really friendly and helpful. He explained everything that we needed to know. The breakfast was really good, with very good quality bacon and sausages. Very comfortable bed.
Only negative was the shower cubicle floor was a bit slippery.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and functional. We'll fitted modern bathroom, comfortable bed. All you expect and need from a quality hotel.

The Landsbury is a absolutely nice and clean hotel. Especially the personal such as Harsh, were absolutely professional and fulfilled everything. Another important thing is, that the hotel is next to the banks-district where you can go out, have a drink or really good food. I can recommend the Landsbury at any time.
