The room and facilties
Having to keep brining the key back for parking everytime we came iin and out, we had to find parking on the road outside to run the key in. If we pay for parking then we should have our own key throughout are stay.

The building is lovely and position is ok. I do love a boutique hotel to which this very much fits the bill. Room was quite nice.
The furniture in the room was a little tired and did not love the wet room concept for the bathroom. The room was slightly smaller than anticipated and the bed was very hard - neither of us slept very well at all.

Staff bedroom sizes location to Canary Wharf
Not able to pull the curtains was an issue in morning but managed If I had to be picky I would suggest they added mirrors magnifying with light so older person can see to do makeup in bathroom .
Big shame no bar only in there restaurant which looked so tasty couldn’t get a booking sadly so I would advise to pre book to eat as looked fantastic the food !! And busy !!

Bed was very comfortable, good staff and the shower was very good

It felt really luxurious and I loved the interior decor. The room was really good and the bed was comfortable.

It reminded me of the Taj style hotels in Mumbai. The room was split level, the ceiling were high, the quality of the finish was excellent. The lighting system very clever. Down stairs there was a work area and bathroom. very well equipped. An unexpected haven of tranquility and calm. Indian restaurant very good and well priced.
All was going great till the wifi started to play up - when the high speed worked it was great but that was not very often. Tried to do a teams meeting and lost connection three time.

Location, cleanliness, design of the room
Staff wasn’t very friendly, nor did they congratulate us on our anniversary. I paid for the room to be decorated and the effort was poor with a few rose petals on the bed and 3 balloons. This is not the kind of experience we’ve had when celebrating at other hotels. Bed was small, 2 single beds put together. No bed throw as seen in the photos. Pillows were stiff. Dressing gowns were distressed and didn’t match. Stains all on the carpet and upholstery was also distressed. Sky roof window was missing a blind. Only 1 coffee pod given for 2 guests. Hardly any internet access due to poor coverage and it was meant to be high speed, ended up having to use our own data.
