I booked this hotel a long time in advance of concert at the London Stadium we were going to. Perfectly located on a quiet street within a couple of minutes walk to Poplar DLR Station and easy access to the stadium. We got a brilliant price on our room and were very happy with our choice. Lovely room with a comfortable bed, great bathroom with beautiful L'Occitaine toiletteries. On one of the hottest weekends of the year, the air con I the room was a real bonus too. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
All the lights (apart from the bathroom), including bedside lights, were controlled by the remote on the TV. I'd just prefer light switches so you wouldnt have to turn the entire TV on just to put on a bedside light!! The TV was also a bit temperamental and we found it difficult to actually turn on initially.

Very cool and comfortable in the heat. Managed to park on the street right outside the hotel.
Having ordered gluten free breakfast options, there were no gf cereals, no gf pastries and not even gf toast. Nor was there signage about gluten content of cooked items.

The entire hotel was stunning, immaculate throughout, and the octagonal room was the best!!!! Toiletries in the bathroom smelled incredible, and the staff were amazing, always so happy to see you and speak.
The coffee machine in the room didn’t work, and the replacement had the exact same fault. So no coffee!

The mezzanine in the club room was ok apart from going to the bathroom at night. The staff were pleasant but could do with a more welcoming and professional manner especially when responding to queries.

Stunning hotel and best rooms weve ever stayed at. Staff were very welcoming and more than helpful when needed. Location is 3 stops off canary warf butnwe didknt realise that at fiest so cost 30 for a uber but lesson learnt
