Great to be back at the hotel. The guy on reception was so welcoming , and offered us an upgrade into a superior room - so kind of him . I’d recommend anyone staying in that part of London to stay there

Awful and waste of money don’t let the star rating fool you Have to take a key to drive and park car around near an old graveyard and open a locked gate with a bike chain yourself then bring the key back to reception Builders making a huge racket at 8am doing construction works next door, approached desk and have asked for reason they didn’t want to know Facility’s dated and lack luster customer care

The reception staff were absolutely lovely. We felt cared for with genuine concern from the moment we checked in; communication was clear, and there were no issues whatsoever. The hotel's décor didn't disappoint either - we were given a beautiful, spotless room. The property closes the entrance for the night, which provided an extra sense of safety, and its location is a huge plus, too - just five minutes from the DLR station and the bus stop. If we ever return to London, we’ll definitely come back here.
The walls between the rooms could use a bit more soundproofing. We didn't encounter any noisy neighbors, but I think it would have been bothersome if we had.
