The staff were very helpful especially mustafa at the reception , however the hotel calls itself spa , but to get a booking is subjective to availability , so no point booking the hotel for the spa , but the building and staff and stay was very comfortable
Its a beautiful property and easy access to public transport

Me and my Husband stayed to celebrate our 10th anniversary and used the hotel as a base for the 02. It was within easy reach of the 02 and also perfectly situated to commute into the city for the day. Staff were attentive, the balloons in our room were a lovely gesture! The room was spotlessly clean and a beautiful, fresh room (tower room) with a super king sleigh bed which was so comfortable!! Facilities included a tassimo machine and cold bottled water provided for our arrival.
There was absolutely nothing to dislike! The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for us!

Reception staff were really helpful, and room with tea and coffee was lovely. Room was also clean and spacious.
Restaurant and bar were closed with no prior warning during our stay. Breakfast we gave a time we would go down, but was next to nothing out. Would replace items but something else empty so had to do breakfast in relay… IE 4 eggs bought out but 6 tables of people eating, obviously doesn’t last long.

Staff were very very friendly! Our room was ready an hour early and we managed to check in straight away! Only a 10/15 min taxi ride from the O2! Would book again!

It was in a great location, lovely looking entrance and clean
Was told on check in the bar and restaurant were closed but wasn’t advised prior, we had the NTA to attend and obviously wanted drinks and food before, ended up eating at the O2 cost a fortune and rubbish food, at breakfast the next morning, arrived at 9.10 hot food had practically run out, no hash browns had to wait for bacon and eggs to be cooked, frozen bread was brought out, no fruit left.. coffee warm out the machine

Old building with beautiful staircase and entrance. Close to O2 and Canary Wharf. Reception staff lovely.
Rooms are dated with damaged furniture and stained carpets. Laminate furniture peeling. Bathroom tiny. Constant smell of sewage. No bar to relax in. Poor breakfast.

Everything!! Reception staff always have time to talk yo you here and make you feel welcome. Rooms are exceptionally clean and beds are comfortable! Spa areas are calming and clean with lovely staff. Location is a 4 minute walk from Poplar DLR Station and takes 20 minutes from Bank Station to hotel.

The decor is beautiful and the split level room was lovely. Having a bath was a bonus.
The restaurant and bar were closed for a refurb. At no point until arrival was I informed of this. The chap at reception did not know of anywhere we could eat nearby.
