Excellent menu for room service, the food was delicious as was the very generous and high quality breakfast buffet. The staff were amazing. I loved how they continually called me by my name, opened doors for me
A secure internet connection would have benefited me. I was unable to make some transactions, such as book a hire car from the hotel, as my bank did not allow transactions through an unsecure internet connection. I would have felt more secure from hackers etc while at the hotel, doing my banking online.

We have booked Superior King room which should be 28 sqm but felt much smaller. Reception staff is poorly trained. Long waiting time for the elevators.

We arrived on a long hall early flight which arrived at Heathrow at 5am. We asked if we could get early access to a room if possible. Not only did the hotel give us early access, they gave us a room at 8am which is unheard of. We just think that this was going above and beyond the call of duty. We were just blown away by the service in the hotel. 10/10.

Fabulous central location,the hotel was stunning and the staff were exceptional. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting central London. We were celebrating my 40th birthday and staff arranged balloons for our bedroom,fruit,chocolate and a cake. They could not have been more accommodating.
