The team made a gesture & had a message for my son on arrival in the room, completely unexpected & some thought had gone into this, suffice to say word of mouth has travelled fast we cant rate it highly enough! Super team great hotel & the only place we will stay from now on for our trips to London ; )

The room itself was excellent. Spacious, clean and everything one needed and expected from a hotel of this standard.
The aircon unit was fiddly to operate and we were unable to cool down the room during the night which is the only reason I am not rating it 10/10
