The room itself was excellent. Spacious, clean and everything one needed and expected from a hotel of this standard.
The aircon unit was fiddly to operate and we were unable to cool down the room during the night which is the only reason I am not rating it 10/10

Our stay at The Langham in London was absolutely exceptional—truly a 10/10 experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is elegant, comfortable, and perfectly located, but what really made our visit stand out was the outstanding service.

Location. The gym was nice, although hard do get to.
Yesterday I arrived at 23.30. Tried to go to the bar, but was told the kitchen was closed. The waiter said “let me check if it’s possible”, then, after looking at me, the manager said the kitchen was closed. Which was strange, since there was food being served. I was coming from the Emirates stadium and had my teams shirt and scarf. I think that’s why I was turned down. I find it objectionable. It’s a 5 star hotel, I’m a guest and was not in a crowd of football hooligans. Was very disappointed. Paying 800 pounds for a room and being barred like in some Pub. Not a way for a 5 star hotel to behave. Also, there’s no pressure in the hot shower. Couldn’t believe it.
