The building itself is stunning, we are still yet to experience anything like the Winter Garden in London. We had a very thoughtful room upgrade. We had a lovely spa experience when we were actually in the spa. Incredible food and all of the waiting and restaurant staff throughout the stay were amazing. Incredibly calming up until the checkout experience. Great room service staff, it would be very difficult to find any fault other than the awful experience at the front desk.
Subsequent lip service from communication with the management. The front desk staff were lacking in any kind of customer service. The whole of the front desk experience was a terrible experience, I had £300 added to my bill that I didn’t spend and I was made to feel like I had to prove I hadn’t spent it. Check in wasn’t what I would expect for five stars, checkout wasn’t worthy of one star! It’s a shame the ethos of the Ritz, “ the customer is always right”, doesn’t apply at The Landmark.

Hotel and area was nice .
We couldn’t take my daughter in the spa because times where a bit awkward .I didn’t relize i had booked breakfast for both days so missed sunday breakfast .I don’t relize i would have to pay £50 service charge for room service which then got charged to my brother in law s room .we then got told our room was ready and when we went to our room it was occupied by other guests which i wouldn’t have expected from this hotel .

Good location for Marylebone town hall. Good bathroom.
Stayed at hotel for our wedding. Left a key at front desk to be given to people to use room to get ready in. Despite explaining this several times to multiple staff members (and even writing instructions down), the front desk refused to hand the key over when people arrived, causing unnecessary stress on wedding day. Really poor and not service you'd expect from 5 star hotel. Bed and pillows also seemed low quality.
