Breakfast, big room, housekeeping twice a day.. classic colloniel hotel.. i like the structure..
Some of the staff were not friendly at all. Instead of offering practical solutions, they seemed to prefer giving delayed and lengthy responses. Although we checked in very late on the first night, the extra bed we had requested was not ready. However, after we pointed it out, they apologized and brought it.

Loved the decor. Location.
Management staff appalling. My wife checked us in whilst I parked the car so my credit card was not swiped at reception, I had booked on my credit card so had no idea there was a problem. Management staff instructed night staff to call my room at 11:30pm, waking my family for me to go to reception to “clear the bill”. When I said no, I would do it tomorrow- they called back & did it again. Absolutely unacceptable. Frequent world wide traveller. I have never experienced anything like this.

Breakfast was amazing and so was the decor palm trees.
Spa needs more seating/sunbeds.
Room needs USB ports. Electric sockets next to bedsides to charge phones.
Lifts were so bad, they didn't tell you what floor they were at whilst waiting ages on the hallways. Lift wait times were too long. Lifts were so packed of people it was uncomfortable.
