Decent sized rooms, comfortable living area, beds were extremely comfortable
Place was missing extra touches that would make it feel like home, bathroom was very tiny, couches and furniture was very cheap and didn't match

We loved our stay at Lamington apartments. The property was clean and comfortable and was perfectly set up for a family of four, with plenty of room to cook, eat and relax within the house and courtyard. It was only 5-10 mins walk to the tube station with access to four tube lines so we could get everywhere on public transport. Also close to restaurants, pubs and shops/supermarkets. Hammersmith is a lovely part of London and we really enjoyed staying here.
We were there during a heatwave so found it very warm on a couple of nights as there was no aircon - we were aware of this when booking. Fans would've been good.

Clean and well located. Internet worked well. Staff was highly responsive. Property was easy to locate and access. Was a walk up so please note if you have mobility concerns.

All staff were great and friendly, Sadie at the reception was helpful with us.
Some minor things needed to be fixed like some windows and not having an AC or clear instructions to use heater.

The location was good being close to various train lines which is why we chose it. Beds were comfortable and the apartment was fairly modern, close to some cafes and local restaurants. The washing machine worked well and having a small clothesline was great. It's a lovely location.
There was no plug for the kitchen sink which was annoying, it meant we couldn't wash the dishes by hand and had to purchase dishwasher tablets once the supply had run out. They also don't tell you that the address provided is for reception only, they have many apartments spread out over a few blocks. Be prepared for stairs with your luggage!

We were unable to stay in the rooms of the property, we were a group of four. We stayed in the living space on the sofas because the rooms temperature were too hot. They kindly provided an additional fan but it wasn’t enough.

Very spacious for London, excellent location about 10 minutes walk from both Hammersmith and Shepherds Bush stations. So many restaurants and cafes a few minutes walk away as well as a large Tesco which was very convenient.
We had some maintenance issues (sink, dishwasher, washing machine) but the staff did attempt to address them promptly and compensated us with a partial refund.
Our apartment was located about 5 minutes walk from the Hammersmith Grove address. This didn’t matter for us but if you’re after a specific location something to be aware of.
