My stay at this hotel was excellent. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and welcoming. The room was spotless, spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The common areas were always inviting and well maintained, and the breakfast was delicious.

The staff - friendly and attentive. The location is superb, close at hand to excellent shops and restaurants, but it’s also very quiet. The furniture and interior design of all areas is superb, and the beds are super-comfortable!

Perfect location to allow us to attend a Charity Ball at the Natural History Museum. Staff especially concierge were extremely helpful. Valet parking worked very well. Very comfortable beds and this is now our number one place to stay in London!
