This property exceeded my expectations. It was spacious, well-appointed and the building was very pretty. We did not want to leave - we felt like we had our own apartment in the city. The beds were very comfortable and I LOVED the little kitchen area.

Excellent accommodation in a great London location. The apartment was clean, spacious, and very quiet, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The only downside was that the soft bed was uncomfortable.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. The location is excellent being close to multiple underground stations, bus stops, grocery stores, and restaurants and coffee cafes. The area is very walkable, and with the Millennium Bridge nearby, it's not too far walk to the South Bank area.
Laundry was collected just below our room between 4:30 and 5:00 am during the week and a little later on the weekend. This woke us every day of our stay. I realize they need to get the sheets and towels washed, but guests should be able to sleep to a decent hour.

The aprtment was wonderful. The rooms were big and the beds were very comftable. The aprtment was very clean when we came. The kitchen was fully equipment. The living room was big with a varity of places to seat.
we had a problem with the t.v in the living room. the next day someone came to fix it but after a few hours the technical malfunction repeated itself.
In one of the bathrooms the toilet brush was disgusting :(

Location and Staff are great-property is spacious and clean. Included breakfast menu is small but food is good. Close to both St. Pauls and Blackfriars.
Room was stifling as management refused to turn on air con (centrally controlled) despite NUMEROUS requests that our room was intolerably hot. Toilet ran non-stop and required 3 visits from maintenance. After 3 days air con was finally turned on however 1 bedroom unit did not work. One of 2 elevators was out of service our entire stay. Last night there was no hot water and we notified staff, who said they would send maintenance, but they never came. No showers day of departure and no sleep for 3 nights due to stifling hot rooms and trash truck noise during night. Simply not worth the price and would not return or recommend.

Location to food, Black Friars station, quiet, great breakfasts, really nice clean and interesting rooms. Staff was so friendly and helpful. They were quick for several issues we had. We were in a room right on the street, no noise and it was dark. The AC unit failed the second day and we received an upgrade for the other nights we stayed with them. It was on the second floor and really quiet.

We are two senior ladies traveling without our husbands, so we were especially concerned about staying somewhere that we could depend on safety and assistance if needed. The two-bedroom apartment was clean, spacious, quiet, comfortable, and met all expectations. It was especially nice to have two bathrooms. When I had an issue with our safe not locking properly, someone came over to fix it within a few minutes. The staff helped us get taxis quickly at least twice. All the staff we encountered were friendly, courteous, and helpful. The location was a reasonable walk to St. Paul's Cathedral, Blackfriar's Tube station and pier, and the Millennium Bridge.
On two mornings around 8 o'clock, our smoke alarm went off and was very loud and unnerving. When I mentioned it to staff, they said it was because someone in another apartment was taking long hot showers that affected the smoke detectors. Hopefully, this problem is being addressed.

Spacious flat that fit 6 of us very comfortably. We loved the courtyard and it was a close walk to the tube and buses. Very clean flat and the washing machine was a huge help to us.
Front desk was reachable via Whatsapp at all times but often took a while to hear back. The safe was a bit confusing to use

It was very clean. They brought us new towels daily. Coffee pods provided. The washer was a washer/dryer combination. They provided laundry detergent as well. They also provided shampoo and conditioner. Conditioner is a rarity! The staff was responsive. you check in at the café below. And someone walks you to your unit. The location was good. Not in the total heart of all the touristy things, but near Saint Paul’s Cathedral and the millennium Bridge. Not a far walk to Borough market or the Globe. We liked the location and appreciated that it was a quieter spot. It’s only two subway stops to get to Trafalgar Square. We were a five minute walk to Blackfriar‘s station. Our daughter slept on the pullout sofa, which was already prepared for us at our arrival. It was a comfortable pullout sofa. The curtains were the complete darkening kind. I’m not sure what you call that. But that was very helpful. The entrance is in a courtyard, which is very quiet except the voices do carry at night. But it wasn’t too bad and way better than being right on the street. You can hear the Saint Paul’s Cathedral Church bells throughout the night. We would stay there again.
You do have to tug a little harder to open the safe that is provided. We almost couldn’t get it to work. One of the staff members came to help us. Our key card to our room was also a little unpredictable. Sometimes it opened right away sometimes we had to try a couple of times.

Very big room in the perfect location. Liked the style of the room.
We stayed 6 nights. On 2 mornings we were woken by the fire alarm very early. We complained to the staff but nothing happend besides an apology.
The place is clean in most places until you look a little bit closer. Then you see that there is dust in the cupboards and below the sofa and in the farer corners. Somebody really should explain to the staff that cleaning involves everything.

The Blackfriars area was quiet and secluded, but close enough to public transportation options, with plenty of restaurant and shopping.
The unit was extremely hot, with no ability to open windows or adjust thermostat. The staff got us fans, but it remained very warm.
