Great location, friendly and helpful Staff. Good sized rooms.
The place is looking a little tired inside - cracked tiles, old fashioned shower over bath, noisy a/c. Didnt have a coffee machine. Nothing major but little areas for improvement

The location was very good, and entrance of the property was very inviting. Reception staff were helpful and polite.
The property was very tired and shabby not at all like the pictures and had quite clearly seen better days. There was staining on the carpets and sofa. For a two bedroomed apartment there was only one two seater sofa, which meant we had to sit on hard chairs in the evening. The idea of booking an apartment for 4 people was that we could relax in the evening, which was not possible.

Well located accommodation. The apartments are quite big, and fully equipped.
They were renewing the floor, so it was a little bit dusty and messy in the corridor. The room itself was not so big, compared with the rest of the apartment.

Spacious and well equipped 2.bedroom 2 bathroom apartment ideal for a small Group or family and in a great location of London . It had lifts to upper floors.
Carpets and soft furnishings were tired and needed replacing to make the apartment perfect .

Location was great. It was spacious with comfortable beds.
The carpet was very frayed and very stained. The furniture was worn. We were disappointed when we walked in. The pictures were deceiving.

Location was excellent close to Blackfriars and St Paul tube stations, restaurants and cafes
We stayed 7 nights and was told on check in a room service would occur after night 4 - this did not happen. We had to ask for fresh towels, more toilet roll etc.

They are not serviced. As we stayed for a week, it was very hard to get our hands on clean towels, linen and soap. We were fine to change our linen, but was very hard to find where to place our dirty linen, we also had to go buy our own hand soap. We had a hard time disposing of our rubbish too. WiFi and tv are very very slow
