Wonderful
Great space! Well updated, designed and maintained. The apartment was large enough to not be cramped for a 5 night stay. Great access to all we wanted to see!

Exceptional
Exceptional location, amenities in apartment were well appointed, plenty of storage, and very roomy. It would be a perfect short term rental for a family/business traveler. There are also plenty of places within a 5 min walk to restaurants, barm and 10 min to grocery store.
Temperature gauge was difficult to control.

Very Good
The apartment was nice. We liked the location and the friendliness of some of the staff. Bed was comfortable and it checked off a lot of our boxes.
Being placed on the top floor with the elevator in operable with no chance of relocating rooms was very inconvenient. 59 steps with luggage and after shopping, etc., was a bit much. Fortunately, we are both in good shape and was able to make the climb multiple times a day, but I can imagine this would be a huge inconvenience, or even a dealbreaker for some people. Fortunately, the front desk person that checked us in, helped us with our luggage and was also working on the morning that we checked out and was able to help with some of the bags. I don’t think it’s fair for your staff or your guests that they are made to suffer with those stairs and the steep incline.
Having paper towels or any kind of paper products would be recommended to have in the apartment, since the only thing available were towels to wipe your hands, etc. No sense in having a kitchen without paper products in it.
We would stay again, providing it had a working elevator.

Wonderful
The apartment room was very spacious, clean and very well appointed. The location is quiet but very close to the tube and major attractions.
Nothing I can think of

Wonderful
The location is great, depends where you need to be in London. Tube stations are close. Uber to the centre like mayfair takes 30 min.
The apartment is comfortable though when its cold outside its a bit chilly inside.
Very nice bed and pillows. Nice shower and kitchen supplies . Change of towels everyday.
A bit of noise from the street because the windows are not soundproof.. and quite chilly in the apartment.

Native Kings Wardrobe was a wonderful place to stay on our London trip. We arrived very early in the morning and they were able to store our bags, while we killed time until the apartment was ready. The staff was awesome. Very pleasant and helpful. The room was exactly like the pictures on the website. It was spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were excellent. We ate at breakfast at Counter daily. They offered a nice variety of food and drink which was generous and tasty. I'll definitely be looking to book again with Native on our next trip.
There wasn't anything that I didn't like

Wonderful
Excellent location. The apartment was spacious, modern and clean, and well stocked for a family of four for the week. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
The WiFi was weak in the living area, so the connection was hit and miss. The fire alarms went off twice (once in the middle of the night) with false alarms. The unit was also quite warm. We had to leave the windows open at all times to try to cool off.

Super location with two underground stations nearby. Plenty of space in the apartment (had a 2 bedroom one).

Pleasant
Oversized living room and bedroom were great. Bed was pretty comfortable. Location was decent once you get your bearings. AC worked well.
-Check in was clunky, the receptionist charged me twice because he couldn’t figure out how to charge my card, and the check in took about 15 min.
-had to tae multiple steps to an elevator. This is fine normally but not with large suitcases.
-they give you two towels. One of which was shredded on the ends. And they didn’t change them until the third day. In fact, changing the towels once was the only thing they did during our 4 night stay.
-bathroom was extremely small, even for one person, especially given the size of the apartment. It also needs some work: drains not draining properly, large gash in the wall that exposes moisture to the inside of the wall, no outlet, etc
-you hear every single step your upstairs neighbor takes- making it impossible to sleep if they are awake.
-washing machine smelt pretty bad, like it hasn’t been properly cleaned.
-has the potential to be really nice, just seems very poorly managed or maintained

Native Kings Wardrobe was great. Everything about the apartment was perfect. It was very clean, calm and relaxng. After staying in many apartments in Europe for the past month, NKW was a breath of fresh air. There were instructions how to work the appliances, and everything worked. The toiletries were nice. Supplies were provided for laundry and to keep the kitchen clean. The apartment was conveniently located to St. Paul's cathedral, the underground, Tower of London, London bridge, and Boroughs market, if you don't mind walking for the latter three. The bed was nice and the linens were soft.
We did not receive much housekeeping service. Clean towels were dropped off most days, but nothing else. No emptying of trash cans, etc.

Very Good
Great location next to St. Paul’s Cathedral and tons of food and shopping. The apartment was nice with a full kitchen and living space.
The en-suite bathroom had a strange smell and the water from the shower backed up when used.

Wonderful
Property was very spacious. Kitchen / laundry was great. Location is very close to St. Paul’s and easy walk to multiple Tube stations and Thames. Staff was helpful, friendly and attentive.
The bathrooms had a slightly foul smell and the property can get warm. AC units helped in bedrooms but were a bit underpowered.

It was fabulous! Largest lodging I’ve ever experienced in London, handsomely decorated, very quiet, modern and functional appliances, beautiful private entrance from a historic courtyard, many pubs a stone’s throw distance around the corner, and only one block from St. Paul’s Cathedral, where we attended Sunday services. Quite simply it was a lovely experience…a remarkable place.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Apartment was huge, well equipped and felt very new and clean. Two toilets is nice. Useful to have the bar/cafe on premises even though we did not use it much. Location was perfect - walk or easy public transport to anywhere we wanted! We'll recommend it and would definitely stay again.
It would be nice if there was a little more wall art or colors - felt rather bland after 8 days! Big windows but no view.

Very comfortable accommodations. Location was accessible to many areas of interest; close to tube stations. Breakfast was good; dinner was sub-par. Recommend going out for dinner.
Dinner could have been much better. Wouldn’t recommend this aspect of the experience. Everything else was brilliant.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with a separate living room and kitchen. I loved being able to do a little laundry! It's conveniently close to the bus station and several attractions, but it's still private and tucked away. Heads up, you can hear the bells of the cathedral all night.
