Bed was amazing, a world record amount of cushions available, stunning room, very rustic looking, bed was king size, nespresso machine in room was a surprise, huge bathroom, shower was stunning, nice bar too for lunch/dinner and breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff
Lights were a bit slow to come on in hallways so it was quite dark but not a huge issue but the only thing i can think of

Our room was too small and difficult to navigate. The sink was in the shower which is not hygienic.

Location was very good just a few steps away from main streets of Regent Street and Soho, but was nice and quiet. Excellent bed and pillows.
Although the hotel is very atmospheric the lighting could be better for more mature residents

This hotel is in the heart of Soho, great location for restaurants and theatres etc. On arrival booking in was quick and easy, the staff were very polite, helpful and friendly. A pleasure to stay at this hotel and yes I would stay again.
There is simply nothing not to like regarding this hotel. Keep up the good work guys.
