Good
Staff were friendly, location is excellent.
When booking it would be good to know ahead of time that this hotel takes a £150 deposit on arrival that they release when you leave but I checked out 10 days ago and still haven’t received my money back. Luckily paying the £150 wasn’t an issue for me but I imagine there are many guests who have not budgeted for this. Totally ridiculous and not something I’ve encountered before having stayed in numerous other hotels in London.
The stay itself was fine, small room but to be expected for a boutique hotel in the middle of soho. Didn’t try the restaurant but was disappointed that room service isn’t offered. Quite busy and noisy in the corridors but that’s not the staffs fault, it’s just inconsiderate guests.
The location is ideal and facilities were adequate however, when paying roughly £260 per night you’d expect more - kettle was full of limescale, water pressure was hopeless so running a bath took an age and the mini bar while standard prices for London (£4 for a small tub of Pringles etc) included an £8 water. Really for the price they’re charging, a free water isn’t too much to ask.
A/C is installed but the windows do not open so if you like a cooler room of a nighttime prepare to wake up with a congested nose and irritated throat.
Overall not a bad experience but given I chose a boutique hotel as this was a treat for myself, I can’t say I was impressed or would return after receiving recommendations for nearby hotels since my stay

Such a great experience at the Karma Sanctum I wish we could have stayed longer . We loved all the art , the decor , the smell. The staff are so lovely and helpful and our room was perfect , so quiet and the beds and bedding are so luxurious and comfy . A good price too as right in the heart of Soho.
Fantastic roof garden too.
We loved everything

The location was excellent, in the heart of Soho with very friendly and personable staff.
The hotel is quite quirky with some interesting artwork and even using the gents loo was a bit novel as there was a piano next to the urinals which put a different perspective on going for a tinkle.
We had a very good breakfast which represented excellent value for money as it was discounted for guests. £15.00 per head for a full English with toast and one hot beverage and one cold one (Juice) each.
We were told our room had been upgraded and although perfectly acceptable was a bit small and tight for space. There is mini bar and various other items which appear to be complimentary until we spotted the price list which was exorbitant for basics like a bottle of water (over £5.00) or a small carton of Pringles (£5.50). Make these items more realistic and we would have certainly indulged as a cold beer would have been very welcome. There is a happy hour for cocktails (£10.00 each) but only for the handful on the list. My wife ordered a Pina Colada and was surprised when this came with a hefty £16.00 price, which may not be expensive for London, but was more than we had anticipated in light of their other cocktail prices.
