Fabulous location and very welcoming staff.
Certainly has a style of its own with some great artefacts and artwork.
Car parks close by in Brewer Street and China town but best to book ahead.
Room and corridors were a bit dark and the en-suite a little tired.

Location. It is located close to a lot of walkable attractions, restaurants and parks.
Very small and cramped room. The sink was in the shower arlight. No Closers. Make sure you pack lighr.

Excellent location, staff were really friendly. Room was beautiful with the most comfy bed!
Not a massive problem but I returned from work in the early hours and had to call the phone number to get someone to let me in - this in itself isn't a problem but it was pouring with rain, so it would be good to have some sort of cover for this, rather than have people standing in the rain waiting.

It’s in perfect area for everything from close to Oxford street Piccadilly easy to get to everywhere very close to stations
Quirky hotel but comfy friendly with amazing helpful staff

There was a roof bar that was fun after hours.
The size of the room, very small not enough room even for a chair or anywhere to sit. Do small that the sink had to placed in the shower.

Hotel is lovely with a cosy atmosphere. Very clean, lovely decor, comfy bed. Most of all the staff were so lovely and attentive.
No dislikes. Will be booking again!

It was a shame that we couldn’t eat there but loved the atmosphere and the bed was so incredibly comfortable!

Very Good
Very friendly welcome by reception staff including an invitation to a free cocktail. Very striking decor with Jimi Hendrix art and a gorilla! The room was very well appointed with a large ensuite bathroom and a very large comfortable bed.

So dark in the rooms
In the room it just has everything for sale so didn’t feel as cosey as most hotels as just trying to sell random things like candles , travel bags etc I really don’t like that
