Lovely clean hotel and the staff were very friendly. Room was perfect, bed was really comfortable and huge! It was my partners birthday and they had left a happy birthday card with some flower petals on the bed which was a lovely touch. Also gave us a glass of champagne each to celebrate. Fantastic location. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Soho. Thank you!

The location was very good being in the middle of soho. Surrounded by Lovely places to eat and drink in the evening. The hotel rooftop bar was really nice to unwind after a busy day walking around the city.
The size of the rooms are very small, not much room to unpack and walk around. The sink is integrated with the shower so it was difficult for two people to be getting ready at the same time.

Very friendly staff. Great rooftop bar with a well timed Happy Hour with 2 for 1 cocktails. Lots of quirky art installations.
No complimentary water in the room. £8 per bottle felt a little excessive.

It was in the perfect location for everything we needed in soho and Oxford street nearby. Lovely rooftop terrace…
I think for the price of the rooms that breakfast should be included in your stay…disappointing to have spent that amount of money on a room to have to pay an additional amount for breakfast the next morning

Location was very handy and we weren’t disturbed by any noises from other guests.
Compact room definitely means compact when they put a 4 poster bed in. Having the sink in the shower was clever but does mean washing hands once dry after shower means wet feet.

The rooms were nice and the bed was very comfy. The decor was lovely and different to most hotels. There was plenty of choice from the mini bar albeit quite pricey.
Check in was delayed, when we did check in our room card wouldnt let us into the room which was inconvenient being on the top floor and going down to reception again to sort. Then once we got the card working, they told us our bags were already in the room from when we tried to check in earlier in the day. Once in the room, our bags were not in the room and were in fact still behind reception....another trip back down stairs. We stayed at the hotel on a sunday night and the roof terrace bar was blasting music until 1:30am which was making things in our room vibrate. Not ideal with a pregnant wife.

The hot tub and roof top bar was a lovely little touch when we returned after the show and bar tender was very helpful and friendly
The bathroom was so small you could barely get round the door to the toilet. The air conditioning system wasn’t working and the room was roasting. It’s the only hotel we’ve ever stayed in expensive and not that you didn’t get a free bottle of water. Mini bar was very expensive and staff weren’t overly helpful or talkative. Wouldn’t bother to stay again but was ok for a place to sleep after the show and local to having food and a drink in soho after.
