Disappointing
Great location, very central. Friendly staff on the reception desk. Interesting and different decor to most hotels.
Room very small, hard to move around the room with the bed in there, The bathroom was tiny, could barely open and close the door if you are stood in there. Issue with the toilet cistern overfilling, sleep interupted by the constant noise of water. In spite of the great location, the hotel felt overpriced for what it was.

This property is amazing. The vibe is very luxurious rock. The art work throughout hotel is top notch. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. The roof top bar is 10/10 as is the location. Have already recommend to several of my friends
Nothing! Loved it all. The only quirky thing was that the sink was in the shower - but gotta put it somewhere!

Very central and close to tube stations
Clean and comfy
The manager (David) was rude when we walked in during the night. He asked us about the keys and if we were staying there, which was disrespectful and inappropriate.
The hot tub was not working 24 hours and was closed on Sunday morning, which was not mentioned in the booking details.

Food and wine selection in the restaurant was lovely. Also a great space to sit and work or have meetings.
Long wait to access room. Its a very dark hotel, hallways and rooms.

The room itself was lovely, the position of the room was awful, first room at the top of the first set of stairs, none stop noise all night long!

Staff was nice
I have no idea how they got a 5 star rating. The room was tiny, the service was horrible (they were very nice but incompetent). They say they have stuff in the room but they didn't(safe,adapter,water). I came in to days late because my flight was canceled do to the fire in Heathrow and they couldn't care less. I was very disappointed.

Fab location. Didn't do breakfast. Great vibe in the. Public areas.
Rooms were VERY small, even for London. We had a one way system to get to loo. Hot tub a nice touch but it smelt dreadful. Rooftop bar and downstairs bar were expensive enough to drive us out!
