great llocation and loved the styling of the hotel
A little short staffed in the bar/restauraunt so service was not great Never a great fan of long haired servers hair dangling over food plates The room was a little dark. While loved the mood lighting sometimnes be good to have a better light option when needed

The location of the hotel is ideal for getting around soho & theatre land
A little dark on the stairways, as my wife is partially sighted, it was challenging using them.

Great location, very central. Friendly staff on the reception desk. Interesting and different decor to most hotels.
Room very small, hard to move around the room with the bed in there, The bathroom was tiny, could barely open and close the door if you are stood in there. Issue with the toilet cistern overfilling, sleep interupted by the constant noise of water. In spite of the great location, the hotel felt overpriced for what it was.

I liked the appearance of the room even though there was a leak in the shower
They sent me multiple emails about adding little extras to my room because it was booked for my birthday. I was very excited to see upon arrival and was met with nothing. The room had not been done any different from a normal day and a normal booking. It actually had me in tears because they showed absolutely zero compassion whatsoever, nothing was done to make up for it, they kept offering me drink on the house but i do not drink. Offering alcohol does not fix the issue. Very disappointed and completely ruined my birthday.

Location and it’s a very unique hotel Reception staff very helpful Considering it’s in a really busy part of London the hotel and room were really quiet Had a good nights sleep
When we arrived someone was laying a bit of carpet infront of the lift and there was work bits everywhere. For a 4/5 star hotel not what you’re expecting when you first walk in!! Also the whole place needs a bit of tlc some of the furniture needs updating. Roof terrace is lovely but again needs some updating Also if you stay on a Sunday or Monday there’s no happy hour so cocktails are minimum £16 plus the restaurant and ground floor bar are closed. This is a real shame as you can’t make the most of the facilities Also if you’re travelling with any luggage and want to hang things up put clothes away etc DONT book a small room as there’s no wardrobe or drawers to do this!

Lovely clean hotel and the staff were very friendly. Room was perfect, bed was really comfortable and huge! It was my partners birthday and they had left a happy birthday card with some flower petals on the bed which was a lovely touch. Also gave us a glass of champagne each to celebrate. Fantastic location. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Soho. Thank you!
