The room was up to date, the hotel was elegant yet comfortable, unlike the large establishments where you feel lost. The location was perfect, close to two tube stations. I would definitely stay there again.
I cannot think of anything that I would improve.

Location
Since 13.9.2025 and today is 30.11.2025 the hotel did not return the 200 Pounds deposit that they charged me during the check-in process. Several messages and phone calls and no response. I am shocked for this behavior with a very prestigious hotel like Jumira

I would like to share feedback regarding my recent stay.
I have been staying at Jumeirah Carlton / Jumeirah Group hotels for many years, and I believe I have spent close to 200 nights in your properties. I have always appreciated the level of hospitality, the reception team, the concierge, and the overall sense of comfort and welcome in the hotel. Your team has always made me feel at home.
However, during my recent visit to Jumeirah Carlton’s dining area, I experienced something that was very disappointing. Despite the fact that there were clearly free tables available, I was told that “there was no space,” and I was directed to the general restaurant reception line as if I was not a hotel guest.
This was done by a staff member named Sara, and the way it was handled made me feel dismissed and disrespected, especially considering that I was checking in directly from the airport and have been a loyal guest for many years.
I truly value the Jumeirah experience, and I believe that hotel guests – particularly long-stay and loyal guests – should be given clear priority in dining spaces.
This situation does not reflect the hospitality standard that has kept me choosing Jumeirah for years.
I wanted to share this with you sincerely so that it can be addressed, and so that similar situations do not happen in the future — not only for me but for any guest staying in the hotel.

Its a cosy hotel, not over crowded, decent rooms, good service, good location and best of all provides access to the gym at its neighbouring sister hotel the Carlton. Overall a good place to stay in London
