Very friendly staff. Clean Good location
Room was very small for the type of room & price of room. Bathroom was dated, No walk in shower, you had to get in the bath to have a shower. VERY noisy, especially during the night, sleeping was not easy. This hotel did not have the quality of the Jumeriah hotels in Dubai, which was disappointing.

Hotel staff were brilliant - helpful and friendly. The room was a good size with a very comfortable bed. We had a balcony on our room which was nice for watching the world go by. Breakfast was high quality and really tasty with a good selection. Use of the pool at the partner hotel is a brilliant addition.

Small room after paying 470 had to walk up stairs because lift didn’t work out a little intimidated as I was only white person in the hotel and they came they do room service they got two cakes in about four drinks and there crazy money 22 pound a cake I just found the whole experience a big waste of money wouldn’t stay there again if they offered it for free

Staff not trained properly
It’s a bit suffocating and doesn’t feel like a hotel. More like an apartment building. Staff need to be trained to the quality standards of the jumeirah name… and the hotel needs to scale up in the look of the furniture and the feel of the entryway, for the cost you pay it feels like your paying too much for something that is giving less quality and standard

There was a strange request for payment at my checkout even though payment was collected before my arrival, whoever I informed him to return the deposit without any collection of any funds.
