The hotel was spotlessly clean, our room was spacious with little extras that make the difference. Bed and pillows comfy and room tastefully decorated. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We had breakfast that was freshly made each morning unlike others that provide buffet style. Fabulous stay

Location was great, right by Aldgate tube and around the corner from Tower Hill,staff were great, phoned us when our room was ready and took our bags to our room. Room was big and comfy, would recommend

Smart modern and clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they couldn't do more for me. Super polite and chatty, made me feel really welcome
There was a fault with the lift - it doesn't stop on 5th floor. This was explained up front and will be temporary. This is only an observation for anyone who may travel soon after 14th August 25 if they have mobility issues, ask to be on any other floor.

Great hotel, friendly staff.
The only thing I found ‘unfair’ which is why I marked down on price is because a family member also booked and paid £60 less for their room which when we arrived was the same type of room.
