Smart modern and clean.
The staff were so friendly and helpful, they couldn't do more for me.
Super polite and chatty, made me feel really welcome
There was a fault with the lift - it doesn't stop on 5th floor. This was explained up front and will be temporary. This is only an observation for anyone who may travel soon after 14th August 25 if they have mobility issues, ask to be on any other floor.

Great hotel, friendly staff.
The only thing I found ‘unfair’ which is why I marked down on price is because a family member also booked and paid £60 less for their room which when we arrived was the same type of room.

Location is superb, right by the Tower of London and Tower Bridge but quieter in the evenings.
Hotel bar was closed when we returned at 10pm on Saturday night (really!) so we went to the bar in Motel One across the road and enjoyed drinks there instead. Also some minor maintenance issues - blind broken in the bathroom, for example. Just little things.

Good location and very aesthetically pleasing. The bed was super comfy, and it was my husbands 40th birthday celebration so they very kindly got him a card and he was able to have a free drink.
There was only 1 x dressing gown and slippers which ideally should have been 2 for a couple. There was also a condensation issue in between the glass panes on one section, which was a bit of an eye sore.

Clean, well-equipped room. Coffee machine and complementary minibar were a nice bonus.
The floors are wood - they look good but it means you can hear people moving around in the room above you (very clearly and noisely). My double mattress dipped down on either side, which wasn’t very comfortable.
