The interior of the hotel is beautiful. Location is in the very center of central London, walkable distance to many destinations. The cheesecake in the dessert shop Cakes & Bubbles was incredibly delicious,
I think it is wayyy over-priced (but maybe that's applicable to every hotel in London) My room was okay in size, but had one very tiny window and therefore very little natural light, the room felt dark most of the time. I would expect that a hotel in this price range would have excellent service, but the service I got was below average. When I checked out of the hotel I had a lot of luggages and was struggling for a bit but no one offered to help take it to the door. I was quite disappointed in general.

Rodolphe and Von were extremely helpful and welcoming at the reception. The housekeeping and concierge teams provided excellent service and attention to detail, and the location couldn’t be better!

It was too modern, compared to the outside of the building and the main parts inside! The room was too modern and felt like in prison or something.. i wld of expect more traditional look..
Same with hallways, too much plain..
