Beautiful hotel ‘its self’ and great location
Room was dirty, hair in the shower. Very small rooms. Chips in the tiles. Just very unkempt for the price per night.

Very close to the station, staff are friendly. Our room was clean and made us feel welcome. The facilities at the Health Club was great and all the team are great! Louis, Edwin, Amir. Genuine good people, shame Louis is leaving the business.
The price for one night couldve been more affordable but i guess it New Years eve

Disappointing
Breakfast was great and the location was good.
I did not like the manager attitude on Christmas day, she was very rude, all so I think that paying guests should have priority over unpaid guests to have Christmas dinner, when I got to the hotel I was looking forward to using the sauna only to be told by a guest that it as not been working for over 2 weeks
