All of it, great atmosphere inside, great standard of decor and friendly helpful staff. Everything worked and was very clean and spacious. The pool was fun and towels were provided, the location was perfect, extremely close to the underground, restaurants and shops.
Bathroom was shower only but that may have been as we had a standard room, not sure.

Room small but adequate for a 2 night stay. Breakfast generally good. Staff knew their jobs and were polite and helpful and friendly.
The rooms were very basic but not good for a long stay. We were only there 2 nights so that was fine. I think it is a transit hotel and the food offered for eating in your room was Ok but I saw no adverts for any lunch or evening dinning at the hotel only for food in your room.

Location central to Kensington and walkable to Royal Albert Hall
Very tired in places. Paid for a premium king, don’t believe the room we were given was, phoned reception who confirmed our room was a standard king but they later denied this. Tiny bathroom. Had a random third bed in the room we didn’t request, were told housekeeping would remove it, they never came. Poor customer service.

Shocking. I made a booking. And realising I put the wrong date spoke to the staff and they said it wouldn’t be a problem. I immediately made the right booking and checked in. They now will not refund my second booking. Shocking

Superb location off Kensington High Street, 25 minute walk to the Royal Albert Hall. Also close to the Design Museum and tube station.

The breakfast was excellent and the breakfast staff were outstanding. The room was clean and location was very good. We asked for time extension on the checkout date and they provided 2 hours FOC which was excellent.
I didn't like the front line staff and the reason was: We requested to upgrade the room with extra pay. They showed us a room which we liked and accepted, however the gave us adifferent room! The one which we agreed to take after 2 days, they said it is not available and that was very disappointing.
