The tv wasnt smart - The spa facilities were old and jacuzzi was broken which we were not told about , the pool was 2/3 full of childrens swimming lessons

Staff very nice and helpful and breakfast is fantastic
We stayed for three nights, the first night we had to call the reception because the heating was so noisy, they sent us maintenance and the poor guy started vacuuming in the conducts and told us that he couldn't do much because the conduct needed deep cleaning and there is only one person doing it for the entire hotel. The second night we asked to change room, which we did but it smelled really bad, like humid. Then it started raining and the rain was going through the window......into the bathroom. Overall, very nice position but I have the feeling that the rooms really need to be renovated.

We loved how close it was to the underground stations and the lovely location. It was also super handy to leave our bags there before and after checking in.

Front of hotel and reception seemed good
Standard room in need of redecoration. Painting , new door. Room seemed shabby. Seat in room wood worn at base and looked old. Really not up to the standard of previous holiday inns that I have stayed at. Disappointing. The food in the breakfast buffet was cold.
