Great location near tube line from Heathrow and London city centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We even witnessed the staff dealing very professionally and politely with an irate customer who despite being late for breakfast was very demanding of their time and effort.
Definitely would recommend and use again.

Location is excellent close to High Street Kensington tube.
Room was too warm and just two little things missing from the bathroom…. Would have loved some hair conditioner and some body lotion

The hotel location is perfect
The bathroom was far too small, my partner is 6’1 and really struggled to use the shower.
The room wasn’t particularly clean either it smelled like wet dog, and there was hair all over the sink, and bedding

Great location, hotel was very clean. Nice, friendly atmosphere. Friendly and professional reception. Very good breakfast.
I was surprised by size of the room, as feel very small but very smart furnished, nice big and comfortable bed. Room was good for night or two but definitely not for holidays even for only two people.

Great hotel, lovely staff, very great care and tidy. Breakfast was great.
Parking was very unclear, four spaces or so outside and then a below level parking with no clear access, even after calling the hotel they were no help, and I had to park across the road for the night which cost me almost £50

Friendly staff.
Parts of the hotel and bedrooms were dated and need updating.
The original room I was give had stains on the sofa and carpet. I was upgraded after complaining to the receptionist.

This hotel is made by its location, convenience and staff. Each member of the staff were incredibly helpful and very friendly.
The room was small, but we didn't pay for a premium room.

We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Kensington, and while the hotel is lovely, it was the service provided by Valeria that truly stood out. From her radiant smile to her earnest, warm greeting, she made us feel like we were the only guests in the building.
I was particularly impressed by her efficiency; we had several specific requests in our online booking, and Valeria had managed them all flawlessly. It is so refreshing to be met with such a bright personality after a long journey. If you are checking in, look for her...she is the definition of top-tier hospitality!
