They allowed early check in which helped with our tiredness after travelling overnight. I would have tried the pool but forgot our swim suits but I’m sure it’s lovely. The staff were all very nice.
I was surprised at the size of the room - how small it was and how much I paid. But then I remembered we were in central London. Also, we ordered pizza and risotto from the restaurant and neither were good at all!

The service staff were very friendly and the bar area was a nice place to sit and relax. The breakfast was decent quality and there was a good choice of options available to suit most people. It remains a good location with lots of bars and restaurants nearby.
The rooms are far too small and the spa area was overall poor with lockers that weren't secure. The lifts were very slow and it was much quicker to walk down 6 flights than wait for a tiny lift which were also being used by the staff to deliver food and drink.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The food in the bar/restaurant was beautiful. Overall very happy with the service we received and will stop here again
The steam room wasn’t working which was disappointing and the saunas being in the changing rooms. Would be nice to have a communal one that me and my partner could of used together

Breakfast was lovely, same every day. Had issues with the coffee machines. Daughter wanted nutella on her pastries but 2 mornings there wasn’t any and staff said they were all gone

Disappointing
Great location but not the best hotel
Room was smaller than anticipated but it was fine considering I was staying alone, however definitely not worth the near £400 I paid for two nights. Additionally the room was not clean with pubes in the bathtub which wasn’t nice whatsoever. Breakfast was average and had to wait quite a while for the chef to come out due to having allergies. I asked for the allergy matrix/menu and they said they didn’t have one, however when I went up to speak with him the allergy menu was right there. Rooms were really thin and could hear people’s conversation in the next room. Lastly prior to arriving, I messaged the hotel a few times via booking.com and got very blunt replies, not even answering the surface of my questions, and was also ignored quite a few times. Definitely gone down hill compared to my stay a few years ago.

It's only a few minutes walk from tube station so easy access to everywhere. Very friendly staff, exceptionally clean and a fabulous breakfast with lots of choice.

The location of this hotel is perfect, 5 minutes walk from the tube station! The staff were excellent, very friendly and so helpful! The breakfast was amazing, so much choice!
