Nothing with the horrible experience that I had starting from the moment I checked in.
Dusty, extra fridge storage in the tiny room filled with dust which had called days before checking in explaining medical issues but not met. Secondly, towels with poop marks on Christmas day. I was moved to accessible room that created worse trauma from my medical condition that I had informed to be glad with recovery and then moved to a suite and the bed was so hard, next day door knocked at 9 ish by housekeeping and asked why…. She says sorry while walking away then again knocked the door at 13:30 and asked why, she says your checkout is at 14:00….. horrible and glad to be home and happy. Never recommend or stay in this hotel again.

Lovely hotel .
A few things need updating the room service part is outdated. Some of the furniture and fittings in the rooms are shabby wear and tear so need to be updated Having a Bath without a plugs , breakfast menus to be ticked and hung out of the door, but no Pen to mark the menu with could be updated.

Good location
I stay here for the location and the health club facilities. The steam room was not working on three of the four days I was staying. The breakfast could also be better quality, the scrambled eggs is way to milky, and the coffee is average.
