Very convenient to the all transport links, friendly staff, clean room and a comfortable feel in the hotel lounge bar area, I also had a nice relaxing swim.

Breakfast was great. All bases covered. Lovely staff. Room was maybe small but it was clean, comfy bed do no issue. Food in the bar was very, very slow.

The room and bathroom was on the smaller side for a double. Fine for a short weekend but anything longer would be more comfortable in a larger room.

Great location near central tube stop. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Decent breakfast and a quiet hotel overall despite the size and the number of guests.
Beds were very uncomfortable. Bathroom was very small and when standing at the sink I was barely able to squeeze in, only being slightly narrower than the gap. My main issue is that a male member of the health club staff, whilst sat with numerous other male members of staff, made a comment towards my partner which I would say is sexual harassment. I told the manager on checkout and her only response was that she would pass on my feedback. I’m appalled that a lone female, or anyone for that matter, should be subject to crude and creepy remarks of a veiled sexual nature when the people making those remarks and laughing about them know what room she is staying in.

Location was spot on!! Staff are ok polite and friendly
had to ask 5 times for soft pillows taken to the room and gets embarrassing asking for the 5th time when it was what they offered,then on the last morning 9am me and the wife was still half asleep having a lie in knowing we have a 5 hour journey down south home that day,and cleaners just knocked open began opening door which the chain stopped they couldn’t be more apologetic but god how shocking

Good location, nice amenities
Our lock at the hotel door didn’t work, we had to change the keycards a couple of times. Reception wasn’t really helpful, especially when we told them that the cards weren’t the problem. However the cleaning Personal showed us how to bypass the loose connection at the lock.
