Location
On the last day, when we entered the room from outside, we were able to open it without a card. This situation raised a question mark about the security of the hotel. In addition, during the 4 days we stayed at the hotel, noisy renovations were carried out every day, starting from the early hours of the morning.

Great location and a nice hotel - big but therefore good facilities - I will be going back!
The tv remote control was in a really weird place in the room and I had to call maintenance to find it (really!) there was also a packet of crisps and a Milky Way in the mini fridge - which is a nice touch, but as no one told me I assumed they were left from the last guests as opposed to a welcome gift in the room - therefore I thought the room hadn’t been property cleaned -‘luckily the maintenance guy who found the remote control set me straight

Great location. Spacious hotel. Nice buffet breakfast
Some staff were unfriendly. On arrival they charged us again despite paying through the app. They didn’t apologise but instead tried to excuse the mistake. Said refund was on way but made two second attempts to take payment throughout evening and morning.
Tried to sort at reception next morning where they seemed reluctant to answer questions regarding these extra payment attempts

Lifts. One out of order for three days, slow and too small for hotel size
Room size was disappointing especially round the bed
TV had a number of channels but very limited, eg no Sky News.
