Very central
My husband and I I stayed in room2014 . I was really disappointed that 3 times the toilet stopped working which was not very nice. Also when we asled at reception if I could borrow a lead to charge my phone as I had left mine at home I was really surprised at the attitude of the person I asked where I could get one I was told to walk down to the shops..on leaving your very helpful commissioner ate the door informed me that you sold the cable and showed us where which the person on reception could have done Julia ward

Great location, short distance to tube. Breakfast nice with lots of variety.
Everything was as expected as I’ve stayed there before, the only downside was this time the beds and pillows were the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept in, the pillows were like stones to lay on, with the filling inside clumping together in different places, and the mattress was also the same. I stayed for two nights, I don’t think I could’ve stayed another night if it was for free. I’m now home and feel exhausted because we’ve hardly slept because of this
