Good value for money and location. A treat to have a good pool and sauna. Breakfast was very good.
Bathroom sink was very small - kettle could not fit under the tap. Hair dryer was terribly slow. We stayed 2 nights and the tea tray was not replenished

The room was poorly cleaned, the carpet smelled of dirt. The TV didn't work. I didn't like that they didn't provide clean water for the room price.

A nice hotel in a good location. Easy walk to hyde park and the museums. Close to high street for restaurants and shops. Room clean and quiet. Great massage at the spa.
Mattress although comfy was quite firm. Room small. Low water pressure in shower. No jacuzzi or hot tub. Pool small and half sectioned off for kids swimming lessons.

Very elegant and every member of staff looked after us without hesitation or grumble. Lovely place
There was music playing late into the night which kept me up for a while but I was so tired that I fell asleep eventually. The steam room and sauna wasn’t working.
