Very Good
Superb location for buses, tube and walking.
High standards of service.
Amazingly good value, included breakfast and very good large swimming pool etc
Room was small - but we did like big bed and having a bath.
Jacuzzi and steam room were out of action - routine maintenance

Rooms need upgrade, carpet worn and appears dirty and stained.
Bathroom taps covered in limescale and ceramic covering off sink leaving an unclean looking surface

The room was small but nice for the price and location. It is an easy walk to the Kensington High Street tube station and easy for Uber drivers to locate. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable and the shower pressure/water temp was excellent. The only complaint is the temperature control for the heating/air conditioning. It was too hot at night even with the window open. The staff were friendly and the lobby area was nice. The coffee bar was very convenient along with shops and eateries within easy walking distance.

Wonderful
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. So close to the tube and lots of attractions. Shower had great pressure. Really quiet area.
Room was quite small but fine because we were out sightseeing so spent very little time there.

I like the location of the hotel and the room size.
The only strange and uncomfortable experience during our stay was that one evening, a staff member entered our room using a key card without knocking and then said, “Oh sorry, I thought the room was empty.” This happened during our stay (not after checkout or extension), which we found inappropriate and concerning in terms of privacy.

Feels like you’re begging for things at this hotel. First, no kit whatsoever so we had to call to get a dental kit and shower caps etc. One day we called for fresh towels and they didn’t even bother bringing it and just closed for the day. Ridiculous!
No microwave, u have to call to get ur food warmed up. No complimentary water in the room? Cmon!
Also the fact that everything closes so early and open so late! It’s a hotel with guests from around the world arriving at diff times, how can your kitchen and room service and concierge close at 11 and open at 7am? Doesn’t make sense for such an international hotel.

The location was very good.
When we first arrived, we were given a very poor room that looked nothing like the photos on Booking.com. I asked to change it, and the next room they offered had a bathtub full of dirt. After about an hour of waiting, they finally gave us a decent room. The housekeeping service was also disappointing — one day, they even left a mop inside our room.

Disappointing
We had a wonderful stay on the first day and management was excellent as well as the bar staff on that day. However, the second day of our stay was not professional at all. We had issues in regards to a food server, who was not happy to go above and beyond all expectations while serving us. She pushed us off on another server, while serving us. She left and didn't ask us if we needed anything, how everything was and never said she was going to put us with a different server. She left the room for the night. The server that she put us with was busy and didn't realize what we had already endured with our server that evening. The management was different that night than the management we had the day before. The gentleman that waited on us the first night was excellent, he treated us with respect and went over and beyond all expectations with us. However, that was not the case the second night of our stay. He didn't know the situation at all. We tried to explain but he didn't want to hear of it. No matter what we told him, he didn't help us in anyway. Because of the situation, and as a Professional Travel Agent, I could never refer your hotel to any of my clients. My time there had some excellent service and the Hotel Stewart concierge who got us our car to the airport and put our luggage in our car was simply wonderful. He went above and beyond all expectations and there should be hotel workers in your hotel that could learn from him and also the management we had on the first evening of our stay, who waited on us at dinner. He was excellent. My time there was not at all as I anticipated. I'm not sure that I would continue to send my clients to your hotel in the near future.

I think some of your employees could give better customer service especially the manager we had on the second night of our stay and the waitress that was on that evening who was not happy about waiting on customers that evening of July 7, 2025.

The location and friendliness of all the staff
The bathroom and shower were very narrow and tight. No conditioner for after shampooing. The tour bus that was recommended by the concierge was quite frustrating.

Stayed at the hotel for a weekend break, the reception staff are so friendly and very helpful. This hotel is in a great location and is close to the Tube station with a 5 minute walk away. I found the room to be very clean and quite during my stay. The bathroom was also very clean. The breakfast was good value for money and covered various diets, with helpful staff.
I would stay here again on my next visit to London.
The only thing I didn't like was the bar food at the hotel. the meal I had ordered was tasteless and small portion what you expected to receive. As I was hungry from a long plane trip I ended up going out for something to eat only 10 minutes walk away.
