Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was tasty and well presented.
Bed was very hard. I couldn't move the grab rails in the shower down . No plug in the low level sink. Bathroom bin too small for incontinence products. Nobody answered the phone for 2 minutes in the morning so I could have help with my suitcase.

The location is super central. Easy to go around. We stayed for Ariana's concert that we're attending for 2 days.
Rooms are smaller than pictures. We had to hop on the bed to go around. And had to move some furniture to open our big luggages

Loved everything apart from the room
I booked a twin room months in advance, but on arrival was told they don't have twin rooms, so why wasn't I emailed about this and why do they advertise twin rooms if they don't do them, the room was so small we had to squeeze past the bed, wasn't impressed at all

Convenience to Kensington tube station.
Postage-stamp sized rooms. Bathroom sink/storage was only big enough for a toothbrush. Someone else’s docks left in the room. Rude concierges.
