My 2nd stay at this hotel, 100% satisfied and happy. Very friendly and helpful staff, very clean, 10/10 location. I only rated 9 out of 10 (and not 10/10) because the steam room in the spa was out of order during our stay. Will return!

Great value for money! We stayed in an elegant and comfortable hotel with a delicious breakfast. The staff were very kind and let us leave our luggage both before check-in and after check-out.

The location
I had issues with the heating in the room. I spoke with Marcus who was rude on the phone. I also had to call severally before it was sorted.
No drinking water in the rooms.
Under the marble top in the sink is VERY dirty.

Third visit to this hotel and have always enjoyed staying there. Staff are friendly and there is a lovely atmosphere. Very nice hotel and great location.
I paid for a twin room as was with my friend and was given a double room so had to share a bed which is embarrassing as we are not a couple.

Service was excellent, it was my daughters 30th birthday and we arrived to personalised balloons, hand written card chocolates and wine quite outstanding food was very good but maybe a little expensive Our waiter/ host was a lovely young guy named Leo and was one of the best we have ever encountered We would like to nominate him if you have staff reward scheme. Pool/Spa staff again a 10 out of 10 didn't get to know their names but fab staff.
I would like to add that although there is negative stuff underneath our overall trip really was a successful, fun, chilled and a memorable weekend and we really thank you x
For £400 for our room i expected more, it was very small, (clean and tidy and beautifully decorated for my daughters birthday though). There was a really annoying rather loud droning noise all night in our room which irritated me quite a lot but made my neurodivent daughter very stressed and unable to sleep at all, we had to go buy silicone ear plugs! There was no bottled water nor water or ice fill up available Tea/coffee/milk was meagre and no biscuits at all We did get a couple more on asking but still not enough milk.
