The location is truly fantastic - being right next Kensington High Street meant we had an immediate access to lots of restaurants and shops. The value for money was good. The bathrooms were clean and the same goes for the rooms. I thought the atmosphere in the lobby was great, positive energy buzzing throughout. The staff deserves special recognition, especially Georgina at the reception. Georgina went above and beyond to assist us and made the transition from checkout to check-in seamless, turning it into a pleasant and smooth experience. Her helpful attitude truly made our day!
Considering the hotel is a four-start rating, some areas and pieces of furniture could certainly benefit from an upgrade to enhance the overall experience. Rooms are on the smaller side, especially for people with limited mobility. That was the main downside

All very good. Breakfast was excellant. Staff were very helpfuland friendly. The taxi rank outside the hotel was very usewful.
The room was smaller than we expected but adequate. The lifts were also small although there were several to choose from.
