I think the staff were very good especially Ms. Roshani and Ms. Ankita where these two girls were very dynamics with big smile on their faces to welcome and help all, this kind of attitude makes every gust as if he is the recognized gust.
the location of the Hotel was very convenient to a very populated area . shopping, restaurants and underground are very close the hotel. when I come to London for visit , this hotel will be first choice.

Not much choice for breakfast. Breakfast was cold some overcooked and was not freshly cooked. Usually food that has gone cold is replenished with freshly cooked food i.e. bacon, sausages and eggs. In room toilet paper was not replenished, we had to go to reception to collect some.

I loved this property. I wasn’t expecting much from a holiday inn (silly snobby me) and was pleasantly surprised. The staff were all incredibly helpful & friendly. The hotel was lovely, modern and clean. Hotel gym & pool were fantastic- a proper gym not just a few bits in a tiny room. The lobby bar food was delicious. Plus they had a Starbucks on site. It’s also in a fantastic location, just off Kensington high street, 10 minutes by car to Westfield shopping centre and a short walk to Buckingham palace. I’d highly recommend and can’t wait to return.
It was all good! Drinks were a little expensive but it’s London so expected.

Location and breakfast.
Check in was at 3pm, we arrived at that time waited over 30 minutes for our room as it wasn’t ready so we paid for an upgrade to a suite. When we got to the “suite” it was just a room that looked nothing like the pictures on the website so we reverted back to our original room. The photos are very, very deceiving to what you get. I will say the staff were helpful is cancelling the upgrade and sorting us out but all the messing about took over an hour
