The hotel was very busy during my stay, and I understand that puts pressure on the staff. Even so, the service felt rushed and transactional, as if the goal was to get guests checked in and out as quickly as possible rather than to look after them. The room was the biggest letdown. It wasn’t clean, and it had a strong, stale smell. If you stay here, I’d suggest opening the windows as soon as you arrive. The bathroom was in poor condition too. The sink was clogged, the drain looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, and there was what appeared to be mold in the shower. On top of that, the fire alarm went off just as we were going to bed one evening. It kept switching on and off for about 20 minutes. The hotel apologized afterwards with a letter under each door, which I appreciated, but for a disruption like that I expected more. I hope management takes this feedback on board. With better housekeeping and a more guest-focused approach, the stay could have been a very different experience.

booked a twin room and given a double room, I was travelling with a friend Supervisor insisted hotel fully booked and no other twin room available We had to pay 35 GBP more for deluxe room in order to fit in roll away bed Extra bed was meant to be another GBP 20 Roll away bed very basic and uncomfortable. One night the fire alarm went off x3 over a period of 45 minutes. Management handled the situation badly and ended up raising his voice and telling guests to just go back to their rooms !

Location and swimming pool
Bathroom small and narrow, hard to use sink. No counter space. Shower drain slow, water 2 inches deep after use. Had to lift suitcases up 3 steps to get into hotel, found handicapped entry later to use on exit. Building appears fairly new, why not easier entry to hotel. I had to remove comforter from sheets, too warm with it.Every hotel I stayed in has these.

Spa is a fantastic facility overall with a lovely pool; check-in was efficient; breakfast was decent for the price and had reasonable vegan options which was important for us; bed was comfortable; position is very close to High Street Kensington tube station - it is good for Kensington though not as good for central London
Room was very small; could have been nicer cut fruit for breakfast; Jacuzzi was out of order

So we had a premium room but when we noticed just 1 tea bag asked at reception they said they send everything up they didn't. Food was so so I didn't think it was value for money but that's London
The hotel in house prices we somewhat over the top Parking was a hurt endurance charge.
