Clean, great location close to tube, good breakfast, excellent wifi.
Staff - asigned us with the room which was already occupied. Imagine entering the room while someone sleeping in it. Gave us another room without any bed covers and waited for half an hour to bring it at 11pm. Wouldn’t even hear of comping us for this huge inconvenience.

The gentleman working in the Starbucks cafe was amazing. Area felt very safe- walking to and from the underground was a short distance down a well lit road in a safe area. Really recommend this hotel for solo parents/women travelling alone. The indoor pool was heated to a lovely temperature. Bar area and cafe is very comfortable.
We stayed in the most budget room. There was a smell in the bathroom. Carpet was a little grubby. Bedsheets and the rest of the room was clean and very comfortable.
Sadly the steam room and hot tub were not working.

The hotel was large, well established and had numerous sitting and relaxing areas. The hidden garden was exquisite for the centre of london.
The breakfast was stunning, so much choice and a large room to hold many so no waiting etc.
A starbucks within the foyer and bar and room service available. The location was excellent, close to shops restaurants bars and the tube.
The surrounding area was as expected for kensington and the price for the hotel was exceptional.

Very nice hotel. Excellent location.
Good size bedroom with comfy bed.
Large swimming pool.
Staff at the reception on arrival not friendly .
Same for staff met in the corridors.
But the most disappointing was the fact that the jacuzzi and steam room were out of order when we went to the swimming pool.

Great location- 5 minutes walk to underground, a lot of shops, restaurants and fast foods. The room was clean and cosy. Good and tasty breakfast. Secure parking. All fine, no complaints.
