Wonderful
Stayed at the hotel for a weekend break, the reception staff are so friendly and very helpful. This hotel is in a great location and is close to the Tube station with a 5 minute walk away. I found the room to be very clean and quite during my stay. The bathroom was also very clean. The breakfast was good value for money and covered various diets, with helpful staff. I would stay here again on my next visit to London.
The only thing I didn't like was the bar food at the hotel. the meal I had ordered was tasteless and small portion what you expected to receive. As I was hungry from a long plane trip I ended up going out for something to eat only 10 minutes walk away.

Location
The treatment when I reported that the mattress in my room was badly damaged with sharp metal pieces protruding in various places, and appeared to have been that way for long time. I cut my leg open in the middle of the night causing bleeding.

Great location, lovely large hotel with excellent, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast selection was very good. Room size good.
I couldn't turn off the air con or one of the lights in the room so had a bright, noisy room at night. There probably wasn't enough lifts to cope with the demand.

The location of this hotel is amazing. Few minutes' walk from underground station, shops & restaurants. The room was clean & comfortable. Hotel staff were friendly & helpful.

Location is great
The bed was less comfortable than sleeping in a park bench, our room was so small it was impossible to move around and the staff although apologetic did not follow through on their support. We were moved to a room that we expected and was as advertised the second night and we finally slept! We were compensated with breakfast but still awaiting a formal apology for the inconvenience and very bad room, bed and service from guest relations.

There was a huge party on Saturday that lasted until 1AM. The beat was very loud, so we barely got any sleep that night. Very strange for a place where people pay to sleep.

They allowed early check in which helped with our tiredness after travelling overnight. I would have tried the pool but forgot our swim suits but I’m sure it’s lovely. The staff were all very nice.
I was surprised at the size of the room - how small it was and how much I paid. But then I remembered we were in central London. Also, we ordered pizza and risotto from the restaurant and neither were good at all!
