I’ve stayed here a lot, usually have a great stay but not so good this time!
Our room didn’t get cleaned, no cleaning towels, no beds made. All they did was come in and remove the key card from the electric and kept it even though we’d turned all the lights off! I had 2 different friends staying on different nights so needed new towels beds made up etc when I complained to reception they didn’t seem bothered!

Location, general atmosphere of the hotel.
I always stay here when I'm in London and I never have complaints of any kind. But this time I got a room with an impractical layout. Bathroom and toilet in the shape of a very small triangle and a strange and unconvenient positioning of the television. Also, the electricity kept on buzzing and clicking loudly during the last night. Too bad.

I was attending a conference in the hotel so it was convenient to stay there the night before
The room was barely big enough . Very little space to move around the bed . Wardrobe was difficult to open due to lack of space .

The location and the general facility are great
my room key had to be re-cut multiple times only to find the battery on the key reader on the door was needing replacement and when I went to my room there were people in my room which I was very annoyed about. in the bathroom there's absolutely nowhere to put your amenities and it is very tight and the room overall is very very small and it cost me AU$500 for the night.

The location was very good.
When we first arrived, we were given a very poor room that looked nothing like the photos on Booking.com. I asked to change it, and the next room they offered had a bathtub full of dirt. After about an hour of waiting, they finally gave us a decent room. The housekeeping service was also disappointing — one day, they even left a mop inside our room.

Great location, only five minutes away from High Street Kensington metro station. Big gym with great equipment which is part of the wellness area. Great to have a Starbucks onsite in case guests want to skip a large hotel breakfast.
Single room is small and crowded with too much furniture.
