Great price, nice clean quiet room, great choice at breakfast
I did not know it had leisure facilities, but if I had I might have been disapointed as sauna and steam closed, VERY slow check in, the girls seemed to spend ages trying to find the available room for everyone and so there was big queu

The location is great!
Our room was nice but the bathroom was very old, the door was broken, there was no pressure in the shower, and the hairdryer was broken too. Unfortunately, the most annoying thing was the noise. You can hear people talking on the corridors and doors opening and closing during the entire night. Difficult to sleep but very convenient in terms of location.

This hotel is perfect ...the location is class...just off kennington highstreet right next to the tube.....the pool is an added bonus...and very relaxing...get yourself to charity shops the best.......stay here its mint...

Very clean hotel in lovely area and just a four minute walk from a tube station.
Curtains didn’t quite fit the bedroom window allowing light into the room.

Location, cleanliness. Staff, breakfast very good, issue with room and Valaria on reception sorted it out in record time, the maintenance issue couldn’t be fixed that day so she arranged a free of charge upgrade. She really went out of her way to make sure I was happy and to arrange the new room. She was very kind, helpful, professional and very quick at sorting everything out. She is an absolute credit to Holiday Inn.
The bar closed at midnight. The hotel was very full and lots of people in the barrack evening, could have done with staying open a bit later.
