the pool was the only nice thing about this property, was wanting to use the hot tub and sauna but they were both out of order. which was heavily disappointing
our room was messed up and as 2 22 year olds in a couple, we had 2 single beds which were messy and dirty sheets. floor was dirty and had staines on, bathroom had hairs in the sink and toilet was not clean. was the worst night of sleep i have ever had in a hotel and to pay £125 for that room was foul, i would never come back.

The standard room was the size of a postbox with a bed inside. Could not fit our bags in the room...

The Hotel seems a bit rundown. The Jacuzzi and steam were out of action the last time last few times we’ve been there
Also the room Service breakfast. It’s never on time. and frequently missing several items so we have stopped using it.

Location was good
Behaviour and response of the staff was not as per industry standards. Room toilet flush was not working, heating was not proper. Even after lodging complaint at the reception, no one bothered to set right the things. Upon enquiry about the status of complaint made, manager very abruptly told that there are hundreds of room in this hotel and I am not suppose to know that facilities in every room is working fine. Mid night we were forced to changed to room ( after spending couple of hours at the reception and insisting that flush and heating needs to be fixed). Only after spending 3 night miserably we were offered another room and thankfully this one was OK.
