AC was not working. Room was very hot. I asked few times to staff to fix it but they couldn't even bother to respond to my phone calls. The spa was out of order. Phone on the room was filthy

Booked online and when we turned up there was a queue of people - not just us - who were faced with being told the hotel was fully booked and there was nowhere for us to stay. Hotel blamed booking.com, booking.com blamed hotel. Usual.

Air con in reception and room on a very hot day
NO accessible accommodation, if you have any mobility needs, difficult and unpleasant staff. No blue badge parking,45 extra despite being advised it included. , building barely accessible not allowed small Scooter upstairs . Had to choose between sharing bed with 17year old son and having an accessible room.
