The facility like gym the staff on the pool side where good only one staff at reception was pleasant and kind and didn’t seem miserable unlike the rest his name swapneil
Extremely poor customer service—the manager was exceptionally rude, while the staff were unhelpful, miserable and left me waiting unnecessarily before giving me the runaround simply because I wanted to extend my stay. What should have been a straightforward request became unnecessarily stressful, and if my card details had not already been on file, I would have left; I work hard for my money and expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect when paying for a hotel stay.

One of the rooms I booked wasn’t ready on time, also parking costs 45 a night but on the booking it says parking included.

Great breakfast and super comfy beds with crisp fresh sheets. Pool and sauna are fantastic - what a bonus.

It is near the tube station. Has a good gym
Nothing is provided in the rooms like body lotion or shampoo. Even the two complementary bottles of water you need to ask otherwise they dont give. If you call no one picks up.

Excellent location! Minutes from Kensington High Street station with the District and Circle lines. Easy to find. Having a complimentary sauna and pool access in my Central London hotel was priceless! Great access hour schedule and they gave plenty of extra towel if needed. It was one leas thing to worry about and thought it was a nice touch. Reception offered bespoke toiletry kits upon request. Lovely lounge area, great interior there!
Though I enjoyed the sauna after a long day, didn’t like it’s quality. The sauna itself clearly needs to be refurbished, the ladies changing room was messy. Check-in took long, it was only staff member available when quite a few guests arrived.

They do not provide complementary water in the rooms, and the basic amenities. You have to go to the lobby to get your basic amenities which was inconvenient.
