The gentleman who checked us in was super friendly and helpful, found us the twin room we needed. The parking attendant was very welcoming and helped with the doors and walked us to the reception entrance. The housekeeping team left the room beautiful and run us up a towel that was needed in short order. The hotel has good parking underground and is close to the tube.

Ease of access to high street, tube etc. very friendly and accommodating staff. Check in/checkout very quick and clear, and both carried by Rashani…very helpful, pleasant and professional.

The automatic extractor fan in the bathroom was really loud. Great having a bath but the noise made a relaxing soak off the agenda.

I like the location of the hotel and the room size.
The only strange and uncomfortable experience during our stay was that one evening, a staff member entered our room using a key card without knocking and then said, “Oh sorry, I thought the room was empty.” This happened during our stay (not after checkout or extension), which we found inappropriate and concerning in terms of privacy.

Good location, comfy bed, decent breakfast.
We booked a Premium room, but the room we were given definitely wasn't a Premium room - it had a tiny window overlooking a back alley and was tiny and dark! It 100% was not the room we booked as we made sure we booked a larger room than the standard one. We did go back and requested a change which was given to us but it left us with a bitter feeling - do they try to give out the most basic rooms first? It's a shame as we would happily stay there again, but this situation has put us off. Also, we couldn't get any bathrobes for our room or to go swimming! Had to walk through the hotel wrapped in a towel. This is a basic service that wasn't delivered.

The location is excellent, rooms are comfortable, staff friendly and courteous… overall very good value .. we would definitely consider returning to this hotel in the future
Lifts were fairly slow, particularly once the hotel became busier. Drinks were a little bit too expensive.

The location! It’s central. Ankita who checked us in was a delight. Thank you.
Feels like you’re begging for things at this hotel. First, no kit whatsoever so we had to call to get a dental kit and shower caps etc. One day we called for fresh towels and they didn’t even bother bringing it and just closed for the day. Ridiculous! No microwave, u have to call to get ur food warmed up. No complimentary water in the room? Cmon! Also the fact that everything closes so early and open so late! It’s a hotel with guests from around the world arriving at diff times, how can your kitchen and room service and concierge close at 11 and open at 7am? Doesn’t make sense for such an international hotel.
