Fantastic location, just minutes from the tube station and High St Kensington.
Nice buffet breakfast with good selection of hot and cold food
The room we were given on arrival in no way matched what I had booked - we had booked a premium twin room and what we got was a small single room with an extra single bed squeezed in. We were moved, and the room we eventually stayed in was definitely better than the first but was in no way, a “premium” room - the bathroom was tiny with nowhere to hang/store anything and there was no storage in the bedroom either. The “wardrobe” was completely taken up by the mini fridge and there was just space for 1 suitcase on the mini sofa in the corner of the room.
The lifts are tiny - max 2 persons with luggage.

From the moment we arrived we enjoyed our stay, the lobby was spacious and clean, with smiling staff welcoming us in, and a Starbucks was a happy sight after a long morning of travelling. The check in staff were smiley and helpful and our room was ready for us to go straight into, even though we were an hour ahead of the standard check in, which was great!
The rooms are well signed and easy to find, and we had a lovely clean compact room with a big bed, little sofa and nice bathroom. The beds are very firm, not to my personal taste as it was a little uncomfortable for me, but my child slept like a log!
The buffet breakfast was excellent, constantly refilled with hot food, nothing ever ran out, and the staff in the restaurant were so helpful and friendly. The selection of different types of food was wonderful, and my fussy child had a big plateful of food every day which I was thrilled about.
For me the thing that made our stay were the staff, every person we bumped into in the corridors, the housekeeping staff, all said good morning, smiled at us, or asked us how we were, and they often gave a little chocolate treat to my son, just lovely people.
After having such lovely staff in the hotel the bored looks and abrupt tones of the staff and lifeguards in the health club was a shame, but I think we may have just bedn spoiled with how friendly everyone in the hotel is, but we still enjoyed our swim and steam room, which was all kept lovely and clean.

The location is great with easy transport links. Its clean, the staff are friendly and the service is excellent. The breakfast was very good as well.

We booked this hotel for its pool facilities, but the jacuzzi and steam rooms were closed. Our room must of had thin walls as you could hear a couple late at night “enjoying themselves”.

The bedrooms are so noisy, no sound proof, bed very uncomfortable, bathrooms tiny, tv dates back to 1900s, rooms are dated and not kept presentable. Lack of sleep and hearing everything on the corridor and rooms

Location is great. ar parking is a huge bonus in London. Staff were helpful.

Rooms were clean and the downstairs lodge was nice. Housekeeping staff were friendly and kept the room nice and tidy.
Super small rooms with queensize bed. I specifically booked the hotel for its jacuzzi, but it was broken and not repaired before i left.
The coffee in the hotel room was very bad and the bathroom needs some attention. Sink had a rusty spot. Shower wasnt very good either.
