The location was fantastic, just a minute's walk from the metro and within easy reach of Kensington Gardens and Imperial College. The reception area and main foyer were beautifully presented, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Although our standard double room was on the smaller side, it was impeccably clean and provided all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. We also enjoyed breakfast at the hotel, which was truly exceptional. Overall, it was a a good experience.
On our first night, the TV didn't seem to work, and we also noticed the hair dryer was missing. We reached out to reception about the hair dryer twice, but I have to say, they were very responsive and arranged to bring it to us within minutes after the second call. Thankfully, the TV sorted itself out by the second night. Overall, it was a minor inconvenience, but the staff handled it well.

The location was good that’s it
I was given the wrong room and charged for a premium and reception did nothing. The tv welcome message confirmed it was not the room I booked as all three days I had different peoples names being welcomed and not one name was mine as you can see from images. Woken up the full 3 days we booked by the hotel staff, drilling and hammering before 9am. Mould in bathroom. Called a liar when I tried to report concerns by reception staff. Was told no maintenance was going on when we had drilling and hammering for three hours and have this on video. She showing staff the video after calling me a liar she just shrugged her shoulders. I was given standard room and paid for king premium. When asking for a bottle of water told I had already had mine that day which I didn’t and they simply refused to give me this until I spoke to a manager. Housekeeping did nothing other than replace towels, they don’t even take dirty cups away. I cried everyday of this trip and it was meant to be a nice relaxing staff for my partners birthday and we were treated beyond poorly. There was a rat in the restaurant too!

Good location, nice breakfast
Heating was broken in room, they claimed they looked into it 3x but it never was fixed. Freezing room, while the hallway and all other hotel areas normally warm. Bathroom size was super small, no place to even put the toothbrush or toiletries bag to as sink was so narrow and small. And this in a king bed room type.
