Noisy location overnight Some facilities are a bit dated Strange smell in my room. It smelt like there was damp or animal must in the ceiling above the bathroom/vestibule.

Really lovely hotel in a fantastic location for everything we planned to do. The surrounding area is far away enough from the busy areas but really handy getting from Heathrow by underground as Russell Square station is right around the corner

Breakfast was reasonably priced, the room was large enough and beds comfortable. Overall, the rooms were fairly standard with nothing to get too excited about but also nothing to complain about either? Location of the hotel was great, 2 minute walk to Russell Square and a good number of shops / restaurants nearby to.
The room was exceptionally hot and took a while to cool down but that's manageable. Room was a bit basic but pretty much to be expected and had everything needed.
