The room was very clean and bathroom with its modern fittings were extremely nice. Especially loved the shower panel. The coffee machine was an additional delight. Housekeeping was super with both the room n bathrm made spotless.Laundry service was very quick too.
The location is very central to restaurants, theaters and the sights are just 2 sibway stops away.
The subway of russel square is just a 2min walk.
Will definitely recommend.

Location was excellent, just 3 min walk from the tube. Around the hotel u can find restaurants bars, supermarket, felt very safe to walk around.
The room was so convenient, clean, every day they filled the minibar which was complementary, fresh water (still and sparkling), all amenities u could think about. The breakfast was very good and rich.

Everything was clean, brand new, and well functioning. Location was great and easy access.
The room was a bit too small even for two people. It is not easy to move around.

We had a great stay and were impressed with the quality of the hotel, but even more so pleased with the staff - at check-in, in particular. We stayed for two nights and had two rooms, and then returned for another night when the flights in the UK were cancelled on September 8th, 2026. Thank you!

Great location close to StPancreas station, British Museum, metro station.
Spacious clean rooms, helpful and kind staff, great breafast.
Stayed here several times and will be back next year.
Bathrobes and sleepers should be available in every room.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, as was dinner. Bar staff very friendly. Good to have Starbucks available and tea/ coffee in room

I was in room 102. Delivery of bins ( ? Laundry) at around 5 am woke me up and led to very disturbed sleep Monday and Tuesday mornings
