location
the cleaning crew slams things from 8am to 6pm and the walls are paper thin. I complained, the next day a crew hammered outside my room for almost 6 hours straight. when I confronted the manager he smiled and nodded when I said it was done on purpose.

I booked this hotel because it was close to King's Cross/St. Pancras Station. It was just a short, manageable walk away.
It seemed a little pricey, but otherwise it was good.

A perfect hotel for a weekend in London. Friendly staff, good amenities, and with the hot summer weather, the free water in the lobby was great. The room was fresh & clean, and the bathroom was perfect. The location was incredible! Just a 3-minute walk from Russell Square station for quick Underground access and about 10 minutes from St. Pancras International. Also, there's a Tesco Express (open 24/7) and good food/snack options close by. Would 100% stay here again.

The location was prefect. It was between three underground stations . The supermarket was close by. Good restaurants and healthy environment . Student neighborhood.

I like the location. The place is quiet and you still can walk to British museum, park, UCL, covent garden and the community mall is right next to the hotel.

מלון נהדר, מיקום מנצח ממש על תחנת כיכר ראסל. מרחק נסיעה של תחנה אחת מסנט פנקרס / 3 תחנות מקובנט גארדן / 4 תחנות מטוטנהאם קורט. המלון נקי ומסודר. ארוחת בוקר עשירה. מרכז קניות קטן בסמוך. החדר לא גדול מאוד אבל בהחלט מספק (היינו 3 אנשים).

Breakfast was good; we loved the coffee machines. Most of the staff were pleasant & helpful. The female front desk clerk handled a difficult situation at check-in on 6/28 (we were not given a twin room as requested) with empathy & professionalism. The breakfast staff all went above and beyond and were incredibly kind and helpful. The bar area staff were excellent as well, treating everyone with respect and friendliness. Salvatore was especially lovely and helpful to us. The maid service was excellent; our room was arranged to our liking and preferences. We enjoyed the gentlemen in the lobby greeting us each day.
While almost all of the front desk staff were friendly and outstanding in their customer service, the weekend front desk staff (July 4 & 5) appeared to go out of their way to be dismissive and even rude REPEATEDLY. We were socializing with other guests we'd met in the bar seating area and lobby several times that weekend, and the topic of conversation was the (weekend) front desk staff.
