Lovely hotel in a central location. Really comfortable rooms, a great breakfast and the staff are amazingband so helpful. Thanks to Cristina for helping us organise taxis. Would definitely stay here again.

Location and Rooms were of decent quality.
Reception staff are appalling and as the 1st contact that ruined it all. Poor communication between front desk and management. Requested management call back on 3 occasions and never once called back.
Poor IHG on all fronts.

This is my go to hotel in London and it has risen even higher in my estimation.
The room was excellent and the location could not be better.
The breakfast, which was always excellent has become the gold standard in choice, service and quality.
NOTHING is too much trouble.
I would still like residents to be able to get a 'nightcap' before bed, i.e after 11pm.

Friendly and helpful staff, great quality breakfast with plenty choices , room clean , good location,
Ongoing construction work noise but understandable. Only two lifts working so can be a bit of a wait to get in lifts.
