The land it is on is beautiful and the balcony terraces are cute.
I would like to say the stay was pleasant however your house keepers aggressive tones need to be looked into. My door was knocked at 9.45 and then again 10.35 at which point I had lost out on sleep due to being so loudly knocked !
As I left the hotel at 11 I also witnessed the aggressive nature of knocking doors continue with other guest. To which one opened the door aggravated then shouted CAN U JUST GIVE ME 5MINS!!
I understand you have a strict time frame to clean all rooms HOWEVER check out should be 12noon like many others.

Bad smells especially in the steam room smelt of drugs couldn’t use it toilet became blocked in room disgusting damaged toilet abuse from staff room smelt of corona

It’s great hotel with lovely staff, beds are comfy
My car was broken into whilst charging, it’s technically not in the hotel car park but next too. Be aware if visiting the hotel it’s a reasonably regular occurrence

The Hotel was excellent, as were at the staff. It was complimented by a good restaurant and food.
The Spa facilities. I went with the impression that the use of the pool was free, but you had to pay for the gym and Spa as it was for over 18s.
When we went for a swim we were told that the Gym was free and that you had to pay £25 per person for everything else including the pool for a 2hour period.
Unfortunately we never had a swim as my wife and I only like to swim for about 15minutes and thought it just wasn’t worth £50 and we don’t use anything else in the Spa.
