Lovely location and free parking
Unable to use pool without buying spa pass for £25. Service at breakfast was very poor. Loud music could be heard in room until late making it difficult to sleep. Room key switched off even before 11am checkout. Overall poor experience for the money the room cost

very helpful arranging a taxi too.
i called reception Saturday morning to advise our TV would not work. that was approx 7am, nobody turned up and we left at 11am approx.
Friday evening they had a family celebration going on , well the front door was constantly open and we had just had a meal and then sitting in their lounge , after 10-15 mins sat there and asked 2x members of staff to please keep it closed and there was a very strong breeze coming down to the lounge .
nothing done at all. so we went to our room. we will never use their restaurant / lounge area again after being ignored.
it's not cheap food and drink so they will not get our money again. we have stayed at this hotel twice with no issues.
also the shower head needs cleaned/ descaling, plus the water sprays outside on to the floor making it very wet and dangerous . this was also reported.
seems any reports get forgotten or they cant be bothered to attend any issues.

This hotel is one of a kind. The comfort, style, location and helpful staff made this place stand out. We don’t get to leave the kids, and the staff at the Hilton Syon Park made our time away extra special. Upon arrival we were instantly greeted by Kevin who went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after. Our room was outstanding, both spacious and comfortable. Fixtures were thoughtful and high end, from the waterfall showers, bathtub, and sinks, to the bedside phone chargers. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts, the buffet focused on doing fewer things well, such as two types of bacon, pastries, and especially appreciated were the vegetarian sausages. And all served without the usual greasy metal catering trays. We booked the spa too for after checkout to chill in the jacuzzi before heading out to the surrounding Syon Park for a walk. We’re looking forward to coming back.
The location isn't easily served by tubes, which can make getting to and from there a bit tricky. Totally fine if you're doing things nearby.

Loved the staff, spa (Sauna, pool and steam room) and the overall ambiance of the hotel. Breakfast was nice too.
Husband and I did a couple massage and it was so relaxing. Yan, the spa receptionist was great and super nice too. Venera and Thanika were also awesome.
The room doors need to have proper door stoppers. If you are not mindful when you shut the door it slams. That means inside our room we can hear other hotel guests every time they enter and leave their rooms. Woke up in the middle of the night because of doors slamming. Food at the hotel restaurant was also not that great (drinks were okay). My husband and I did not enjoy our curry and braised pork.
The staff was great though and they asked my husband if theres anything wrong with the food.
