very helpful arranging a taxi too.
i called reception Saturday morning to advise our TV would not work. that was approx 7am, nobody turned up and we left at 11am approx.
Friday evening they had a family celebration going on , well the front door was constantly open and we had just had a meal and then sitting in their lounge , after 10-15 mins sat there and asked 2x members of staff to please keep it closed and there was a very strong breeze coming down to the lounge .
nothing done at all. so we went to our room. we will never use their restaurant / lounge area again after being ignored.
it's not cheap food and drink so they will not get our money again. we have stayed at this hotel twice with no issues.
also the shower head needs cleaned/ descaling, plus the water sprays outside on to the floor making it very wet and dangerous . this was also reported.
seems any reports get forgotten or they cant be bothered to attend any issues.

Great location, friendly welcome, nice breakfast (perfect poached eggs cooked to order), clean, well equipped and comfortable room.
Slight issue with parking on Friday evening when we returned. A big private party and the disabled parking spaces (which we needed) were taken up with visitors not clearly displaying badges. Some monitoring of this on event days would be helpful.

The hotel was a beautiful design. The grounds are lovely. Large free car park. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and have good quality furniture. You have your own garden area. Nice bar inside the hotel and also has Syon lounge attached, which was also a great atmosphere with a friendly staff team. Loved this hotel and would highly recommend

when we asked for the room to be cleaned we didn't get water toilet paper or fresh towels this was very bad only the bed was made the first night the heater didn't work the room was very cold the second day we went down to the spa wellness area 25 £ / person it wasn't bad but when we got to the room there was no heating or hot water our skin was completely soaked up with chlorine i called the reception saying there was no hot water they said they would send someone 2 hours later i went down because no one came and i already started scratching from the chlorine After 3 hours of hard work, hot water arrived and finally the heating by the way, the TV didn't work in the bathroom.. I don't understand how they advertise a room with a TV in the bathroom if it doesn't work.. in the morning I asked for plain water that comes with the room, the staff didn't want to give it to me, they said I should go down to the reception very disrespected ...in the evening when we went to the restaurant for dinner we went to smoke in the designated place before the receptionist came after us and sent us to smoke in the designated place! had to go out in the rain and finish the cigarette there

Peaceful location, staff very helpful, lovely room, very clean, great buffet breakfast.
You could hear the planes from nearby Heathrow in the night so take some ear plugs! Not noticeable in the day but it is in the quiet of night.
The room was great, very clean and classy decor but only just big enough for two, slightly more space would have been ideal.
