The hotel itself is in a beautiful location, upon arriving the staff are very welcoming and friendly, the hotel itself ans the room and clean to a good standard and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast buffet in the morning we were greeted by the lovely staff, lots of food options to choose from and the food was nice. Unfortunately did not get to use the spa facilities as I left it too late to book in.
After paying for the room & breakfast you then have to pay £25pp for 2 hours to use the spa facility I personally think this a little expensive and should be some sort of deal when booking.

Great setting and away from the maddening crowd.
Roadworks made it difficult to access and caused long delays.
New north gate to allow easier leaving barrier locked and we were stuck in a queue of 15 cars for 30 minutes whilst they tried to lift barrier!
Eventually told us the key to access the barrier was at Syon House and not immediately available so we all had to reverse out - not a good start to the long journey home.

Amazing location, beautiful property. Great staff at the restaurant.
Fine print is everything. The spa has now been 'outsourced' and this includes even the pool. We had expected that this may mean a reservation system or even some additional charges to access some facilities, but what we did not realise was that a 7 year old child would be unwelcome at the pool in a so-called Hilton hotel. A front desk staffer was rude to my wife when we tried to enquire if there were any off-peak hours when we could pay and access the pool with our daughter.

The room was lovely, particuarly the bathroom and the area is so nice. Loved the gym too, can imagine difficult when busy but we had a good experience .
Staff were fine but not friendly or welcoming at all. No extra information given and considering it was very quiet they didn't engage with us at all. Just the basics and that matched most of the staff we encountered.

Room was tired and furniture didn’t match, the rooms need a complete refit, the furniture is terribly dated and a mess, it’s such a shame because it could be a fantastic hotel.
No room service for food late on and breakfast didn’t start until 8am
