It’s clean, comfortable, well located and the staff are excellent.
Somehow it was impossible to relax there. It’s difficult to put one’s finger on why; I think it was a combination of the room being over heated with too much noise from other guests , the downstairs rooms being too noisy, being expected to have my passport with me when I was in my own country, and lack of clarity about the cost of breakfast.

I met up with my family. The location was very good.
There were stains on the carpet and duvet. Something in the bathroom was not screwed onto the wall properly. I made the bed myself whilst I was there. Therefore the cleaner did not have much to do when she came in.

Breakfast was great - a lot of options, food was good. Location is excellent and very convenient arriving from the airport. Room was a nice size, clean, and comfortable with air conditioning.
The placement of outlets were inconvenient and there should have been one on each side of the bed. I would also expect that a hotel like the Hilton would have more usb outlets to plug into to avoid only having to use an adaptor. I stayed in two different rooms during my stay and both rooms only had one USB outlet and both were broken.

Great location next to Paddington Station.
The room I booked was exactly as shown on the website. it was spacious, very comfortable bed and lovely bathroom.
The breakfast was very good, with a huge range of choices with lovely staff.
On arrival we were given the room key, and no other information at all, wasn’t a warm greeting at all. The receptionist main concern was getting the thirty pound holding deposit for incidentals. The room has been fully prepaid.
I was contacted by text to see if we were happy with everything and I then
had to ask for information about breakfast.

May be only the location and external appearance of the hotel (which somehow is misleading)
The reception staff is not helpful although we appreciated we can check in earlier. However, we are misled that we were upgraded to a better room by paying extra fees. The room we were assigned was at the back of the building that required walking upstairs and downstairs through the corridor with our luggage. The room got small window closely facing a glass corridor - i.e. no privacy if curtains were opened. The room was tired, corridors and carpets were old.

Air conditioner was loud on full blast which made the room extremely cold and we were not able to sleep. The air conditioner could not be adjusted and we had to call a maintenance man the following day who could not switch it off but adjust the speed.

Great loaction Connected to Paddington Station, direct from airport, and also to other underground lines. Many many shops around.
Room was clean and comfortable. Very good size.
