Dear Sirs,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at the reception during my recent visit to your establishment on 24th Jan 2026. Unfortunately, my initial interaction with the staff left me feeling unwelcome and disappointed.
Upon my arrival at midday, I was informed that I was too early to check in. When I mentioned that I had requested an early check-in and had emailed in advance, the reaction from the staff was disheartening. I noticed eye-rolling and a dismissive comment regarding my request being made through Booking.com. While I understand there may be issues with the third-party service, I believe it is essential to treat customers with respect, regardless of the source of their bookings.
Additionally, when I attempted to discuss my parking reservation, I encountered the same dismissive attitude, culminating in being charged an unexpected additional fee. This was frustrating, especially as I was already pressed for time.
I must note that while my initial experience was lacking, the rest of the staff I interacted with during my stay were extremely helpful. However, first impressions matter, and the reception experience does not reflect the level of customer service I had hoped for.
The individual who assisted me seemed to struggle with customer service skills, and despite being a paying customer, my concerns seemed to be disregarded. If it weren’t for the urgency of my schedule, I would have seriously considered finding alternative accommodations.
I hope you take this feedback into consideration to improve the reception experience for future guests.

My room was immaculately clean and the location is very close to where my daughter lives so is perfect.
I do not have breakfast so this is not applicable.
There is a big problem with the issue of having he cost of my room pending on my credit when it has already been charged and debited to my account. I was also charged for a drink that I did not have in the bar and reception staff did not seem to be able to correct this before I left.
being charged twice on my credit card with one charge pending for some time, which affected the balance of my account.
