The location and the underground car park. Nothing else
Dirty carpets and chairs, horrendous bathroom, it is the most depressing hotel. This looks more like a low budget hotel then a “Hilton” hotel

Brilliant- I had it delivered to my room each morning
That’s not applicable to any of my stays at this hotel - it’s in a great location for transport ,to shops, museums, theatres etc by bus or underground , brilliant concierges & the check in staff were very pleasant & friendly. In fact over all the years I’ve stayed here, I cannot fault it , for the price point , in such a good , safe location.
