Service from the staff team is great! Breakfast is beautiful.
The room was extremely run down. The bed was extremely used with the springs making a lot of noise and bumps in the bed. When laying down it felt like our feet were higher than our head. The pillows were flat and offered no support. The bathroom was dirty and there were cracks in the tiles. The shower head was broken.

We did not go to breakfast.. Tha location is excellent. I have stayed many times in this hotel..
Something going on with housekeeping this time. We left the service card outside.. When we returned noone ha d come to clean the room. We called the reception.. The house keeping ladies arrived afterwards.. But please they need to know that they cannot Put the broom when we are in the room! Probably new staff...

Breakfast was OK but not great
Bathroom was far too big and extended into bedroom area making it smaller. Asked for my room to be serviced twice and it wasn't done at all. Wardrobe was far too small and had to take ironing board and robes out to make room for clothes. A very disappointing stay for how much it cost.

Location was good
Although the location was very good, there was an unpleasant odor throughout the hotel, and the air conditioning in the room was quite inadequate. In addition, the telephone in the room was not working properly. Unfortunately, the staff did not take any action to resolve these issues.
