The breakfast was super with a good selection of both vegetarian and ‘regular’ options. Staff in the restaurant were really friendly, polite and attentive.
No complaints at all here.
Check in, day 1 of stay, luggage was dropped in the rooms and out we went.
After a nice family evening we came back to discover that:-
Cleanliness of the room was dreadful.
Bed sheets were found to be soiled with what appeared to be spots of blood / bodily fluid (?) together with a helping of black hair strands.
The bath was not clean, again it contained black hairs with soap scum. The tissue box contained 3 crumpled tissues.
Carpets in the room hadn’t been cleaned with dust and debris throughout.
