Friendly staff, really looked after me, my husband recently passed away... the staff were amazing, breakfast was amazing and the overall hotel and location and everything were fab, ive stayed here before with my husband and look forward to returning

This hotel was easy to get to from T5 Heathrow, short walk when we got off the tube. Hotel is in a nice area. Room was good and quiet, did not hear any traffic outside. great choices for breakfast and all staff were very nice and helpful.
There was nothing I did not like.
