Location was handy; well connected to central London
Had dropped a drink on my sheets and pillow, and instead of changing the staff just turned the duvet and pillow. Used mugs were not replaced.

Disappointing
The staff were wonderful and upgraded us for free. Friendly, helpful. My only complaint was a knock for housekeeping at 8:30 on a Sunday morning. That is unreasonable. On Sunday morning housekeeping shouldn't knock before 10am.
The room was quite glum. After an upgrade we expected it to be lovely but it felt a little sad, no natural light at all. It was comfortable and reasonably modern. The bath had definitely not been cleaned as water marks were clearly visible from the previous guests. Something we found very odd was the lack of plug sockets. One had something plugged into it (possibly the TV) and there was one next to it free. None at all either side of the bed or anywhere else. We had to use that one single available plug socket to charge two phones and to be able to use hair appliances so we were constantly unplugging as it was literally the only free socket in the room. Very strange. I did expect more in general from a Hilton. I've never stayed in one before and was under the impression they were quite fancy. I was very wrong.
