Fair
The AC's were randomly working, ON and OFF on it's own....like mood swings. Had moments of sleepless nights, due to claustrophobic room.
for a Hilton name, the basic amenities of room cooling could be maintained. The entrance was so narrow, that one could barely walk in with the bag.

Very Poor
Nothing
We arrived and requested early check in however was told this was not possible. The receptionist then advised us to return to the desk at 3pm. We then returned to the desk and they advised us that only one room was available. We were attending a concert that we had to be at in Wembley by 5pm. This left 8 of us trying to get ready in one room rushing round, they told us that the second room would be available in 5-10 minutes but then we had to wait a further 30 minutes for our room to be ready. In addition to this, we had an uber booked for 4:15pm to leave the hotel which was nearly missed. Our final two rooms then became available at 4:10pm meaning that we had 5 minutes to sort this out before we had to leave the hotel and four guests from our party weren’t even able to check into their rooms properly until around 12am when we arrived back.
Along with this, the hotel receptionist offered us a free round of drinks knowing that we had already bought drinks and that we were in a rush to freshen up and leave to go to our concert.
Secondly, I would like to complain about the state of the rooms. None of the four rooms we had were clean, they were all run down and to be charging £225 per night is absolute disgraceful. I have stayed in better premier inn hotels which have been finished to a higher standard. There was Stains on the carpets which looked like blood, live electric cables, damaged/exposed door locks, marks on the walls and finally hairs/rubbish on the beds which I will attach photos off.

The food The “Korean pork belly” chef’s kiss
We stayed in room 1050 and our daughter stayed in room 1041.The rooms were very small and I kept bumping into the wooden frame which stood out around the bathroom sliding door. If we angled the shower head even slightly, the water would go onto the bathroom floor. No hook for the towel in the shower enclosure. Bathroom VERY tiny and the sliding door to the bathroom did not close properly
The room entrance was very narrow, me and my husband were constantly in each other’s way, no glasses provided in the room either, if we put our dog crate up we had no room to move around easily .
we have stayed in the sister Hilton on Kensington High Street before and rate it much better than this one

Breakfast was delicious. I met my niece and nephew there and we discussed an upcoming family funeral. The staff were wonderful and left us talking/ crying way longer than they should have. I thought they were very respectful.
