I’ve been here before and what I like about it the most is its comfortable bed and close location to Westfield mall.
The cleaners cleaning rooms nearby were very loud and they were slamming doors I had to get up and ask them to reduce the noise.

The hotel was close to the tube. This made it easy to get to places of interest. Also, the breakfast was wonderful!

Everything felt old and outdated. The furniture was damaged, the beds made a lot of creaking noise. The carpet and the room overall fell dirty.

The staff was very friendly and breakfast was good.
The hotel is pretty dated and run down. The mattress was terrible. The bathroom needed a complete overhaul. The walls were paper thin and I heard EVERYTHING above me, beside me and below me. The concierge staff did not help with luggage and only greeted guests if they weren’t chatting with their coworkers. You would think with several of them they would have been a little more helpful in assisting older clientele.

Comfy beds, good room size, and overall clean property. It was nice having tea and coffee in the room and water provided in the lobby. The reception staff are courteous, helpful, and efficient.
For the amount of guests (loads!) the property is not noisy.
Convenient location if you're looking to stay in the Shepherd's Bush area. There's very nice breakfast places a short walk away too.
The shower water pressure isn't great. The placing of the sockets/electrical outlets - none are close to the beds. The smart TV can't be connected to your laptop. The duvet could have been warmer, it was a quite thin. Otherwise all good.

Excelente service. Every request was solved immediately and the staff is very friendly. We even forgot the adapters to UK but they were kind enough to lend us a pair. Breakfast is beyond any expectation, don’t hesitate to include it in your booking. Location is perfect, very close to Metro station but it’s also nice to walk around enjoying the views.
