Room was clean and well taken care off. Only minor issue regarding one of the beds where the wheels had come off, but this was swiftly solved by the staff. A different room was offered, so superbe geasture of management.
Honestly, there wasn't much not to like. The only issue is that when leaving really early (4 AM departure) getting out of the frontdoor took a while to figure out. A small warning instruction list would have been nice to figure out how to get out.

Personally the beds were not to our liking - but that is such a personal preference!

Food and restaurant staff were great
Rooms were not clean and all the facilities need updating. Very shabby, i paid for a junior suit and got put in a family room with adjoining door propped open with a bin!! We closed it at night and was then locked out of there for the rest of our stay

Location
The shower didn’t work at all, and when it did the water dribbled out so we both didn’t manage to shower that day which was extremely annoying and a massive inconvenience. The aircon failed on us at it kept resetting itself so was blistering hot at night.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was tidy
The bathroom was a bit grimey, staff left used room-service plates in the corridor for two days without collecting them and were dismissive when I raised this with them. The staff were generally not very helpful.
