Good position near to Westfield Shepherd’s Bush.
Bedrooms extremely small, shower room very small and difficult to regulate water temperature.

Good location, near to tube stations and breakfast bars.
Shabby, not cleaned properly, over charged in the bar, broken sink, uneven bed, missing soap dispenser took me to mention it and 2 visits to finally get one, receptionist's knowledge varied drastically.
It just feels like this is a hotel abandoned by Hilton. Everyone needs training and standards need to be applied.
This has put me off Hilton.

Location
When we arrived even though I am a Hilton honours member we were put in the smallest room I've ever seen in my life there was no bath and no opening window - I rang reception to tell them I couldn't stay in the room as I am claustrophobic only to be told they were full. I then decided to go to the reception where I spoke to a lovely helpful man called Hamza who immediately found a room with a bath and opening window which he moved us to immediately. I'm still struggling to understand why the woman who initially checked us in put us in such an awful room and lied to us saying they were full and it was the only one available! Obviously that was highly unprofessional and just very strange behaviour! After moving to a decent room our stay was fine.

Convenient location- tube and train station about 5 to 10 walk away. Was still a fairly long tube ride to centre of London. Staff helpful, rooms clean and very spacious lobby, reception etc.
Quite pricey but I suppose it was Christmas period and London!

The breakfast was good, get there early as if you leave it until later, people were queuing to have breakfast
The hotel is a very basic, worn out hotel, quite surprised it's a Hilton. We deliberately didn't take the first room offered as didn't want a connecting room and guess what checking in after 3 pm as requested a connecting room. For the price we paid there was instant coffee sachets in the room. The location of the hotel is very mis leading as when you look at it, it says" Hilton London Kensington " but it's no where near Kensington High street, it's on the outskirts of the Borough of Kensington, at Shepherds Bush. Just off the busy circular road! Not even on the District / Circular Lines as Kensington is, but on the Central Line.
