1. The location 2. Luckily was able to change room as per I have placed booking. Earlier we got a very small room. For 5 bags it was ridiculous.
1. Housekeeping does not vacuum the room until I have to put a note 2. Initially put me n my daughter with 5 bags in a small room.

I have been staying at the hotel over the last 6yrs. The Hilton London Kensington is always a great experience. There’s always something new to appreciate every time I visit. The management does an excellent job of ensuring guests feel comfortable and well looked after. The Guest Services team is exceptional, and the Concierge team deserves special mention as well. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to help consistently make my stays enjoyable. Overall, it’s always a pleasure staying at the Hilton London Kensington, and I look forward to returning again.

The only thing I liked about the property was the politeness and professionality of the staff..
It’s very old, dated and nothing like the Hilton standard as we know. And even it’s called hilton kensington the location is shepherd’s bush.

The location
Overall, I was disappointed with my stay at the Hilton. The room did not provide basic amenities I would normally expect from a hotel of this standard. There were no toiletries, no slippers, and not even complimentary bottled water. .
