Poor
Location is basically on the Shedher's Bush roundabout, which makes getting there easy enough. Room was tiny. The place is quite dirty (could do with a refurb). The shower screen had fallen off the runners. Some of the corridors smelled of damp (dehumidifier in the corridor suggests it's an ongoing problem). The staff were unfriendly, to the point of not letting us eat a sandwich on the ground floor when we returned late.
Staff could be more friendly and helpful. The place needs a good clean and/or refurb.

Unfortunately my room was next to I assume a cleaning cupboard - lots of back and forth throughout the night which was loud but this was just an unfortunate room location!

Really convenient to Westfield’s White City literally 5 minute walk. Comfy bed very soft pillow. The hotel sent a birthday brownie to the room for my daughters 21st too
Was basic in some ways and probably needs a little update but very clean and nice towels, toiletries and bedding - great value for money for what it was - we didn’t have breakfast there

It was a very comfy bed and I did get a good sleep.
Mass confusion over the hotel. There is one a mile away that I stayed in last week. They are named almost the same and very little in the photo helps identify which is which. I seemed not to have breakfast included either so had to pay that in the morning. The bar charge a sneaky 12.5% service charge on beer at the bar which I hate. I took that up with the staff but they claim they’re acting in accordance with the law. I do not agree. The room smelt musty and irritating was a long distance away from where I needed to be the next morning.

Location was very good , staff were super friendly and helpful. Pretty clean facility, bed was comfortable.
The executive rooms we booked were quite small, not a lot of space . Actual Bedroom was still ok , but the corridor to walk inside and bathroom were very tiny. Needed more space.

The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant staff can improve.
The first room i was booked into was a little crampy and stuffy but was moved to a much better room, great thanks to front desk. The walls at the hotel are thin, there's too much light coming through into the rooms at night...from under the door, the clock on the table which for some reason I couldn't turn off and some blinky red light..I guess its the smoke detector.

We liked the friendly waiters in the restaurant, who were extremely helpful, even though they were very busy.
The room staff were polite and courteous, greeting us throughout each part of our day
Breakfast options were amazing too!
We did not know we could have booked directly through yourselves, rather than going through booking.com
Quite expensive for us.
