The staff are wonderful and helpful, especially concierge. The location is perfect to the train station to get around London.
Property is very dated, there is no outlet next to the bedside or USB plug. You need to charge devices across the bed area by the table.

Staff were lovely and location close to Nottinghill and Kensington Palace
For a Hilton Hotel you expect an upscale hotel. This one wasn’t. It’s old and desperately needs to be renovated.

The staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable.
It feels like the hotel hasn't been renovated in about 30 years. The corridors had a musty smell. My room was nextdoor to a service room which meant there was loud banging from around 7am every morning. The gym was much smaller than it looked in the photos. All in all the experience was 'passable'. The hotel didn't feel like a 4 star hotel, it felt like it was delivering just about what it said on the tin and nothing more.

Breakfast was excellent. Concierge and desk staff were excellent. However, rooms don't have enough electrical connections and no USB ports other in the clock, that we could find.

The staff where lovely polite and helpful. The location was easy to get to and local to trains and buses. The room was clean in arrival a d was looked after during my stay towels were changed when wanted which was great.
The rooms were small and the bathroom was very small and a few bits in the room looked like it needed a bit of maintenance. The view wasn’t really one to be desired but for a city can’t expect to look out your window without seeing another window

The breakfast selection is nice.
Honestly this hotel is very old and knackered and is so expensive for the price. It’s busy, the staff are not friendly or helpful, rolling my bag across the halls on carpet was not fun. Queues to get into the restaurant for breakfast. Something inconvenient but I can’t blame the hotel for- a fire evacuation that happened at 6am in the morning. Just overall one of my worst stays.

I love the location of the property.
The bedrooms are really starting to show their age and really let down the hotel in general but also the Hilton brand. We stay at the Glasgow Hilton occasionally and unfortunately it makes this Hilton look very dated.

1. Breakfast was incredible. So many options for hot and cold, sweet and savoury options, including a large selection of plant based foods.
2. One concerige offered to order us a taxi but at the time for our return to Heathrow but I needed to verify flight info so I said I would return for help. The evening concerige that was on duty a few hours later was VERY helpful. He had previously helped me make two US phone calls to airlines and then arranged for a reasonably priced private car to take us to Heathrow bcz our flight left so early the trains and buses were not running and he said taxis could be unreliable at such an early hour. He also showed me where a microwave was located so I could heat up my fish and chips.
1. The room was very small. I could not open my primary piece of luggage flat on the floor in the hall between the bathroom and closet because it was so narrow.
2. Cleanliness and condition of facilities needs improvement. The bathroom sink was cracked, the carpet was very dirty, and for ice, I had to go into the bar and ask for a bucket of ice. The refrigerator was cool, not cold.
