Location. Friendly reception staff. Got an early check-in

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The man who checked us in, Adam, was absolutely lovely and had an excellent band recommendation, and the concierge staff were very nice. It is in a lovely location, not too far from the centre but far enough out and close to where the O2 at shepherds bush. There was easy public transport around and there was a nice mall just across the roundabout.
The room was quite dusty and the desk lamp did not have a light bulb in it. The mug was chipped and when they changed the linens they took all except one towel, and did not replace them, which led to my mum and I sharing. Also the skirting board in the hallways were coming away from the wall and there were a few repairs needed.

Good location, not far from the tube. Room clean and comfy. Lovely breakfast and staff friendly.
My only criticism is that the ceilings felt quite low and the shower a little claustrophobic. Had my 6ft 3 husband been with me instead of my daughter, I’m not sure he would have fitted in the shower!!
