The location is perfect
For the cost per night you are paying more for the location than the hotel. The twin room is small and there’s no pool/ spa. I ordered some fried from room service which took 45 minutes to arrive. I did stay during a busy period but I think this was unacceptable.

The staff were absolutely amazing — honestly, a 10/10. They were incredibly kind, attentive, friendly and quick to help with anything I needed. They made my stay much more pleasant. I had an issue with the safe in my room and they helped me immediately and resolved it very quickly. I also really appreciated that I was given the room I had requested. The room itself was a good size and the bed was comfortable.
Unfortunately, the hotel itself feels very old, dated and poorly maintained. The bathrooms, especially the ones near the reception area, were very old and did not feel clean. The overall atmosphere in the hotel was not very pleasant, and I decided not to have breakfast there because the dining area and general atmosphere did not make me feel comfortable.
Another thing that really bothered me was that there were regularly people sitting in the lounge area near the lifts, often without shoes, spending hours there and then leaving in the evening. I cannot say who they were or whether they were guests, but seeing this every day made the reception area feel untidy and uncomfortable, especially considering the price of the hotel.
The condition and atmosphere of the hotel really need improvement.

Breakfast was great and way better than I had anticipated. Dining room for dinner was nice but a larger selection would have helped
Parking was TERRIBLE. We were almost wrecked by a truck leaving as we turned down to the garage. Garage was very small and I was afraid to leave the car for fear it would be wrecked

Location was great, good area, close to Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park also walking distance to Notting Hill. Transportation is also really convenient going to the center either with Tube or buses going to Piccadilly Circus etc. Our room was spacious and clean, facing backwards so really quiet.

I enjoyed myself sleeping until late and yet staff were available to clean even in the late afternoon.

The AC's were randomly working, ON and OFF on it's own....like mood swings. Had moments of sleepless nights, due to claustrophobic room.
for a Hilton name, the basic amenities of room cooling could be maintained. The entrance was so narrow, that one could barely walk in with the bag.
