Location close to business meeting
Room extremely small. Housekeeping poor. Forgot one day to even do housekeeping till I complained after returning from work in late afternoon. No apologies offered. Woke me up one morning with construction work outside my door. WiFi disconnects sometimes. Old building, doors inside are wobbly and ancient. Carpet not clean and very old. Extremely shocking for a “Hilton” hotel. So bad.

cleanliness of bathroom, shower door and floor had residual marks and worktop at sink was filthy underneath where it passed over the sink. Bed room carpets are stained and dated.

Location very handy and very respectable staff. Downstairs area very modern and clean
Room very dated, wood chipping and loose wallpaper, very narrow in corridor where wardrobe is, not many accessible plug sockets, mattress very uncomfortable.

I liked the location and it's level of serenity, in addition to it's proximity to the Westfield Mall
The restaurant I believe can offer a little more variety than what's currently on the menu

The staff seemed fairly nonchalant regards people staying. They told me they are always full when I asked for another room. They were quite nonchalant and not very friendly on reception. However the concierge, bar and cleaning staff were lovely and friendly

Very smart hotel with pleasant staff. Check in was smooth but was told there were two queen sized beds but turned out to be just a double.
Total rip-off when I ordered a bottle of wine at the bar and was charged a staggering £50+ for a bottle I could have bought in an off license for £13

Location was good, gym being opened 24/7 and staff were polite and seemed willing to help.
Rooms were not properly cleaned, there were stains in the bathroom, I complained and nothing was done. Door didn't lock properly and cleaners made so much noise in the morning when cleaning (slamming doors and banging things) they woke me up and this continued even after I complained.
