My room ans the food, the staff was very friendly and helpful
There were strange men in the lobby, some man took a picture of me, he was pretending to take a selfie but I saw that in fact he shot my image. When he saw that I noticed it, he apologized. I saw that he left immediately afterward.

The location was great
The property is very dated and worn. Considering this is a Hilton Hotel in Kensington London I was disappointed. The Premier inn was more modern and better value for money.

Love the location, car park rate, size of the room and how our room were already available so earlier on in the morning thus allowing us to check in early.
There were no other toiletries other than the bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
