The location was perfect for our trip and the staff were polite and kind. The hotel also provided a good breakfast selection.
The property looked a little tired, the carpets in our adjoining rooms were frayed, also scuffed paint work it just looked tired and could do with an uplift. Also ask if your room has a view.

Staff amazing, mentioned it was a birthday on the booking and had dressed the room with balloons and wine in the room. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay again if in the area.

The staff were really nice. The location was excellent, near public transport. The room was clean and had sufficient space.

Travel desk staff...the one we spoke to on day 1 was very helpful but the next day there was another person who didn't feel like helping us...waa very curt and unapproachable.

Great price, good location if you want to stay outside the city centre and it’s close to Shepherd’s Bush station.
It’s a bit dated. My room was small.

I like that I could check in earlier
The rooms are really cold and don’t have extra blankets. Also, the bedsheets were really dirty and it took an hour for me to get new ones just to find out that they didn’t fit the bed. Also, they just handed them over to me and expect that I should do the bed.
