I felt safe and staff were lovely. Very well managed and organised. Front parking is great.
Location is pretty far out from certain places and areas however, Westfield is a few minutes walk away which is great as is the nearest train station.

Comfy beds, lovely welcoming reception area and a short walk from Shepards Bush Station.
When we checked in, the lady at reception gave us no information (e.g bar times, where the lifts are) and barely spoke to us. She handed us our room key after I told her my name and that was it, she didn’t even check my ID.

Lovely helpful and professional staff who went out of their way to make you welcome.
Spotlessly clean room and facilities. Comfortable beds. Great location, near major shopping centre and restaurants.

It’s very outdated and not like the other Hilton hotels in various locations. The cleanliness was not great and the bathrooms were old.
