Friendly check in, comfortable well equipped room. Ideal location for our event and transport links. Lovely breakfast with a huge choice of freshly cooked food. The price was surprisingly low for the facilities and comfort provided.

the hotel is near subway and buses at a central road very easy accessible. The stuff was excellent, all very friendly and helpful The room was perfest at size, w
he air-condition wasnt working and the room was cold until the 2nd night they brought us a mobile heating unit also we requested a twin bed that we also didnt have, but since we changed room (with twin bed & working heating system) it was almost perfect

The staff was extremely helpful even though I went through some technical problems with my card during the check in. The room was warm and comfortable, and room service was excellent. Excellent deal in terms of price, comfort, and location. Very close to Shepherd's Bush but it is also a beautiful ten minute walk from Holland Park station.
The bathroom was a bit small and its decoration was a bit outdated. It would have been nicer to have a shower covered by glass instead of an old shower curtain.

They have act left me a voicemail saying I will be issued a full refund and they have also contacted booking.com it was a horrid experience
