Located next to the tube station
I was given a family room in the basement where I had no phone signal. I wasn’t happy with the room because the reason I chose Hilton Hyde park was for the views of Hyde park. Being stuck in the basement there were no views of the outside.

The room was comfortable. The room location was good. Breakfast was nice but Diebetes patients should have more options on the buffet. Generally, the Hotel staff and services were excellent, in my view
Nothing on the negative side. I love the Hotel. My family and I enjoyed our stay especially with the Hyde Park garden and accessibility to various areas of interests, in particular, shopping areas

Location
The room smelled old and sometimes it smelled a bit like sewage, room view was awful and there was a plate of food left by a room door when I left out at about 9:30 am and was still there when I got back around 4ish. Told the front desk about it and it still took quite a while to get someone to pick it up.

As much as I was lost and overwhelmed with this situation, there was no solution offered.
Booking f*cked up, but reception could offer me to book a new room.

My stay at Hilton Hotel London Hyde Park was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The staff were completely uncooperative, and the manager’s attitude was shockingly unprofessional. Only one small lift was working, which caused constant delays and frustration. The room itself was unbearably noisy — we couldn’t sleep at all during our stay. It felt like being stuck in a construction site all night.
I made multiple complaints through Booking.com, but I have yet to receive any proper response or resolution. This was supposed to be a pleasant trip to London, but the hotel ruined the experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering this property to look elsewhere.
