Location of hotel, cleanliness, and bed linen. Bar staff friendly and doorman welcoming.
Check-in was not that welcoming. Staff seemed stressed and aloof. Lack of information about the hotel, including breakfast and facilities, not made clear at check-in. Information lacking in room. Difficult getting milk for tea or tea in the room. Left messages about this.

Bedroom good, overall hotel nicely refurbished
Bathroom very small, poorly maintained, shower leaking badly on the floor, washbasin plug stuck. Bar staff very friendly and good but hotel had run out of basic provisions so some cocktails not available.

Excellent hotel we enjoyed our stay.
Lack of storage so difficult to unpacked our suitcases , only some hanging space. Could do with some drawers.

Front desk were polite. Rooms clean. Breakfast was nice. Complimentary mini bar.
We were excited as we were told we had been upgraded but unfortunately our rooms overlooked a building site! We were woken up with shouting and banging from the builders and when I called reception to politely complain he thought the upgrade was a favour. He offered a discounted rate for my next stay but dont think I want to stay there again. Not great customer service. Its a shame there isnt a valet service for car parking. We were told this prior but it would be a plus if introduced.

Disappointing
Management were very good after we faced multiple issues with lower level staff. Location was amazing, and rooms were very clean.
Some rude staff. We accepted apologies after multiple poor experiences, but still disappointing given the price.
