Location is amazing
Poor shower that leaked across bathroom floor, reported the next morning we explained that we thought it unlikely they could repair and if they couldn't to leave us additional towels to lay down. Arrived back late PM, checked with reception and was told someone had resolved the issue.
No additional towels were left and shower leaked again, my partner called down to explain and request more towels.
They didn't arrive, we went back to reception and saw the same lady as the morning and who we checked the issue had been resolved with.
All she did was check call logs and say she didn't have record of us calling down, we ended up saying we would be late for our dinner reservation and please just ensure additional towels are left.
Breakfast is basic, gluten free bread is one of the worst I've had and basically inedible.
We asked for some granulated sugar for cereal, after a long delay they brought us some icing sugar.....

Just about everything. Great location, lovely staff. We were given a room upgrade so very pleased with that.
The bar closed early for a Saturday night.

I was not satisfied with the receptionist, as he was very tough and unaccommodating. The room was extremely small and could barely fit our luggage or even accommodate us comfortably. I requested an upgrade to a suite, extra beds, or connecting rooms to better suit my family, but I was informed that everything was sold out and no alternative solutions were offered.
Despite not staying in the room, we were still charged for the first night, and we had no choice but to leave the hotel. This experience was very disappointing and did not meet our expectations
The rooms were different from the photos. The room was extremely tiny with no space for luggage or even for storing our clothes. The carpet was very old and appeared dirty, and there was an odd smell throughout the room. We could also hear noise from the neighboring room, and the bathroom was extremely small.

I was not satisfied with the receptionist’s welcome; he was very tough and unaccommodating. As a result, we had no choice but to leave the hotel and they charge us for first night. Additionally, the corridor carpets were very old and not clean, and there was an unpleasant smell.

Very small rooms. We booked a room for two and were initially given a dingy little room in the corner of the hotel with barely any space. There wasnt even two chairs for us to sit on, very tiny windows and poor lighting. The bathroom was barely usable and split into two small cupboard sized rooms. Looked nothing like the photos... we complained and staff kindly arranged a different room option which was much better. That said, this shouldn't have happened in the first place and we should have been given a room appropriate to the size booked and number of individuals staying in the room. Unsure if we would return based on this experience.

Comfortable bed.
The staff were not attentive. We kept having to ask to buy a drink they didn’t watch the room.The receptionist did not communicate well didn’t share what was available at the hotel. We asked if we could book breakfast and the response was very poor well he said if we have availability you can have it . “Wrong answer “ I am sure you will agree . That was disappointing and we went elsewhere and bought breakfast.

modern decor bar area was lovely and the staff were really nice and eager to please there guest. lunch was delicious in the bar area
very central to the shops and classy bars.

The hotel consists of several small connected buildings, with frequent stairs, which felt a bit inconvenient. The receptionist did not allow me to check in before 3:00 pm, yet other guests were checked in earlier, which was disappointing.
