Comfortable beds and great air conditioning
Property wouldn’t allow me to borrow an iPhone charger when messaging prior to arrival. When travelling it is normally the case you can do this even if it’s just for 15 minutes or so. Also, room service did not de cork wine and the wine corkscrew in the room was so difficult to use I cut my finger. They did apologise but no compensation for the wine was offered

No hot water for a shower in the morning - problem for the whole hotel.

Hotel in a good location, close to tube lines and shops.
Staff seemed distracted and stressed by how busy the hotel was. Shower was stone cold. Reception advised that the boiler could not keep up with how busy the hotel was.
