I love the quirkyness of the hotel; steeped in history. Love the throne toilet! Staff were fantastic. Wlll definately stay again. I love the honesty bar concept in such a beautiful room.
No lift and had heavy bag.So not great if you have any disability. No Tea and coffee in room however this has been put on my record should i stay again, which was lovely,

This is my favourite hotel in London. It's like being transported back in time to a Jeeves and Wooster novel. The staff are so friendly and accommodating - and the rooms really comfortable. Could not recommend more highly.

The location was ideal for my adventure. I could walk to everything i wanted to see or do. The breakfast i had was good but I felt bad not being able to eat all of it. Just too much. The small room downstairs was perfect for my old knees too.
The shower in my room let water out onto the floor. It was a little worrisome but thats my nature.
