Our experience was top-notch, from the beautiful & colorful decor to the wonderful and accommodating staff. The location was walking distance to our areas of interest. It is one of our favorite hotels ever. You won't be disappointed.

Everything. We travel to London from US every year about the same time. Haymarket hotel is kind of a destination for us.
Very friendly personnel. Large , comfortable, luxury rooms. Small welcoming gifts. Beautiful library, 18 meters pool.Breakfast, well, simply the best you could find. Location- perfect. Can not compliment the management enough.
Having many option for 5 stars hotels in London we do not even consider other hotels, just checking the prices periodically for some deals at Haymarket.
Coming back next August.

The staff was very welcoming and took great care of us. The room was incredible, with the best bed we ever slept on. I fell in love with the bathroom products. We appreciated the welcoming notes and the small surprise we found in our room during our stay, as well as the water refill every evening. The swimming pool was incredible and we didn’t find it so cold. We loved ordering food and drinks directly from the pool. Also the in room serviced dinner was perfect.
The breakfast offered limited options for sweet tastes. The buffet was small (a few croissants, yogurt, cereals and fruit) and the “a la carte” menu offered plenty of eggs options (really good!) but limited sweet options (only pancakes).

Beautifully presented hotel and friendly, well trained staff. We informed them in advance about our Ruby anniversary and they made a real fuss of us, including putting bunting and champagne in the room. The hotel is ideal for the West End, Regent St and St James's. Buckingham Palace is a short walk away. The hotel has a lovely indoor swimming pool. Afternoon tea is good value for money.
You had to ask for a kettle or coffee pod machine to be brought to the room, which was a little odd.

Amazing hotel! It truly feels like stepping into the pages of an interior design magazine ,so beautiful it almost feels too good to be true
The interiors are colorful, full of love, and filled with so many creative design elements that make it much cozier than a typical hotel more like an intimate boutique stay.
I was upgraded to the Luxury Junior Suite, which made the experience even more special. As someone who always seeks out boutique hotels with unique interior design, I can say this is one of the very best I’ve ever stayed in. I hardly wanted to leave the hotel, and I even bought the designer’s book online because the inspiration was just that strong
The restaurant downstairs doesn’t provide any chicken options I would have loved to see something like a grilled chicken
The additional service charges would be better if shown as part of the final price on Booking.com, instead of added later.
Overall, a truly unforgettable stay full of creativity, warmth, and inspiration

Beautiful hotel in every way. Comfort and quality are top. Personnel is very polite and attentive.
Breakfast was wonderful and afternoon high tea was phenomenal!
Unfortunately, we were very much looking forward to a swim after a full day of walking and visiting, especially given the hot weather. However, the pool and pool area were freezing cold. Couldn’t go in…
5% gratuity above the cost was not mentioned at check-in.

The room was very spacious and comfortable - especially the bed! The breakfast in our room was mostly excellent. We loved the interiors in the hotel, the staff were incredibly warm and attentive and it really felt like home. The swimming pool was lovely, we enjoyed our morning swim very much.
The shower flooded the bathroom every time we used it, and the croissants at breakfast were stale (it felt like they had been defrosted that morning).
