Excellent service - all of the staff was so friendly. It was very clean and the indoor pool a wonderful surprise. The room service was delicious and the location was within walking distance to so many sights. I highly recommend this hotel.
It is expensive, but you get what you pay for!

The location was very convenient to west end theatre district and Covent Gardens. The service and facilities were outstanding. Excellent restaurant and bar area.

The friendliness of staff was good. The restaurant staff were excellent. The environment was wonderful, inspiring and comfortable. The location was very good.
