The hotel is BEAUTIFUL. The rooms are fabulous!! I am in love with Kit Kemps designs. Its luxurious and unique. The size of the rooms are way above the London average. The staff is amazing and the biggest strength of this place. They are warm, friendly, extremely kind and truly special.

The property is magnificent in every detail. Anyone who loves interior design and tapestries will simply love this hotel.
It’s very hard to fault it. Unfortunately the pool was shut when we were there but the staff were extremely kind to us. The gym could also be a tad larger.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Haymarket Hotel—the service was excellent, the breakfast was delicious, everything was spotless, and the rooms were comfortable and spacious, all in a great central location that made the experience even more enjoyable.
The only area for improvement is the wellness facilities: the pool and spa could be more up to date, the water temperature in the pool could be 1–2 degrees warmer, and a cold plunge would really complete the experience.

Great location and spacious comfortable room with very good bathroom (apart from toilet - see below). Staff were very obliging and helpful.
No tea/coffee making facilities in the room and toilet difficult to flush. Breakfast overpriced like all these types of hotels but the Haymarket takes it to a new level. Pillows a bit like bags stuffed with rags - no support for neck or head.

Our experience was top-notch, from the beautiful & colorful decor to the wonderful and accommodating staff. The location was walking distance to our areas of interest. It is one of our favorite hotels ever. You won't be disappointed.

Everything. We travel to London from US every year about the same time. Haymarket hotel is kind of a destination for us.
Very friendly personnel. Large , comfortable, luxury rooms. Small welcoming gifts. Beautiful library, 18 meters pool.Breakfast, well, simply the best you could find. Location- perfect. Can not compliment the management enough.
Having many option for 5 stars hotels in London we do not even consider other hotels, just checking the prices periodically for some deals at Haymarket.
Coming back next August.

Amazing hotel! It truly feels like stepping into the pages of an interior design magazine ,so beautiful it almost feels too good to be true
The interiors are colorful, full of love, and filled with so many creative design elements that make it much cozier than a typical hotel more like an intimate boutique stay.
I was upgraded to the Luxury Junior Suite, which made the experience even more special. As someone who always seeks out boutique hotels with unique interior design, I can say this is one of the very best I’ve ever stayed in. I hardly wanted to leave the hotel, and I even bought the designer’s book online because the inspiration was just that strong?
The restaurant downstairs doesn’t provide any chicken options I would have loved to see something like a grilled chicken
The additional service charges would be better if shown as part of the final price on Booking.com, instead of added later.
Overall, a truly unforgettable stay full of creativity, warmth, and inspiration

Beautiful hotel in every way. Comfort and quality are top. Personnel is very polite and attentive.
Breakfast was wonderful and afternoon high tea was phenomenal!
Unfortunately, we were very much looking forward to a swim after a full day of walking and visiting, especially given the hot weather. However, the pool and pool area were freezing cold. Couldn’t go in…
5% gratuity above the cost was not mentioned at check-in.
