Great location and hotel is stylish and spacious with lots of different spaces to relax and enjoy. Service is great from the moment you arrive.
Room was £750 and that didn’t include breakfast and was also charged a ‘discretionary’ service charge on top to reward the staff which felt a bit much given the price. Also no tea making facilities in room or iron which seemed like obvious misses.

A coffee machine was missing in the room. It’s difficult to shower without a handheld shower head if you don’t want to get your hair wet.
Charging half the room rate for a checkout just three hours after the scheduled time feels excessive.
