The staff are absolutely fantastic. The location is also amazing - it is in Soho, just a few minutes' walk from Piccadilly Circus so in a very lively area... yet the hotel itself is incredibly tranquil and the room we stayed in completely quiet, we couldn't hear a thing, which isn't always the case in central London hotels. So you can walk to the West End, walk to Regent Street or Oxford Street, walk to St James' Park, all in a few minutes. Finally, the maximalist decor makes it feel a bit more quirky and informal than other hotels. My daughter absolutely loved her mini-facial, many thanks to the person in the spa who looked after her, you gave her a wonderful memory.
Nothing could have been better. It's not cheap of course, but a great experience.
