The hotels location and facilities. Spacious lobby and rooms. Clean facilities and room. The coffee place, on site restaurant and room service were amazing. Having a hair dresser under my was an added bonus and the staff were very helpful. Only thing I did not notice is recognizing my gold Marriott status like other JW around the world . All in all one of my favorite stays in London

The location was excellent and the property itself is beautiful and very well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely tried to assist whenever needed. Overall, the stay was very comfortable.
There was a strong cooking smell during the daytime that was noticeable in certain areas. The staff attempted to address it, but it unfortunately persisted.

The location was excellent — very central and convenient for getting around London. The hotel itself is elegant and well maintained, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the stay.
The only downside was the lack of variety in the breakfast options, as the selection felt limited over multiple days.
