I would like to share my disappointing experience during my recent stay.
Upon arrival, the front desk insisted on taking a £700 deposit, despite me explaining clearly that I have ongoing issues with my bank when it comes to releasing deposits. Unfortunately, the receptionist was not willing to listen or understand my concern.
Additionally, I faced a serious issue with the toilet flush, where water was leaking outside the toilet. When I contacted reception, they sent an engineer. However, when he arrived, I was changing my pyjamas. He knocked once and left immediately without waiting. I had to call reception again, and when he came back, he knocked only once and opened the door straight away without giving me a chance to respond. This was extremely rude and a clear invasion of privacy.
He then checked the toilet, pumped it, and said it only needed pumping. Afterwards, the cleaners came in and out of my room without knocking, as if it were their own space, showing no respect for privacy at all.
Overall, I was very disappointed with the lack of professionalism, privacy, and respect shown by the staff. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to improve future guest experiences.

Took me 30 minutes to check in WITH staff! There was so much dust in our room that’s was disgusting and I’ve been overcharged for my rooms and now need to chase to sort. Disaster from the moment I checked in

Good size room. With good facilities.
Very high price for what it is and variable bar drink prices annoyed. For example the bar by the reception charged £5 for a small bottle of peroni, the Red bar next to it charged £7.50 and the after event bar in the function room charged £8.50. Same product massively varying prices

Everything outside of the room was great, staff we good, reception was nice, the room was pretty rubbish only good thing was it was a big room for central London.
