It’s very convenient in it’s location. The rooms were lovely and the meals were delicious too
The noise from the function hall was very apparent when you sat in the steak restaurant.

Amazing location. Opposite Hyde Park and only a 10-12 minute walk to Oxford street so was perfect for the festive celebrations. The facilities were lovely including the gym. A true gem hotel in London.
There is nothing that I could genuinely say as our stay was perfect. All staff members were extremely attentive and welcoming; all had a smile :).

Beautifully decorated for the festive season and fabulous ambiance thanks to the pianist (sat for quite sometime, listening and enjoying).
Check-in was speedy and directions were given to an event I was attending.
Spacious bedroom with a comfortable bed, ensured a great nights sleep.
Check-out was so easy and receptionist was so friendly and helpful.
Check-in was speedy but very little conversation. We stood listening to others being greeted and having joyous conversations. Perhaps their stays were longer than our overnight stay!

The location is excellent.
The hotel staff are extremely respectful and helpful. The hotel is very clean. Everything in the hotel is excellent, especially the reception staff and housekeeping staff, who serve diligently and honestly. Everything is well-organized. Honestly, it was a pleasant stay. Thank you to all the hotel staff without exception; they truly deserve all the thanks.
