The location is great, close to everything. The staff is so kind, and help us put an extra bed in the living so my daughter and I can stay in different rooms. Steakhouse is definitely a place you wanna indulge yourself in the morning, it's cozy and clean. The juices are excellent.
As a historic building, the ceiling is not high, and the room size is a little bit limited. The executive lounge stops providing wines since 9:30 pm which is a bit too early. 10:30 pm should be better.

We really liked the location of the hotel as it is perfectly situated between Harrods and Oxford Street. The furniture is excellent compared to other hotels in London, and the lobby seating area is also wonderful.
This is my fourth stay at this hotel, and every time the check-in process has been complicated and delayed. The reception staff may be friendly, but they do not meet the standards of a 5-star hotel. Each check-in has taken more than 30 minutes.
