Excellent location, close to underground station. Bonus to have the swimming pool and spa facilities. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choice to chose from. Staff were really friendly and helpful.
No staff at the pool side, the floor was really wet and slippery. The Jacuzzi is small and the water temperature in the pool was not hot enough. The water was very cold. The loungers had lots of abandoned towels left behind as a result makes you think they are in use which is not the case and leaves you looking for one by just standing there.

Great size and well maintained rooms. A welcoming feel to the hotel and excellent service. Pool and spa facilities a real bonus after a long day out.
A few people being loud and sweary in the pool area didn’t fit with the rest of the experience.

The gym and pool area was really lovely, a bit over crowded though especially the steam room.

Didn’t get a wink of sleep one night from 03:00. Loud noise non stop. Check in was really weird. I was sent multiple online check in emails and none of them worked. I emailed the hotel and they said it wasn’t working. Arrived at hotel and it seemed like they had no room for us. It was so unprofessional. Andrew were given absolutely no directions about the lifts, spa etc. The hotel really needs to sort out the check in staff, information etc. Didn’t even dare use spa as it seemed so packed. None of the ITV tv channels were working. Phone was filthy dirty. I honestly never write reviews like this. It just was not in at all.
