The rooms were lovely, the hotel itself is beautiful. The size of the rooms were nice. Concierge was the best staff. Thank you to the manager for the call and sorting out billing. Breakfast was lovely, get breakfast! Bathroom is perfect - im going to try and remember the layout so i can do my bathroom that way! The bath was really welcoming! Room facilities were brilliant - you have everything you need in a hotel room and more! Location is brilliant! Decorated beautifully for christmas may I add! Wish we stayed another night! We would have loved to have tried the pool facilities!
Sadly our stay could have been better, i would say it was just a series of unfortunate things that happened and we caught the hotel on an unlucky day. And i didnt want to believe we were having a bad stay since it was for my partner's 30th birthday, we wanted to make it memorable or just good. I wont put on the things that happened during our stay as manager Ahmed i spoke to on the phone knows most of what happened and reasured me on a better stay next time we come. I just hope they remember us! Talking to staff wasnt difficult but maybe -not easy? - (cant describe it) I felt concierge and the manager on the phone were the most confident at their jobs, helpful, assisting and just looked and sounded like they knew what they were doing. The staff were lovely dont get me wrong but they looked a little lost (maybe it was me, maybe it was my silly description on what was going on with our room and our stay) and there was other things i noticed that could have been better with the service. We did put it down to a busy period. Depsite the things that happened, we would love to come back again, to try again. I wont let the things that happened ruin our time, the hotel looked lovely and it was worth the cost of what i paid. We still thank you for the stay and hope to come back soon.

Great location, room was fantastic
There was a significant delay with my lunch due to miscommunication between the bar & kitchen and the club sandwich came out too late for me to fully eat as i was on deadline for my travels. They did not charge me which was appreciated but it did sour my stay and i wouldn’t eat there again
