The staff were helpful and lovely.
the hotel is run down and the rooms are dark and sombre. The decorative throws on the bed were stained. The furniture was faded and worn. It needs a refresh.

Friendly staff, the hotel was exceptional. Nice touch with prosecco at front of house upon arrival. Enjoyed the spa facilities a lot. The room was big and really comfortable!

Everything was excellent—it was a wonderful hotel. The location, the cleanliness of the room, and the amenities were all great. The room had everything we needed, including a coffee machine, a kettle, cups, a minibar, an iron, and an ironing board. My wife and I really liked it.

In a great place, close to transportation. Staff was amazing and super helpful! We didn’t have an adapter and they helped us with borrowing one and borrowing a straightener which helped so much!! Thank you so much!! Also, the Hotel is next to a place called Wellington that has affordable meals with several vegetarian and vegan options! The pub Called the Minories was also fun.

Large room on 13th floor with a good view over some of the iconic buildings in London. Close to Tower bridge and Tower of London. Concierge was very helpful regarding a missed daytrip, places to eat, packages to the hotel and more. Fridge in the room, both bathroom and shower.
Check-in staff not always helpful depended on the person. Two lifts took a long time if there were many people waiting. Location not very close to a train station, about 5-10min walk, and usually had to take 2 trains to get to where I was going. Two packages I sent to the hotel didn't arrive and noone knew about them but said delivered to the hotel. Tried an expensive massage at the spa, horrible.

The large bed was the selling point for us, and it was very comfortable! The room was spacious, the shower was great, and the sauna was just what I needed. The location is fantastic, a quick walk to Tower Hill underground station. The area is quiet. The bar and restaurant was atmospheric and the service was friendly and professional. If I can get similar deals in the future I'd be happy to stay here again!
I'd be looking very hard to find something to write here. If I had to make suggestions for improvement I'd point out that some wallpaper is peeling in the room and around the hotel, and that the heat seemed to be disabled in the room with only cooling available and I was cold a few times. But honestly this is nitpicking at this point. The overall stay was very good.

Big comfortable rooms, perfect beds and pillows
Staff is cold and unfriendly Breakfast is very poor for this type of hotel. There’s no vegetables and leaves for breakfast, pastry is cheap and not testy. Very expensive restaurant and no good food

On arrival we were upgraded to a superior room which includes the free lounge full of all kinds of snacks and drinks. Rooms were wonderful. All the staff were 5 stars. Hotel was beautiful and rooms were very spacious, clean and modern. Everything was excellent.
