Very Good
Breakfast had everything for everyone however! I would recommend not dining here on a night. The kitchen and waiting staff just couldn't get our order right. Even though the did not charge for the meal that kept messing up. One of our party went hungry.
Lack of experience in the restaurant, poor quality of food in the evening.

Great location and facilities - great stay
We upgraded to a super room but we’re horrified to find dirty towels in the cupboard ! We advised the duty manager who dealt with the issue immediately, so issue was sorted and we were given complimentary breakfast. Bit would not expect this to ever happen in such a high class hotel/room / cost per night.

The room was spotless. The bathroom was very clean and the little extras such as bath robes, slippers, hand lotions were a very nice touch.

A welcome glass of prosecco as we checked in and all staff neatly dressed. The hilarious things was , when we checked in all the check in staff were all relatively short so couldn't see their heads over their screens. Nicely appointed room with a good view of St Paul's Cathedral and modern in its design and finish. Great amenities and great fit curtains so room was very dark in the morning. The Breakfast was delicious and choice of food great. Executive lounge was nicely appointed and very friendly staff with a big smile. We went to a play at the Barbican which was only a short walk to get to, so nicely located for London attractions.
I was kept initially kept awake with a constant boom boom sound from a Nightclub across the road, that stopped around 03:00 and also from the room above who had their TV on rather loud, but that eventually stopped too. There were NO grab rails in the bathroom so trying to get in and out of the bath for a shower was, for me at 67, a challenge however I did point this out at checkout and they do offer walk in shower type rooms.

I stay here often and love the facilities, location and breakfast choice. The staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us.
- The air con didn’t work so the maintenance team came to fix it. They were lovely but as a result, the next night we got a leak.
- There was a business event on in the hotel and we had base music thumping into our room until midnight.
- A fire alarm went off at 9:30pm which was frustrating as we have two very small children and we appreciate that this was important to happen, even if it was a false alarm.
- Housekeeping forgot to lock our door, didn’t come one day until we reminded staff and then on our final day they didn’t clear the bins.

Great location, fabulous aesthetics. Comfortable rooms with the right amount of space. Customer service is top notch.
There was nothing I didn’t like, if I needed to be really picky one of the lifts in the west side of the building was a little squeaky.

Location was brilliant being right beside St Paul's
Getting to the pool was a bit of a maze.
Room service, food was tepid and they forgot the cutlery, by the time it was brought to the room our food was cold.

Location is perfect for sightseeing and exploring London.
We got executive room when we check-in on arrival. Room had a horrible smell of vomit. Went down to reception and without any questions asked, we got another room on the 5th floor. Much better, however still with a smell of mould… as for 1night, we survived but paying 300gbp for one night, i expected at least without any smells..

The view from our room was spectacular. Our room was very spacious and everything we needed was provided. Really appreciated the complimentary welcome drink. Spotlessly clean and the staff were all fantastic. Breakfast was great too.
The fire alarm did go off at around 11pm which woke up our one year old baby. It did stop before we left the room but was going on for a quite a while. There was no reassurance after that it was a false alarm or apology for there being a false alarm. I'm sure this was a one off incident but I think it should have been acknowledged when we were checking out or could have phoned the room to reassure us that it was a false alarm

Room was comfotable and quiet.
Fire alarm went off when we were in bed and everyone left their rooms. The alarm was turned off again as we were going down the stairs.
My husband telephoned before we arrived at the hotel to ask if he could pay for breakfast. The gentleman who answered refused by stating that they could not accept payments over the phone and that I would have to pay on artival. I thought they would be morevflexible than this.
