Everything except the restaurant
In recent times the bar restaurant has "changed its menu". Food used to be always correct but during this visit we felt that they are cutting corners in the kitchen. A simple French onion soup came without the cheesy topping and croutons in the soup. The soup itself was too watery and without flavor. We asked for some bread or toast and toast arrived well.... hard as a rock! My fish and chips probably came from a freezer and wasnt good. Guys you need to up the game in the kitchen once again! This is a really great hotel and your kitchen and menu let you down on this occasion! Maybe consider adding a simple pasta dish and a Pizza to the line up.

I loved the location, the beauty, the facilities and the all around welcoming experience
I didn't like the fact that my room was never cleaned, not even once out of the 3 nights I stayed and that my shower sprayed water all over the floor no matter how much I tried to stop it

Concierge named Nikolai. He went above and beyond to help us get a taxi on Christmas Day. He was always positive and gentle and kind to us.
1)Concierge whose name I didn’t write down. Short, Middle aged guy with black hair who swore there wouldn’t be any taxis on Christmas. WTF after midnight mass there were 50 taxis waiting next to cathedral. Plenty taxis Christmas Day, took 5 minutes once Nikolai called! Swarthy guy always negative.
2)not enough cleaners. We didn’t want room cleaned but took hours to get clean towels and toilet paper even though we gave request in writing to woman behind reservation desk.+ executive lounge was disgustingly trashed!!!
3) signage in need of improvement. Not easy find way around. Staff said we could get to spa from any elevator—-NOT SO!!! Left us wandering around basement!
4) Nice, but lots of inefficiencies. whole place needs a re-think!

The location was great. Next to the Thames, St.Paul and on all the transit lines and buses. Gym was great!
Pool had strong smell of chemicals and was extremely busy. Same with the sauna and steam room.

We had a comfortable stay for two nights. Good spa facilities, with pool (10 metres length), jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Great location in the City of London with restaurants, cafe's and Tate Modern nearby.
Asked at reception for hand wash as it had run out. This was not replaced during the day, so had to remind reception again and it was replaced in the evening.

Location
Staff were indifferent, especially considering the amount paid. Non of the public toilets on the ground floor were operative. No staff seemed bothered about solving that. There was no flexibility for late checkout even for one hour.

Exceptional
Great location, great for walking across the Millennium Bridge to the Modern Tate and South Bank, or to the West End theatres, or the National Gallery and Covent Garden. We especially enjoyed the spa facilities, swimming pool, and drinks at the rooftop bar, with St. Paul's glowing in the background, which was great.

The welcome prosecco and friendly lobby and check in staff. All the service staff in the restaurants were very friendly and helpful. Thank you!
The rooms looked dated and not as classy as marketed. The front doors of rooms at our floor, including ours had chips by the lock, like the were forced opened. The bathroom shower head points towards the shower door that it splashes and leaks water outside of it. Leo’s the restaurant has cheesy plastic plants on the table and too many materials in the middle of the table that there’s hardly room to put the food. Plastic plants all around look cheesy too.

Been staying here multiple times and every time all is just excellent, rooms service and value for the money. Really good breakfast, and don’t forget your swimsuit to enjoy the spa in the evening.
