The location of the hotel was fabulous. Very central and right next to St Paul's Cathedral. Staff were friendly and polite.The decor is sleek and modern. A very good selection at breakfast.
A bit more attention to detail when cleaning the bathroom wouldn't go amiss. The shower fittings were a little grubby round the edges and a used mug had not been cleared up. Some litter from previous guest was under a cushion on the chair. However, this did not spoil our stay.

The room was good only lights in the bathroom didnt work as well the airc0n was not working, when I told the staff in the morning they just said you should have told us last night. Not good enough.

room was amazing with a great view of St Pauls, comfy and full of great complimentary stuff. the breakfast was really nice and the spar facilities were great. staff were super friendly and helpful.

Location was amazing ! Close to St Pauls good dining and the millennium bridge !

Location is amazing, probably the best placed hotel to stay in the city of london! best breakfast by any hotel i have stayed in recently. on site spa seems to be open a good number of hours a day and really adds to the benefits of this sites location
have stayed here prior to its aquisition when it was a 5 star, being a 4 star now may mean your dont get the same experience as previously experienced..but with that it mind the hotel is a solid 4 star.

The first thing to note is that the staff was excellent. They were incredible kind, helpful and catered each of our need. The room itself was everything we hoped for, spacious, comfortable, cosy and the bath was lovely ;). When it comes to location I don't think we could have asked for a better one. A few bars and cafe's around, a supermarket and Boots and we had access to literally every metro line. The area itself is quiet so we didn't have to deal with the city centre masses.

It was very convenient for location, close to public transport. The hotel room was super clean and comfy, staff were amazing. Even more perfect that they added some birthday celebrations touches to the room and gave us free early check in.

Disappointing
Bedroom spacious and bathroom were lovely
Swimming pool not the same as the picture. Stains on the carpet. Misleading info about the mini bar and is locked and deposit is required before use. rubbish found under the bed-my toddler picked it up. Rusts on stair handles when walking into swimming pool.
