The staff were not helpful and we were initially placed in a very old dated room at the back of the hotel.

Loved the room and bed so comfortable had best nights sleep in months. Excellent choice at breakfast.
Upon arrival was told our room had been allocated to someone else as there was a cot in it. Had to wait at reception whilst two employees ( firstly a trainee named Catherine and then another colleague who came to help her) searched the computer whispering amongst themselves trying to find another room for us and making us feel they were doing us a favour! Not what you need after a day sightseeing in London.

We had the best stay at this hotel. From the Prosecco on arrival, the friendly and helpful staff and the location. We were lucky to get a free upgrade to an executive room and it was fantastic, the lounge was brilliant. The location is great for exploring the city, just a short walk to tube station. I will definitely return to this hotel when visiting the city again. Special thanks to Isabella on reception for her great tips for concert!

Great location and very clean Lovely spa facilities and a varied breakfast Right next to St Paul’s with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops in your doorstep
The staff on the concierge were rude . It would have helped if they could converse in English. I appreciate we have international visitors staying in London but I don’t expect a language barrier in my own country .
