Location is superb - right next door to St Paul’s. Fantastic views from the rooftop restaurant and bar. Staff were professional and friendly.

Pleasant
Great location, easy check in, including glass of fizz. Swimming pool, sauna. Steam room in basement- all good.
Keen for a lie in, this was terminated with the cleaner knocking on the door early in the morning. She didn’t seem to care and just walked off. They need a system that can tell when a room has been checked out of. We didn’t put a do not disturb sign up but we only wanted a lie in until 9:30. That spoiled the experience.

As this was the first time at the hotel our room was kindly upgraded and we were given a lounge pass.
In our opinion the bed was very hard and so were the pillows but understand this is just our preference.
