The staff were all really friendly in particular, Michael, in Leo’s and at breakfast. The location was perfect for exploring London. The breakfast was incredible, so much choice and everything was really fresh.
The only small thing was that we were a room for 3 people and they only put 2 towels out every time they renewed them. Fortunately I found spares in the cupboard.

Clean, well maintained and great bed to sleep
A little bit of more bottled water and coffee in the room .. in addition the prices of the convenience store are super pricey .. Breakfast could have sourdough bread , turkey slices and cheese

Staff. Room and facilities very good. Exec lounge a nice treat. Location was excellent
Room aircon never went below 22c. Too warm for us as I have a skin condition that does not do well in heat. Reported twice and response was excellent however the issue was never resolved. Its the only thing that would make me think twice before booking again.

Not clean, shower filthy limescale everywhere. Shower water going all over the whole bathroom. Chip in bath. Hair on the ceiling from previous guests. Called reception they sent a cleaner up that did nothing, said I could have a new room then said there weren’t any rooms. Not worth the £700 for 2 nights. Lift broke down and got stuck in it. Luckily the alarm opened the doors but seeing as the lift had been broken a month you’d thing when they open it again it works…. Rooms were extremely hot. Window faced into the hotel so had to keep the curtains closed the whole time otherwise anyone in the clear glass lift could see directly into my room
