Location was excellent and the pool was amazing. We also loved the extra touches that the staff made to make sure this was a birthday to remember. It really went so much. The room was spotless and so comfortable.Thank you!
The lift situation is a little frustrating. One functioning lift to serve the whole hotel!

Only one lift was working and lost a lot of time waiting for it. No good connection between receotion and the coffee shops at the lobby

The bedroom was very comfortable with good 'freebies'. Complentary chocolates etc. The spa was good but busy.
My bathroom wasn't the cleanest, dust and debris around the toilet, marks in the bath. There was a lack of hot meats at the breakfast, lots of waiting for sausages and bacon.

Rooms were nice and comfortable, breakfast was very good and the pool and spa was bigger and better than we imagined.
The bathroom was a bit tired, needs a revamp really. Bed mattress could’ve been a bit harder but that’s personally preference.
