Great location, friendly staff, clean & comfortable. And it has a pool! Would definitely recommend
Staff were friendly. Everywhere was clean. Food was good. Location was great. And always live getting a hotel with a pool (although there was far too much chlorine in the pool & jacuzzi)

No amenities provided (such as dental kit), even after requesting one. Plus, I was out of hand wash for 2 days). The lift is always unavailable (5-7 minutes wait).

Great location. Amazing view of St Paul’s Cathedral. Breakfast very good and efficiently provided
Very poor Executive Lounge: no atmosphere; key wasn’t available to allow access to any alcoholic drinks. Sofa and desk chair in Executive Room totally worn out (sofa unusable) Overpriced.

Room booked for 3 people…. 3mugs/glasses would be good! Went to the rooftop bar….. felt the prices were quite ridiculous & not sure why need to be different from the other bar …. this is not the case with many roof top bars in other locations! V slow service in bar downstairs….. wasn’t happy to be automatically charged a service charge as service was v slow with no acknowledgement of that from staff….

Main lift was not working, but there are plenty of lifts around the hotels.

Location.
Absence of a hairdryer in the room, problem with water in bathtube, dirty seats in the restaurant, crooked forks. I expected much better quality from this hotel.
