Location was great and convenient to cafes, restaurants, bus stop, near the millennial bridge. Staff were prompt whenever needed.
We found bed bugs on our bed! Left with multiple bite marks by the end of our stay.

The gym, change room, pool and hot tub were very good. Spacious hotel with great access to St. Paul’s Cathedral and the Tate. A bus right away from Piccadilly Square…
For some reason this hotel insists on spraying room freshener all throughout its lobby and common areas. Smells like Febreze that’s been sprayed too thick. Breathing chemicals is unhealthy and totally unnecessary and a clean, newer hotel like this. I feel for the staff who breath this on a day-to-day basis. It’s not healthy. I would not go back for this very reason.

Great room. Well worth the additional 40GBP a night. A view of St. Paul's Cathedral. Front of house staff were amazing. Breakfast had a huge selection. Concierge was very helpful. The executive lounge was a plus that came with the upgrade. Taxi's readily available.

Nice hotel in a good location, the hotel was clean with comfortable beds and the tube station just a short walk away.
The lifts take a long time and not enough for the size of the hotel

Loved the swimming pool and spa stuff the rooms.
Trust only thing was the bar was not hidden when we got in around 1am as we wanted a night cap and they're was no where to go in the hotel which was a shame as would have liked to experience the bar there

Upgraded to Executive room to achieve early checkin; having access to the Executive Lounge was nice. The location was so quiet, good for walking along the river and access to dining and services. Comfy bed.
Executive room was smaller than I was expecting and looked the same as the King Deluxe I booked online. The pool was too crowded with kids to enjoy.

Pros: Super friendly kind staff Comfortable clean rooms with every amenity (coffee maker and kettle, even a bathtub!) Wonderful pool/spa/gym Insanely great breakfast with everything you could want including bespoke omelette and pancake station (worth it to add to room charge ahead) Great place regroup after a long flight In St Paul area, city center, near beautiful cathedral
Cons: Building is rather ugly industrial modern Elevators take a long time (450 rooms)

This is a lovely property that has a sumptuous feel. The bed was very comfortable and it has the BEST shower. Staff was very helpful, even helping us print a concert ticket that had to be in paper form. Would stay here again.

Location and breakfast were great.
Check-in person told us room not available for early check-in but could get room if we upgraded $40 bp per night. Went to concierge to check luggage until check-in and magically 5 minutes later our room was available! Bait and switch!! Couch in room was so wore out and dirty I would not even put luggage on it!! Very disappointed at $400 usd per night!!!

Wonderful
Location is wonderful, next to St. Paul’s cathedral. Nice comfortable rooms. The staff were very nice.
The room was in another building, and the front desk didn’t answer the phone, so when we needed something we had to go all the way to the main building. The cleaning crew came very late one day and we were already back from a long day out so we asked only for new cleaning equipment and supplies.

Room was perfect and the bed fantastic best sleep ever
Switching of room lighting when going to bed was frustrating as I had to get up to switch of the standard lamp and also the light by the door ( not a big deal just frustrating when in bed and the switch only does bed head light )
