Bed comfy, room nice
Cleaning of second day was done at 7pm when we were in room. Bits missed cloth left flannel only 1 and no biscuits left or sugar. But staff was lovely

When entering the room was a big stain on the carpet think they tried there best to clean it but I kept thinking I’d spilled something

The executive lounge. Friendly staff. Able to leave bags after checkout.
Checked in online, but then still had to wait a while in a q to be allocated a room. Lifts took such a long time to get from the higher levels to lower levels esp at peak periods.

The location, the friendly stuff, level of service, the facilities: bars, pool, sauna, room, shower. The breakfast is super good! A very nice location nearby the Cathedral and a nice walking either to the Thames or towards other nearby sightseeing, such as Trafalgar square. Next time I will consider returning here again
The air conditioning wasn't working properly. The temperature never went below 23. Sometimes stuck on 25 degrees.

Excellent location. Spacious room. Had access to the Executive Lounge which had complimentary drinks and snacks.
Shower in bathroom was disappointing. The overhead shower soaked the place when turned on and flooded the floor each time. Hand held shower would be so much better.

It was really lovely in the bar and the room was nice and big, very comfortable with a good TV system and excellent coffee. Lydia was absolutely brilliant and they made a big fuss of us for our wedding anniversary , we thought Kathleen in the exec lounge was amazing and friendly too. The staff overall were excellent. We’d highly recommend staying here and plan to return next time we’re in London.
The pool/spa gets a little over crowded and the chlorine in the pool made it quite misty. But it’s still a decent area to relax and earlier in the morning it was quieter.
