The spa facility’s
Room wasn’t the best for the value for the money staff was very rude and greedy for money after I had donated £67 to there charity when I only needed to spend £10 and wouldn’t extend my late checkout for 1 hour extra unless payed £58 even though the staff the night of arrival said they would prefer if I donated £10 to charity

Location. Roof top bar was excellent but not owned by the hotel. Reception Staff were really helpful and professional.

The bed and the room was comfy. The staff were polite and professional and the public areas were of a standard you’d expect for a hotel of this standard. Great location, particularly at weekends.
We’ve stayed at this hotel a number of times over the years and it is noticeable how much the bathrooms have deteriorated. This time the sink in the en-suite was cracked and stained, and the fittings to the bath and shower were loose, and covered in limescale. We’re fit and mobile but it was dangerous stepping in and out of the bath because the towel rails were loose. Our previous stay was 3 months ago when one of the 2 lifts in the atrium was out of use. It still is meaning there’s only one lift in the main area of the hotel. When checking out this morning (Sunday) it took 10 minutes to get down from the 5th floor!

I requested an early check in, and was denied, go to the hotel and was charged 30 pounds to get a room this was at 12pm. I don't think this is correct, I would accept if they didn't have rooms but when you can pay you can get a room!
