The interior and the staff in the breakfast area
The fact that there’s no on sight parking.Also one lad on the very front desk walked away to assist someone else as I was asking him for help.

The location is very good. Close to tube stations. Close to St Paul’s of course and the millennium bridge etc Breakfast was very good. Staff were nice.
The room was upgraded for free to an executive room which seemed good. However the minibar/fridge was labelled out of order so no fridge. Then the side lockers beside the bed we had to clean down with wet wipes as they were so dirty. The bath also was not cleaned properly with hairs in the bath.

Localisation
First check in : nothing is explain to you we give you a sheet of paper to read so I don’t need a human to check me in an iPad would be enough Luggage are not dropped in the room you have to go back to the luggage room The room : oldish… very bad smell already mentioned on TripAdvisor. AirPlay or Chromecast was not working. A paper stayed on the floor for 3 days. The spa : is not from the hotel its two separate identities, People from the outside can come in both pool and fitness center . Guess what on weekends it’s more like public pool noticing pictures on booking are fake there is no black columns and a third of the pool is used by private swimming lessons that no one tells you about on booking Hammam and sauna are not a quiet place to rest but more like noisy and dirty with paper glasses everywhere . Staff at the spa are probably not happy to be here and prefer to stay on their cellphones instead of helping CLIENTs To conclude this is VERY VERY expensive for what it is. I would not recommend this hotel even if it is next to St Paul’s cathedral

the hotel was amazing, was so clean and airy... was offered a glass of bubbly on arrival which was a nice touch. the room was stunning, massive size bathroom which was nice and light too. Bed was the most comfortable I have stayed in.
