Great location right in the center with a tube station nearby. Champagne on arrival which was a very nice touch. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Clean functional room, though pillows on a tougher side for my liking. Swimming pool is not very deep but still ok for swimming, jacuzzi, steam and sauna. All in all a great hotel in the heart of London.

Great size and location/quality of facilities. Great staff with one modest exception, all made for a brilliant short stay where you can walk comfortably to some of London's best bits.
They promised a cot for a baby but had run out and then it was a poor response from one staff member in dealing with that and communicating their solution before the day ended.

The room was bright and the bed was comfy. The lobby bar area is also spacious and comfortable.
Breakfast was very basic for this size of hotel and not very pleasent.
