First and foremost I would like to thank Guru at the reception. He is amazing, extremely professional, kind, helpful, always offering the best advice and tips to make sure the customer is pleased. He upgraded us to an amazing suite with extra benefits and made sure we are confortable all throughout our stay. Guru you are the best! This was our second time at the hotel and It was better than the first and we're deifnitely coming back!

We’ve stayed before so we knew it is a great hotel. Clean, friendly staff & great breakfast. Near public transport & lots of places nearby within easy walking distance, St Paul’s, south bank & Tate. Nice restaurants nearby. Also daughter’s birthday & we were left some chocolates & a lovely message. Such a nice, personal touch thankyou x

The rooms were generously sized and spotlessly clean, with soft lighting and comfy beds that made it easy to unwind. I appreciated the thoughtful little touches, like quality toiletries and a coffee maker in the room. The breakfast was a highlight too — fresh pastries, seasonal fruit, and a great coffee set me up perfectly each morning
The swimming pool is small
