Wonderful
Location, very helpful and accommodating staff, especially Jalmin on reception and the chaps at the concierge. Stunning views from our executive room over looking St Pauls.
Will be using this hotel as our London base in future trips.
Absolutely nothing

Wonderful
The hotel exceeded our expectations. I booked a night stay for a birthday treat for my partner and decided on spending a bit more for the Executive King Room with a view. This did not disappoint. The view from the room was better than the photos as St Paul's was closer than realised and our window was huge so we had an unobstructed view which was great.
The bed was big and comfortable. Everything in the room was conveniently placed. For example, the dresser had a mirror above and plug sockets there which made it nice and easy to sit and do my hair and make up for the evening. These days I find that so many hotels don't think of this and put the mirrors on the other side of the room or plugs in awkward places (something women might understand a bit more)
Pool - The pool area was fine and clean but not as luxurious as I thought it would be. The pool was smaller than I think the photos suggest, this is because there are lots of mirrors all around. We also went at a busier time to use the pool, around 4pm. There were 2 families in the pool, a small girl group or hen group in the jacuzzi so took a while to finally get a turn, and a lane for swimming lessons. Didn't feel as relaxed as I expected. The sauna and steam room are also right next to the pool and positioned in a way where you are overlooking the pool so it felt a bit like everyone watching eachother as everything seemed quite compact. There is no where to really sit or lay next to the pool as there are no loungers as there simply isn't space. There is an odd hole in the wall that people can walk into to sit but it's marble/stone, not comfortable.
Check in - Since it was a birthday I felt that the hotel could have done just a little bit more to recognise our special occasion. They wrote happy birthday on the mirror in our room which was a nice touch. Check in was also quite slow, other people in the queue were saying the same thing. We stay in quite a lot of hotels so this was noticeably a long time to check people in.
Windows - Whilst we loved our room and the huge window to enjoy the view of the cathedral, we assumed that the windows were the type where you could only see out and not in. However we realised that actually we didn't have that privacy and there is an office building opposite and our whole room could be seen. So if we didn't want people to see us we would have had to close the curtains but since we were there for the view we didn't want the curtains closed all the time. So we felt we had to sacrifice our privacy for the view.
Sabines - whilst we waited for our room to be ready we went to the terrace to have a drink in Sabine. I'd always wanted to go there but was a bit disappointed by the menu they gave us.

Good
Lovely hotel. Breakfast was vast and nicely presented.
Room rates are high they should at least include the breakfast. Towels are slightly worn out & a pity there is no hand held shower available in the bath.

Excellent location, excellent staff, room was great, large, with two large comfortable beds. We had coffee, tea facilities, complimentary water, everything we needed. It is close to Blackfriars station, where you can get on a train or tube. Also, direct train from Luton Airport. Excellent breakfast!

We had a great sized room, lots of space and appreciated the free water in our room. The breakfast was really good, so much to choose from and my favourite was the omelette bar. We used the swimming pool which was great too!

We have stayed at a few Leonardo properties and this was just as good as the others. Excellent clean facilities and rooms
The breakfast wasn’t as good as perhaps the Tower Hill property. But still very good.
