1. The location. It was quite easy to move around from the hotel
2. The heater in the toilet mirror.
3. The drinks and biscuits at the reception
1. The price. We were additionally persuaded to join the executive lounge for another £30 per night. So we took advantage to stop by for complimentary refreshments. It will be most worth it if both of us are alcohol drinkers
2. The bathroom has only rain shower which is the least preferred shower type.

What can I say. It’s everything you could ask for and more. From the moment we arrived early from Paris the concierge was so friendly and polite. He showed us a great pub to go to for lunch while waiting for our room. The guy we met at reception was so helpful. Smiling face and got us into a beautiful room earlier than we should have. Room was big and bright big windows. After travelling for 8 weeks through the US and Europe this is by far the best hotel we stayed in

Loved the location and the hotel was exceptionally nice. Great deal for central London. The staff were excellent and made my mum’s birthday feel special. Spa facilities were great. Will definitely come back.
The only thing I’d mention is that we were not informed that the spa couldn’t be used after check-out, which is different to the other Leonardo hotel St Paul’s. So we had an issue trying to get in, the staff at reception were reluctant to letting us in despite informing them that we were not made aware, and if the rule isn’t consistent across Leonardo hotels, this should be advised face-face, as no one has time to read a brochure on a short trip. The staff could have been more helpful at the spa to offer to contact reception, they were reluctant and advised that we had to travel back to reception, which with suitcases was inconvenient. After asking a few times, they accepted and then we were allowed in. To ensure this doesn’t happen to other guests it’s important to feedback as it added slight tension to the trip. Otherwise I couldn’t have faulted it, please consider this feedback, thank you.

The property was well located and clean with good basic amenities.
On arrival in our room, my wife noticed the robes were missing, she contacted reception and they advised that they would be sent straight up, she also mentioned that the minibar was empty, and she was told that's correct you need to come downstairs to purchase items from the shop to put in the cooler in your room, so not really a convenient minibar. The robes never arrived so on are way out a few hours later we stopped at reception to ask for the robes again, at this point without apology the person on reception said we have run out. Moving on with are stay later that day after returning from dinner around 21.30 we decided to spend sometime at the roof bar which again was lovely however we came across a really rude lady which we believe was in charge. It was very warm so we asked if we could sit outside which she bluntly replied no there are no t able available even though we could see plenty of free tables. We were then sat next to the door so we could see the vocational person arrive and shown to one of the tables outside. We stayed until around 22.30 and my wife asked again if it would be possible to move to one of the tables again and the lady replied with a one word answers (no) so we called it a night. When we got to are room we decided to watch some television however gave up after it kept turning itself off every few minutes. Last moan, at checkout the gentleman asked how our stay was, which I replied was ok but wouldn't stay again. He asked why, so I listed as written here, and his reply was ok, enjoy your day. This to was disappointing as we felt at check-in we were rushed without proper explanation to what the hotel provided and at check-out it felt like thanks for your money now go away without really caring what I had to say.
