Amazing location across the street from St Paul’s Cathedral! You could wake up to church bells peeling! Such a classy and comfortable place!
I wish staying in London wasn’t so expensive. But this hotel was more reasonable than some.

Our room was lovely, and there were super little add ons like a welcome drink in the room and a chocolate gift for my son. We also received complimentary access to the executive suite which was very much appreciated. Many of the staff were really exceptional. Breakfast was really good (apart from the coffee) and the room was lovely. That’s the good stuff, and to be fair when it was good it was excellent.
We ate in the restaurant for Christmas dinner unfortunately it was a really poor experience. We were required to order all 3 courses straight away, they wouldn’t accommodate a simple starter change to garlic bread for my son. We were told to get room service if the menu didn’t suit. There was no child option. We stuck it out but had to send back our meals because they were cold. My son didn’t eat his starter no one cared. I barely ate my main. My desert was also just sad. There was no Christmas spirit. The manager was lovely but I felt he was loosing the battle as many of the people around us weren’t happy either. My son was charged as an adult. Felt a service charge shouldn’t have been applied but coughed up the full 113 GBP for 2 dutifully. Additionally, I also I had offered to pay my accommodation bill on arrival and was told that wasn’t necessary even when I indicated I would prefer to. A letter requiring payment at my earliest convenience was put under the door on Christmas morning and gave my son a fright. When I ran down to pay I was told that it was necessary, which I interpreted as I had to, which was annoying because that’s what I ran down to do. My problem was a demand for payment under the door on Christmas morning when the hotel had all my card details for the booking and I had requested to pay on arrival. Not sure if they thought we were going to run away. By the end of Christmas Day we were just miserable but trying to make the most of it, although running away might have been desirable! The trip was all about creating special Christmas memories that seemed a wee bit lost on some staff we interacted with on the big day. No senior management were visible to voice how we felt. We can’t get our Christmas Day back and it put a downward spin on our whole trip ……..

Some of the staff was rude. The room was too hot. Shower in bathroom was poorly designed and caused there to be water outside of the shower every time it was used.

The hotel’s location was excellent, with the metro and bus stations just a few minutes’ walk away.
Breakfast was repetitive each day, and the bread quality was poor. The pillows were also uncomfortable; although both hard and soft options were available, neither provided adequate support.
The rooftop bar and restaurant (Sabine) offers a nice view; however, it is extremely overpriced. For one glass of wine-which was the worst white wine I have ever had-and one cocktail served mostly as ice with very little actual drink, the charge exceeded £35, which is unreasonable for the quality provided.
The swimming pool was very shallow (120 cm) and often crowded. Elevator service was inefficient and confusing, with unclear stopping priorities—wait times frequently exceeded five minutes, and the elevator stopped on nearly every floor once boarded.

Good location is all I can say about this Leonardo.
Our bathroom appeared dirty, though we didn’t fully realize it until housekeeping unexpectedly entered our room one day. Despite having the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, they still came in. They left the shower glass spotless, which made it clear that the water stains we noticed at check-in were due to the bathroom not being properly cleaned beforehand.
The central glass elevators were consistently not working. On one occasion, we waited 12 minutes for an elevator at 10:00 a.m. on a Sunday. The only alternative was using the stairs—if you could even find them. There was an additional side elevator, but it was out of service most days as well.
The business/executive lounge was unpleasant on certain days and absolutely not worth the upgrade. By 11:00 a.m., used plates and cups were piled on the tables, and the food selection itself was underwhelming. The only bright spot was a staff member with short blonde hair who cleaned and organized the space daily before 8:00 a.m. After that, the lounge was consistently messy, even into the evenings.
At check-in, the staff only asked for my passport, even though my niece was checking in with me. Her name was not in the system. Later during our stay, she went to the front desk to request an additional room key, and they gave her one after she provided my name, phone number, and room number. This felt careless, as that information could easily be obtained by anyone.
There was no way to control the temp in our room. It pushed out the same temp regardless of the setting.
We tried to visit the rooftop bar, but were met by extremely unwelcoming bouncers when we exited the elevator. They stepped in front of the entrance as if to block us from entering. We explained that we were just curious and wanted to look around, but they never moved aside or welcomed us in, so we left. If there was a private event, it was never communicated. It’s a random hotel bar—not an exclusive nightclub—so the experience felt weird.

Not too responsible, two days in a row, my room has not been cleaned, which was totally unacceptable.
We were in the west block of the hotel, which seemed remote and deprived from the main hotel.
too close to the cathedral, almost impossible to sleep because of the church's bell, which rings every 15 minutes.

I was gladly surprise with the room size , and the bathtub is a PLUS to me .. loved the coffee machine in the room .. great quality coffee .
So happy I added breakfast to my reservation !
Very clean facilities and friendly staff .
The tube , the Cathedral and all you need steps away .
After a really busy day coming back to the spa was priceless.
All was great ..but Sadly the steam room was not working until the day before I left .. things happen

It had a lovely lobby, champagne on arrival, good vibe in the bar…smelled good, staff was very professional and welcoming. Breakfast was outstanding! Like really, really great. Quiet area but really nice - close to tube and amenities. We thought locale was perfect. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Pool & spa with workout facilities was top notch! Absolutely fantastic!!!
Pillows were a bit flat and hard and not enough bottled water in room. Obviously those things aren’t a big deal. Oh and we wished the pool area was open later. Would’ve been nice to soak in hot tub after a long day followed by dinner, but you had to enter by 9:30 for last swim and we weren’t back in time. Shame. 11:00 would’ve been better!
