Room was fine, bath room really good. Both well sized.
Really rude and strange at checking in, couldn't check in 40mins early which is fine, was happy to drop bags. But then tried to sell me a room for £30 more where I could check in whilst I was there. No thanks. Despite our long conversation he then couldn't somehow understand me when I was saying no. I was born and have lived in London all my life, never had a problem being understood before. On returning a bit later the same guy would not check me in as he was "going off shift" yet was standing at a check in desk, he still hadn't cheered up. Comically poor standard of service to start off our stay. Breakfast was fine but it wss crazy busy. Pool was busy and with a very strong chlorine "sting" Staff also ignored all the children hours. Dark internal view room, it might have said that on the room details I am not sure ..but check as it's not pleasant.

The Executive Lounge was great.
A bit disappointed we rushed back late to have a nightcap in the roof top bar only to find it was closing early. If it says it closes at 1 am it should still be open at 12.20 when we got there. We were looking forward to a last drink in a lovely location but got turned away at the door.

We had a spa day , it was a little unorganised and no place to sit a relax around the pool which was a shame so we really didn’t spend enough time there because of this

I loved the location, the beauty, the facilities and the all around welcoming experience
I didn't like the fact that my room was never cleaned, not even once out of the 3 nights I stayed and that my shower sprayed water all over the floor no matter how much I tried to stop it
