The staff was very welcoming. Location was great. The room was small, but clean. Comfortable bathroom. Absolutely recommended.
On Friday night, the music, probably from the roof bar, was too loud till late night.

We had the room with the view. St Paul's is amazing. Stunning sunrise and sunsets with such view. The location is just perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lounge was a great addition as well.
The pool and saunas are underwhelming. The pool is very small and 1,2m deep mostly, there is absolutely no place to hang, no lounge chairs, no seating area. The saunas and Jacuzzi are old, and in some places moldy. For a big and luxurious hotel like that i had other expectations regarding this part. And the elevator that leads to rooftop bar on the ground floor leads outside the hotel, very confusing.

This is or was one of my favourite hotels in London. It has a rooftop terrace for drinks and dining and is in a great location.
We were allocated room 512 which stank of damp and subsequently move to room 506 which was not much better. You can’t help but notice in the restaurant the bar below where they have false trees or bushes which have not been cleaned in years covered in dust and debris. Indeed the general cleaning of the hotel is extremely poor. The management have given all of the staff little cards for people to write references on in front of the staff and therefore I’m sure the majority of the comments would be positive. This is not real and it’s just a pressure tactic from poor and inefficient management to try and climb up the Google rating.
