The location, the hotel standing, attentive and caring members of staff, beautiful executive room.
The breakfast (quality of the ingredients and how they were cooked, very unpleasant cantine like taste to the cooked food) The fault in the fire alarm which woke me round 4am!! The very poor heat and ventilation control in the conference rooms which made the rooms neatly unbearably hot.

Everything, room quality, building, restaurant bar area amazing, pool and ping pong free, Prosecco handed out free on check in 3-5pm, health club facilities… toiletries in bathroom.

Location was fabulous, would definitely return. The room had everything including tea and coffee. We had a great view of st Paul’s dome. Breakfast was lovely and the design of the restaurant area and lounge was quite amazing.
The concierge and reception staff we met were a bit serious. And one of the receptionists so quietly spoken I didn’t know what he was saying. We had two small rucksacks with us and when we asked if these could be stored as we’d arrived a little earlier than check in he said ‘I’ll check if there is space’?!!! I was made to feel like it was a potential problem. We were in the executive room and it was not clear how to get to reception from the lift nearest our room. But I was pleased to be able to get to the gym easily from there. My treadmill in the gym stopped randomly and restarted half way through my workout which was a bit annoying. Bit expensive but I suppose that’s London.

It’s was close to St Paul’s tube station so good access to travelling around London
Our room was below the bar on the 6th floor and it was so loud all night so we barely slept, banging and loud music but other than that it was fine

Great location and facilities
One of the rooms was near the rooftop bar. It was very noisy and we asked for and got to change rooms . Our other two rooms didn’t have this problem.
