Great location. Looked stunning. Comfortable. Clean
Overpriced breakfast. Post stay, after leaving some luggage in my room (my mistake I know), on contacting hotel the staff claimed nothing was left. They asked me to email with what was left behind and now, despite several email follow-ups, they are ignoring me. I know the items were left so what have the6 done with them. It was running club kit (there for marathon), so worthless to anyone other than me.

The hotel and rooms were clean and looked good, the spa was very nice and most of the staff was friendly. The location was very good.
It’s a shake down hotel. - £6 delivery fee for rom service - £50 fee to unlock the fridge - blatantly false advertisement on cocktails at the bar - £20/h for late check out - upsales, upsales, upsales.

Decent and have good facilities such as swimming pool, gym and jacuzzi. Buffet breakfast was great at 20 pounds per person. You can across the street to the St.Paul Cathedral bus stop and get the Hop on and off bus to go to different attractions in down town London.
It’s took at lease one to one and a half hours from the airport to the hotel each way due to traffic. Be careful to state how many people in a room to avoid additional charges (this was because of the system’s confusion on Booking.com) as I booked 2 rooms for 2 people per room but it only showed 2 room and 1 people per room so they charged me additional 40 pounds! The staff would not accepted my explanation until I said that I will dispute it then they refunded the charges for one room.
