The room was perfect, the bed so comfortable and the staff were amazing. So helpful. This is definitely a 10/10 hotel. Location was 10+ and the breakfast was over the top!!! Great service. The rooftop bar is amazing. A little chilly that night so they provided us with wraps and turned on the heaters. Outstanding view of the city. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to experience the Spa but it looked wonderful.

The staff was nice. We had issues with a staff member in the executive lounge because we couldn’t remember our room number yet our key card worked for the lounge. Housekeeping was very consistent
Bathroom was small. Very high step to get in and out of the shower. No robes were provided and it was part of the reason I booked. Typically don’t stay at hotels who don’t provide robes or slippers

The woman who checked us in was fantastic and gave us some great information. The room overlooked the lobby bar and courtyard and had a good view.
There wasn't anything we didn't like. There was some lost communication about wearing the robes and slippers to the spa/pool but the facilities were great.

Perhaps a bit more selection in both restaurants. I have a lot of allergies so eating there was quite restrictive. Fortunately we were in Executive rooms so food in the lounge was adequate but some nights we would have preferred staying in the hotel to dine but menues were limiting

I loved the location next to St Paul’s Cathedral, Millenium Bridge , the Tate Modern and the river and boats to Tate Britain and Greenwich.
The safe is too high up in the rooms!

The hotel was in a great location for walking to covent garden and liverpool street area.
Free upgrade on arrival which meant we had access to the executive lounge which offered free soft drinks, snacks and alcohol
The beds in the room were super comfy and we didnt hear any other noise.
Rooms were not cleaned when we stayed on executive level.

Me and the mrs decided to spend a one night stay here for our anniversary and it was absolutely amazing we got upgraded to an executive room with seeing St pauls Cathedral. The team was very welcoming and always going the extra mile to ensure we met our needs. We would like to thank the staff members for giving us an exceptional experience we truly enjoyed our stay.

Size of the room was good and mirror above dressing table was handy
Quilt was too heavy, pillows too flat and room was serviced at 5pm when we were getting ready to go out for dinner. Room wasn't vacuumed for the 4 days we were there

The gym was fantastic. I used it every day. The room was large enough for two people. Location was great for the metro, attractions, etc. Quiet location, great restaurants nearby. Loved the water containers and the sweets and fruit. What a great way to return to the hotel every day.
Could have used an extra set of towels. The Sabine rooftop could have been significantly clearer that no one under 21 is allowed after 4 and that there is a minimum drink spend of GBP 50/person. Wish room service was available longer and that napkins are included in room service. I got a box of tissues when I asked for napkins. Not great for covering my lap and wiping my hands.

Our room was upgraded to an executive room, which gave us access to the executive lounge - a nice touch! The room was air conditioned during a hot week, which was sorely needed! The room was good-sized, and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable. I always like a good, soft hotel robe, so that was nice as well. The proximity to St. Paul's is amazing. You have such great views of the dome, which also helps you navigate anywhere in the area. It is close to both the bus and the Tube, so it's easy to get to other parts of the city. A restaurant on site is also nice. We had a decent meal there one night. Overall, we found the property and room convenient and comfortable.
There was standing water in the tub when we first got to our room, as well as a hair in the tub that clearly was not ours. I drained the tub, but had no desire to use it after that. The body lotion container was filled with soap, which I found out the hard way. I double-checked to make sure it wasn't my mistake, but it was definitely labeled as lotion.
