We are returning guests so knew what to expect, our stay was comfortable as always. The spa facilities are lovely, very clean and well tended. The staff at reception, at breakfast and in Leo’s bar are super friendly and very welcoming.
The concierge staff could be more welcoming and cheerful.

Our room flooded with urine coming up from the bath and toilet flooded the floor wasn’t able to wash brush our teeth or anything service from the staff regarding this situation was disgusting very argumentative towards me to the point his colleague had to tell him to go away after a number of stays will not be returning this happened in a number of rooms so was definitely a bigger problem we had to run out the room as it was overflowing from every angle
