We had a comfortable stay for two nights. Good spa facilities, with pool (10 metres length), jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Great location in the City of London with restaurants, cafe's and Tate Modern nearby.
Asked at reception for hand wash as it had run out. This was not replaced during the day, so had to remind reception again and it was replaced in the evening.

Location
Staff were indifferent, especially considering the amount paid. Non of the public toilets on the ground floor were operative. No staff seemed bothered about solving that. There was no flexibility for late checkout even for one hour.

The welcome prosecco and friendly lobby and check in staff. All the service staff in the restaurants were very friendly and helpful. Thank you!
The rooms looked dated and not as classy as marketed. The front doors of rooms at our floor, including ours had chips by the lock, like the were forced opened. The bathroom shower head points towards the shower door that it splashes and leaks water outside of it. Leo’s the restaurant has cheesy plastic plants on the table and too many materials in the middle of the table that there’s hardly room to put the food. Plastic plants all around look cheesy too.

Great location, great for walking across the Millennium Bridge to the Modern Tate and South Bank, or to the West End theatres, or the National Gallery and Covent Garden. We especially enjoyed the spa facilities, swimming pool, and drinks at the rooftop bar, with St. Paul's glowing in the background, which was great.

Been staying here multiple times and every time all is just excellent, rooms service and value for the money. Really good breakfast, and don’t forget your swimsuit to enjoy the spa in the evening.

Great location (very near three different train stations), lot of restaurants and coffee places close by, cleanliness, comfortable beds, great gym, friendly and capable staff.
Only thing- one central elevator was out of order and it was sorely needed.

We had a very pleasant stay at Leonardo Royal London St Paul’s.
The staff were excellent — professional, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay.
The room was spacious, very clean, and well maintained, and overall cleanliness standards were high, which we really appreciated.
The location is very good, close to St Paul’s Cathedral, public transportation, and within easy reach of many attractions — I would rate the location 9/10.
Overall, a very comfortable and high-quality hotel, and we would gladly stay again.
The only downside was breakfast, which was below expectations for a hotel of this level — limited variety.

Disappointing
It's good to have spa in the hotel anyway.
The location isn't so good. and the price didn't reflect it 5 star hotel supposed should be. The facilatis is old and the towels have smells. Some stuff chatting and teasing on duty. And the luggage stuff wrote the wrong driver lisence when calling the taxi. The stuff isn't so friendly. Over all, I would rather to stay in the hotel at 4 star around westminsters next time.

Great location, excellent breakfast and executive lounge! Good facilities, clean room! We‘ll definitely come back!
This time we got a very small room although we booked a deluxe room, hopefully next time the manager will accommodate us in a bigger room with more light as we are already a regular guests.
